Online bought my tickets with Headout, but Alcazar ticket office do not have reservation of my tickets.
The gentleman at Alcazar ticket office telephone Headout and asked Headout about my tickets, it looks like Headout did not make reservation for my tickets. As the show had started, luckily the gentleman at Alcazar ticket office allowed us to go in, and he said that Alcazar will discuss this problem with their agent (Headout?).
