The day I visited, there was an event planned which i wasn't aware of. Hence, I had to exit the venue 1 hour early. The last food order as well was one hour earlier than that. Hence, I couldn't access most of the park. Felt like wasted all my time in queues

Incompetent customer service with misleading advertising! I bought tickets on the site where it was clearly written 1adult purchased and 1 child from 3 to 12 years free but once arrived on site, it was nothing I had to buy 2 new tickets still on the site because on site rates were more expensive and when I ask for a refund I am asked the invoice that I sent at least 5 times in vain! Really lousy experience !!!!

As I was promised in the inclusion of the medium food in my tickets when I ask them there they told us you guys don't have any food included in my booking. Which is terrible experience for me as if you see in headout tickets inclusion of food is mentioned. So it's not good to do that

I went with the kids, so I could not enjoy as much as I would have wished. But the gazebo was very helpful for our group. The 2 highest rides had a magnificent view. I didn't manage to reach the flow rides since they were a bit far from the gazebo and I needed to keep an eye on the kids. The small waterslides were very good for non swimmer kids. Very helpful staff!! 👌🏿

Lovely experience.. booked from headout. Had a smooth entry. Booked a large locker which costed around 60 Aed. The water rides were awesome. Sunscreen is a must. Take mobile water cover alongwith you if you want to take pictures from your mobile..also take proper swimwear, goggles, nose clip (optional) , sandals and a water bottle. That will save you unnecessary expense. The washrooms and changing rooms were clean. Loved the lazy river (Juahs river). Flood ride was awesome. Jumeirah scream was scary but a short one and you wont regret it. Overall a wonderful experience. Recommended to book beforehand.

The food and drinks are very expensive for family , the rides were not enough for my 2 and 4 years old kids, even though the price is same like for adult ticket for my 4 years old child, he had only 3-4 rides in the park which he had to be accompanied with parent, we were expecting more rides but actually park was smaller than I thought

The park itself was great and we had a really fun time. It wasn't clear when buying that the ticket could take 2 hours to come through after purchasing so this reduced the length of time we could use the park for. A couple of my friends' tickets took much longer to come through and after speaking to the kiosk who rang headout their tickets were promptly both cancelled and they had to try all over again to book tickets and were on that occasion told they would come through instantly.... At least half an hour later!! Disappointed and would avoid using headout again

I ordered a tickets that include a meal within the inclusions but unfortunately when I was at check in counter, sales team told me that my tickets don't have any meals at all, then I tried to call head out customer care number multiple times but no one picked up despite I was on the waiting for long time. To be fully transparent this will be my last time to use Headout again

I bought tickets 1.5 hrs before arriving at the park and they had not been issued. Took about half an hour of messaging the support team to have them issued. I was grateful it worked in the end, but disappointed with the delay. A lot of people probably buy them for use the same day so processing needs to be quicker.

We have purchased tickets when we get to the waterpark front door. While I expected to get the tickets as soon as I purchase them, it tooks abt 20-30 minutes. Waiting for the tickes there under the very hot sun and humid climate was so difficult that we even decided to take tickets from the park and forgot our purchase. Regardless of the that waiting, the whole experience was very good and we enjoyed our they there.

I waited for an hour for my first set of tickets. I contacted you online support 3 times to the tickets. It's unsettling to pay online and one does not receive tickets almost immediately. When I paid for my second ticket I was given a discount that was less than the AED 92 that I was promised from my first purchase. This is not right because then I didn't get may full cash back and yet that's what I was entitled to . The second ticket I bought however can immediately after I paid.

The overall experience was good, we went for the ticket and food combo, however, the choice of food was very limited. Only 3 burgers or 1 hotdog, although there was only 2 out the 3 (no beef) burgers available. We enjoyed Wild Wadi as a day out, however, water rides we very similar, only one Adult slide which isn't on tubes.

