Wild Wadi Water Park Tickets

I did a lot of online research before buying park tickets here. The tickets were sent to my phone almost immediately and all I had to do at the parks were show the codes. Very simple and easy. We were actually standing behind a couple at the waterpark who also had online tickets. Unfortunately theirs were not accepted at the gate. The girl behind the counter said that the park was not affiliated with the site they had purchased them from and the couple had to pay to get in. We panicked as for a moment I thought we were going to face the same problem. This was not the case. The headout tickets were accepted immediately and without any problem whatsoever. We got through the gate swiftly and with zero problems. We are definately going to buy all our park tickets from headout in the future, so buy yours with confidence.

I acknowledge that the fast-pass ticket is an option to purchase however, there were a handful of visitors who stayed on the same ride. Staff did not advise the individuals that they should be limited to a specific number of times on the same ride in a set time. This resulted in large queues for the ride - very much unfair on other paying customers.

Love it but the comment I have , when u purchase an online tickets still u have to wait in the Line to get you locker and praclet , the team is coopeative there

Entry system not clear between the ones who booked tickets, the ones that need to buy entries, etc. We ended up queuing twice for nothing while we were first on site.

We booked the Wild Wadi watermark via Headout. It all went smooth, noproblems to report. Tickets were immediately available and made the check-in in the watermark very easy and fast. Would recommend this service to everyone

The initial queue for tickets was too long. A tour guide was getting 70 tickets so took out a lane completely and it'll o priority lane for those of us who had pre paid. Why bother pre paying?
