Mount Fuji Highlights Tour

We didn't visit the 5th Station, but we did have a mini matcha course. At first we had problems with the meeting point - we didn't know whether we should wait inside the building or outside. But then we were collected outside. Our team leader Martin was super nice :)

On time, we visited beautiful places. The weather was good, the bus comfortable The English of our guide was not the greatest and the visibility was limited as well. Mt Fuji was not always visible

Chow was a great tourguide. Explained everything properly and the whole tour was fun. Everything was great however the 2 hours outlet shopping was a lot.. Way too many people and it just seemed forced..

Our guide Erina was super committed, she have us very clear instructions, she performed thebtrip on 2 languages on the same time! Impressive :)

Only the weather didn't help us to see Mount Fuji, but the whole trip was well accompanied by our guide Otto, who was always concerned about the visitor's well-being. Next time, let's hope the mountain appears.

Oshino hakkai was lovely but too little time. I wish we skipped the outlets stop and spent more time there. I think this tour should be marketed as a shopping tour because that's how we felt from our experience. Tour guide Betty and driver did their best in their jobs.

Included the most amazing attractions and got to see everything I dreamed of seeing in relation to Mount Fuji. The restaurant we ate at was also delicious. Such a good tour.

Would highly recommend this tour! Travis, our tour guide was incredibly friendly and helpful, provided us with interesting information about Fuji and the surrounds. Oshino Hokkai and Chureito Pagoda were especially stunning. The optional lunch buffet had a great variety of delcious food. Definitely a good choice to see Fuji instead of navigating public transport from Tokyo, and collection from Tokyo Station and the communication from the company and Travis was great.

The tour itself is actually adequate. The trouble is the timing, as very little time they allow you to spend at each stops. we had to rush and in the guide's eyes, tourists are only there to take photos and leave. The guide was also very vocal about not being late and mentioned several times that even if one minute late you are, " you can take a taxi or train " I understand that timing is important but the tone could have been better as people are going there to enjoy the trip, not to worry about 1 minute being late and book a possibly very expensive cab. We stopped at a convenience store to take a little to not good view of the Mount Fuji? Interesting. Literally about two sentences were mentioned about Mount Fuji and the guide did not seem to be particularly interested in sharing details.

Our tour guide (Erina) was very helpful and nice. She guide us with lots of useful information. The itinerary planned nicely and its super enjoyable.

Luffy was very friendly and enthusiastic but his English and delivery of content was less than ideal.
