The vast building and space. The elegance of the simplicity and not having to "wait in line to enter". It was great to come relatively early before the "crowds" arrive.....Very friendly personnel!

I had issues when I tried to download the tickets from the website. The downloaded file were corrupted and not readable pdf files. I tried on IOS and Android mobile phones without success. Fortunatly our bookings were recorded and we were able to get them from the desk.

It was easy to pay for my tickets online. The problem came after as they were not sent to me for an hour. I had to contact live chat to get them sent as we were planning to go that day.

I was a little worried when I realized I purchased tickets through an agency and not the museum directly. But the tickets arriving my email inbox quickly. There was no line to skip. Everything went smoothly!

Qasr al Watan is must visit place for the superb architecture but ferrari world is just ok .If ur going to visit IMG in Dubai then u can skip Ferrari World.

Amazing! Filled with Rich History. A good variety of history provided at the Louvre. Love the fact that the sea is around the museum too - high security due to priceless items held at the museum

I was disappointed that took so long to receive my tickets after purchasing them. In other hand, customer support was very efficient to solve the issue when contacted.

Discount was good. However, it took over one hour, to receive the vouchers. As we bought them just 40 minutes before our entry, we had to call the hotline to send the tickets immediately. After all it worked out.

Practically, it was very straight forward to get into the Museum. In terms of the exhibits I love how three exhibits from different countries/cultures on the same topic or functionality are presented together.. it really gave me the message that we have more in common than that which divides us.

Children's museum and rain of light show in evening was pretty awesome and a must watch. Overall experience was quite good.

We had no hassles and we headed straight to the entrance . We were happy we coud get the discounted rates. Highly reliable and happy about the purchase and will refer to friends as well.

We liked everything, we were given a ticket with an open date, without being tied to a particular person. There were no problems at the entrance, there were not too many people. I recommend it

I like the adventure at Ferrari world. Best part booking with headout was I need not to stand in a long que for tickets plus the complimentary shuttle bus service was a good add on. Will definitely take the services again

The museum is located near the waterfront and the dome shaped building looks v beautiful. It houses art work from around the world and also has a section for the children. It was easy to buy tickets from headout and it provided quick & easy entrance to the museum.

What a fantastic experience! Great atractions there, due to July there were no queues (up to 5 minutes) Ferrari Rosa is superb, but other atractions are great as well. We did not use shuttle bus service as it's not guaranteed.

It is nice to have an art and historical muesum in middle east. I have been to Louvre in Paris some years before. It is super great and I like the collections there very much. In Abu Dhabi, I can find some intersting collections althought the number of collections are much less here. Mr. Choi (HK)