I did a lot of online research before buying park tickets here. The tickets were sent to my phone almost immediately and all I had to do at the parks were show the codes. Very simple and easy. We were actually standing behind a couple at the waterpark who also had online tickets. Unfortunately theirs were not accepted at the gate. The girl behind the counter said that the park was not affiliated with the site they had purchased them from and the couple had to pay to get in. We panicked as for a moment I thought we were going to face the same problem. This was not the case. The headout tickets were accepted immediately and without any problem whatsoever. We got through the gate swiftly and with zero problems. We are definately going to buy all our park tickets from headout in the future, so buy yours with confidence.

I acknowledge that the fast-pass ticket is an option to purchase however, there were a handful of visitors who stayed on the same ride. Staff did not advise the individuals that they should be limited to a specific number of times on the same ride in a set time. This resulted in large queues for the ride - very much unfair on other paying customers.

We had a blast at Wild Wadi. The different water slides were all so much fun! Also, we had spectacular views which included the Burj Al Arab. The staff were AMAZING, super helpful! The queue on entry was a little slow, splitting up between ticket holders and non ticket holders would be a good idea. Would also welcome another slide or two for older children/adults. Overall a great experience and will continue to recommend!

well, the first disappointing part was waiting long in line under the burning sun, even though i got the tickets online, got the most expensive out of the 2 options were available. but apparently there is something in the barcode that just comes by LUCK PURELY, makes u wait under the burning sun in line or FAST ACCESS! whats the point of getting the tickets online if im going to wait with those who are going to get the tickets on site??? waited almost 45mins for that!! doesnt make any sense to be honest. later on it was a good water park experience. the food options that came with the tickets were honestly less than average, the food was bearly eatable.

With a 5 yo and It was a windy day and the areas where we had to queue could have been sheltered from the wind. Also the water bucket and spray water were cold, especially in the wind. Not a criticism as nature is what it is but maybe you could make some adjustments. In the evening My 5 yo said she didn't enjoy the park because she was too cold.

Really enjoyed this as a family outing for 10 of us, age range 6 to 72. Mid Feb, the 3PM outing wasn't too hot and we were back long before the evening chill set in. Nice paddle up the main channel from their pontoon by the golf course, through a few mangrove side channels including some 'tunnels'. Sit on top canoes, so your posteriors are likely to get a bit damp but water was very warm. Quite pricey, though normal by Dubai standards, but we all considered it well worth it. Very competent, knowledgable and relaxed guide.

Well the place is great. But I think it's a bit over crowded with visitors. You should keep a limited number of visitors to avoid crowds. There was also shortage in sun beds. On a different note, the booking website did not mention the minimum age of buying tickets, so I ended up short on 1 ticket for my daughter. This also prevented me to purchase ticket with meal as it's available only online. Thx

The Wild Wadi water park was a nice change of pace. It is well laid out and clean. However, our twins were very disappointed. My son is not "over 1.1cm" and my daughter is, he was just missing 1cm, so he really wasn't allowed to go down any slides, even the slow ones. The only thing he was allowed to use was the wave pool and the kids landscape. The restaurant selection was very limited. The only place open that day was the "fast food" burger place.... Not good at all. No healthy choices.

We were glad to book with you in advance. You should offer or at least mention the option "FAST PASs" to your clients, because the waiting line for the main attraction was extremely long and very unpleasant for children (around 1,5 hrs!) Thank you!

Hi, I have been here several times, in 2008, 2015, 2018 and in 2021. Not much did change. I think you have wonderful attractions and lot's to play with it. The beds (matrass) are really old now, needs to be changed. Kicked out at 6 pm is really too early. At least keep it open until 8 pm. Why? No one likes to go there in the burning sun, after 3 pm the weather is better, and paying a full ticket for only 3 hours is really too much. Thanks

The whole experience was amazing at wild wadi waterpark; the tickets were very easy to acquire; my only issue is there isn’t any information regarding the pick up or and drop off times for the transfers option therefore we chose the “no transfers” option. In addition, on the no transfer option it said tickets can be shown on a mobile, whereas on the transfers option it said they had to be printed.

School was out for summer and all the kids in my apartment building were excited about visiting Wild Wadi Waterpark in Jumeirah Road.
