Dinner Buffet at ARAS Restaurant in KL Tower

We had an experience that the date was not available as there was private function. So we received an email to tell us that the booking was cancelled. Managed to call 360 Restaurant. Yes it was cancelled but later my colleague called back and told us the booking still there. So this created all the confusion. Please check with the restaurant before confirm cancellation. That was the BAD experience but the companions of our colleagues make the dinner wonderful with partication from us with the Musician Duo where we sang a long the song that played. and we do get standing ovation from the staffs during that time dated 16Dec2023 Dinner. When I made the booking I wasn't told that the revolving feature isn't working. After I proceeded with the payment than after a while I got an email saying it's not working. After all that is what we pay for not the Buffett dinner which we can get anywhere. And upon reaching there the workers at front entrance told us that it has been a while since it's not working. It wasn't cheap buying the tickets for 5 adults 2 seniors 1 child and 1 infant. Very disappointed ☹️

It was good the view is pretty we came during sunset and had a good long dinner, however the revolving function was broken so it felt like we did not get enough value from what was paid.

The food is nice & variety. Nice ambiance too. Helpful staff from outside to inside the restaurant. Only one dissappointment i.e. we are not able to experience the revolving of the restaurant. No notice or even a small gesture given for such incoviniences.

Nice restaurant, but the buffet is very ordinary for the price. 50rig extra for a table near the window when the restaurant is half empty, which looks cheap in your eyes. The wine was good, the service also, the view splendid.

Fast and hassle free collecting my ticket. View and ambience was great! Service and food is superb as well! Will definitely visit agn infuture!

This website is awesome . First let me just explain it from the start . It was my birthday and I was looking up places to celebrate. Considering I'm Muslim and I don't drink so I was like " I need a high class place but with awesome vibes and no drunk people around hahah". This website was on the first search list. Now the experience, the booking was ready with a printed card and table number... I was like that's awesome . Next was the restaurant lights , music , food , staff , and vibes. It was one of my best birthday celebrations ever. I'm booking from this website from now on . Highly recommended poeple and with cheaper prices and excellent offers.

It was nice calm romantic place for a good date with the wife and also enjoyed the best open buffet available in Kuala Lumpur

The view obviously, the service was impeccable and the variety and quality of food was outstanding. Also the ease of getting up and down in comparison to other observations towers around the world was exceptional.

Great ambience & atmosphere with a fantastic view of KL City. Various choice of food to choose from & very delicious especially the Curry Noodle. It really great for the staff to sing 'Happy Birthday' song to my birthday since we are celebrating her birthday there. The staff even put balloon around our table.

The food and the view was amazing. The staff was also very kind and friendly and even helped to take pictures. My girlfriend and I had a wonderful evening. Thank you for the experience

The activity was amazing , and the ticketing was on point very fast when using headout .No delays because we don't have to wait for a long time to buy the ticket

Atmosphere 360 is always a must go to place for us when friends visit KL. The view and the music provides a unique combination of excitement and calmness.

Easy to ger there and back by grab... fantastic 360° view of KL city without having get up from our table... wide spread of various types of food - Malay, Chinese, Indian and Western.

Ticketing with Handout was smooth as was the check-in process at the counter. The restaurant looks good, with the revolving theme really standing out. Was only disappointed with food because I am a vegetarian. They prepared some basic vegetarian main course for us, but that was just bland food with oil oozing out. There were no dessert options other than Chocolate softy, which was again disappointing.

Amazing location, with good food and lovely staff who took care of us. The view 360• is so great with the floor moves around the city . Someone has to do that in KL. Thanks

GOOD VERY NICE VIEW AND DINNER ON TOWER, GOOD PRICE AND SERVICE ,I had to pay an extra amount to have the table in the window.

I enjoy the atmosphere of the restaurant, the live band and the view of KL city, enjoy seeing from bright sky to turn dark and the whole city full of lights. the food is good except the shark fin soup, tasteless. And I enjoy the most was the service, the waiters are friendly and helpful.

It was really good. The staff was really friendly and the place was very nice. The food was good and if there is a promotion, i will bring my whole family to dine in there.

Hassel free service and was much easier to book through Headsout 🙂
