First time to KL Tower. It was a wonderful experience, everything went smoothly. Enjoyed the food & awesome scenery while dining.
Despite that, some items can certainly improve which can make a whole lot of difference:
1. Why need to queue for physical tickets? Already had in app, might just get it scanned on a QR code or something. Unnecessary step.
2. Dress code NO SHORT PANTS but why there were at least 2 foreigners wearing shorts & flip flop? Because they're foreigners & ok? Why put a rule that u didn't enforce?

Very bad experience and there was a hidden payment not included in the online booking it is very bad that should pay more to get table beside the window, why you not included in the price? Why I should surprised when I arrived to restaurant? If I have special celebrations for my wife or friends and When I arrive I can't find a table beside window what I should do?
