Combo: Uffizi Gallery + Boboli Gardens + Pitti Palace Tickets

We arrived to appointment early and asked if it was possible to enter before the appointment. The very nice young man not only got us in early but was extremely curteous and accomodating with charming manners. I am sorry I did not get his name to compliment him directly! Thank you!

We had an enjoyable walk around the gardens. It was lovely to enjoy the sunshine following days of rain and in beautiful, peaceful surroundings. Buying the tickets online saved us waiting in the 100 meter lineup. We got straight in. We didn't use the headphones, preferring to simply walk around enjoying the quiet.

I wish I had know it was only an audio guide and not a live guide. Plus I did not have my earpods with me, so I did listed to some of the audio but not much.

The convenience of the tickets and the kindness and helpfulness of the operators was great. The attractions were wuelle

So we payed for a hosted visit ( not nowing what that is!) we were welcomed with big a smile! The host explained that we payed only for the welcome smile and skipping the line (which was not bad but we were expecting a guide inside). Than they offered to upgrade us free of charge and they let us with a guide inside with a very small group of 4 people! It was amaizing! The guide was really good she had since if humor and she was very kind hearted and knowledgeable! Thank you for the great experience !

The host was easy to find, gave us our tickets, and led us right to the front. Very quick, easy experience. Well worth the price to avoid the long lines!!

Going straight into the Uffizi without any waiting time is great - especially when you see the queues without a reservation! Of course, the Uffizi is a very special art experience!

The host that met me at the Uffizi gallery was right where indicated. She was easy to find and helpful. I was given the option to upgrade, which I did! SO WORTH it. The guided tour was educational, thorough, and helpful as there are SO many things at the gallery. I wish I could do it again!

Tutto perfetto. La vostra guida Giulia oltre ad essere padrona del suo lavoro , ci ha fatto vivere un'esperienza unica. Ci ha fatto notare anche i più piccoli particolari nelle varie opere, descrivendole con vera passione. Peccato che avendo prenotato con voi non ho potuto visitare gli Uffizi con una guida in lingua italiana.

The experience was very nice, good guide, too bad that despite the reservation there is still quite a lot of waiting at the entrance and too many people inside the halls

My ticket purchasing was very quick and easy. During the d-day, you just meet at the meeting location (very easy to find and near the entrance) to receive your ticket. Would definitely recommend buying the tickets beforehand to skip the long queues.

Great service! I had my ticket ready where it was promised. I was actually late, but my host rearranged her schedule and was successful in visiting Uffizi!

Uffizi meravigliosi, nulla da dire, servirebbe maggiore chiarezza nel momento dell'acquisto dei biglietti: "entrata con accompagnatore" sembra che qualcuno ti accompagno durante la visita, invece è solo un modo per saltare la coda ai tornelli. Un surplus che avrei evitato... per il resto stupendo

Thousands of Renaissance masterpieces, it's a must visit place in Florence. It wasn't too crowded, we really could enjoy the great works in the Gallery. We didn't understand first where to collect our tickets, but the security guy from the Gallery directed us and we could get in.

Thanks to booking with Headout, we skipped all kinds of queues; the escort dropped us off in front of the entrance directly at the checkpoints.

The experience with your system was smooth, but I do not inderstand why I didnt get the tickets when I bought them 4 months agoby PDF instead of worrying about finding someone on the street in a yellow vest. The Ufizzi was packed with visitors but worth it

The experience went well , the only drawback but no big deal ! On the ticket was marked a meeting point which was not that , but the distance from one to the other was a few meters ! I will book again with your site
