Istanbul Hop-on Hop-off Bus Tour

Staff were helpful. Since the traffic was busy then it would have been great if the timings were longer - ie if the buses could extend their coverage period - ie suggest 8am > 7pm would be perfect. That way then your guests may be able to reach some attractions ahead of their opening time to take advantage of early morning quiet times - eg my children are already up at 7am every day and I guess many families are also in similar routine. Thank you.

The staff were courteous and helpful. Despite other reviews, our experience was that the buses were on time and not overcrowded.

When we bought the combined Hop-on hop-off bus tour + Bosphorus cruise, we had an indicaton that the cruise had three departure schedules at 12:00, 15:30, and 18:30. Counting on that, we made plans for the latest departure at 18:30. Later on, we were told that we had to be back at the departure point by 15:30 since the latest cruise departure was at that time. We tried to explain but the Bus personnel referred us to the cuise boat company. The young lady of the cruise comapny said she had no idea and could not help. She had no one to call either. It completely derailed our plans hence we just dropped the cruise part of the ticket although we had paid for it. upon our return, we separately bought a cruise ticket at the docks :( The hop-on hop-off experience was good and the personnel helpful in general but no one knew how to address the gap between the offer and the reality of the situation. Almost everything was very good, the only problem we had was that the headphones gave small electric shocks so it was uncomfortable to use them at times.

The experience ws ok, but audio wasn't as informative as Hop-On Hop-Off tours I have done in other cities. No anecdotal commentary on the country's culture and people. No announcements for "get off here to see X, Y, Z", etc.

Everything went smoothly from booking to the experience. We always try to do the Hop-on Hop-off bus in every new city to get an overview. Istanbul did not disappoint.

The ticketing experience was easy. The red bus tour was great!

Too much traffic and so. There is no possibility to see everything
