City Sightseeing: 24/48/72-Hour Hop-On Hop-Off Tour of Florence

I really liked this experience. I got to more of Florence then I thought. I liked that there was an audio tour with it. I would definitely do this again.

Tour gives a wonderful overview of Florence, with plenty of time to stop and enjoy the sights.

Staff are helpful and the audio guide was good. Driver very skilled in navigation of narrow streets of Firenze . I wish the " red line" tour did mri stop so early . The wanted to ride that tour at 4 pm but it already stopped

It was great to see the sights of Florence but the audio descriptions were out if sync and the sites were explained after we had driven past them.

Very friendly staff on board. We found it difficult to find the stops! Good value as we got two day ticket and made the most of it

Angie was an amazing guide, super friendly, bery knowledgeable and fun to go on the tour with. Kudos also to Davide the driver, it can't be easy driving on those windy roads, especially when it is so windy. I would highly recommend this tour to my family and friends👌🏻

On the red line the driver kept turning off the commentary when he spoke and forgot to turn it back on so we didn't get any of the guided tour

Super fun to just cruise the streets & not feel rushed. The narration was interesting & easy to listen to through out the trip. The free headsets were a nice added feature. The drivers were super impressive with multiple challenges in the busy city streets. They were able to navigate through the hectic traffic with great skill. Enjoyed the hopping off & staying in places of interest for longer periods. The people in the company were super helpful & kind- in dealing with so many people with all sorts of questions & in so many situations. They handled themselves in a professional manner. It was a great way to tour & get to know this beautiful city. Thank you for what you do for all us travelers across the world.

Good, convenient way to explore the city. Bus frequency is reasonably good. However, sometimes the bus is moving too fast near to the attractions. The route may be slightly altered to cover some more areas of interests.

The route is very helpful for the first time visitor, but there is a LACK of meeting points between A and B to facilitate the return trips.

We were almost back to the train station, but was stuck behind a trash truck (on a narrow street). The driver would not let us off the bus (we could see the train station). We sat behind the trash truck for almost 30 minutes, causing us to miss our train by one minute. Just upsetting that the driver would not let us off the bus even though we were not moving for so very long.

Great way to see city highlights. Two agents at train station were awesome. Kept everyone organized while maintaining a calm upbeat attitude.

Bought tickets on line,found stop near to my accommodation, pretty much on time. Female driver fantastic especially dealing with ugly scenes at railway station. Co pilot very helpful particularly with English information Bravo

I have a comment regarding the pick up point at Leonardi square or lookout, it wasn't clear to us that the pick up point ws on the other side of the road and we almost missed the bus

My experience (3+ hours on both A and B lines) was wonderful, I spent great time in Florence. I recommend highly, especially visiting Fiesole. Thank you!

Particularly enjoyed line that travelled up into the hills.Great way to experience Florence.There were 2 routes that could be experienced. Worthwhile!

Easy -- we got to town and just wanted a quick tour w out a lot of waiting . It was perfect for us!
