overall experience is just ok. i will give 50-60% over 100%. its too hot, a bit old with less maintainance. i prefer to have more shelted roof everywhere i walk like singapore, because it is new and well maintain and aircon everywhere.

Very smooth process and the best prices i f you are purchasing from klook or sunway directly. I had to cancel 1 ticket out of 5 because one of the family members was feeling unwell and they canceled the ticket and issued the refund right away. The customer service team understood my concerns and resolved it.

There's nothing very interesting compared to the Malacca zoo..more just the pandas... Most animals are skinny. Too pack of pounds is the reason for unattractiveness. Many places can not be passed... Maybe next time go not during the public holiday just satisfied ... parking is quite pathetic.... far ... roadside.... phone charge rm10...

We loved the simplicity of the booking system and that there was a reminder email with tickets attached just before we went. The price was competitive, and with the extra discount felt the day was good value. Subway lagoon has something for everybody.my family particularly liked the water slides. The staff were friendly and although it was quiet which was a bonus everything was accessible.

it is a good experience. My family was happy. but there are very few restrictions on having water or some food for kids. I wouldn't say I like that. because my kids didn't eat junk food

manage to meet up with panda, they are so cute !! besides panda, got lots of other animals , like tiger, cheetah, lion, ziraffe, elephant, they are amazing.
