It was a wonderful experience because I was with my friend. It's a great place to spend time with people you love. Also so many different species of sea creatures and the service was polite and helpful.

There were so many amazing things. The organization, the customer care, the efficiency in transitioning from one activity to the next, the displays were dynamic, wonderful and educational as well. Anyone who visits Dubai should pay you guys a visit. I also loved the tunnel, and the glass bottom boat (the guide on the boat shared interesting facts). The design of the entire place is wonderful and an experience I'm happy I had.

No hastle.. No queue... Just walk inside.... I love the way we visited by simply scanning the QR Code... Family and Kids really enjoyed.

We have been to the aquarium in 2015 and this year with our grandson. They have expanded a lot and it's an exciting experience for children. Many people think it's enough to stand in front of it from the outside, but there's a lot more going on inside. Frame stands symbolically in the middle of Dubai and shows the old Dubai on one side and the new on the other. It is an experience and another sign that there are still many impressive visions here.

Our friend and captain Adil was just soo awesome and too friendly! Couldn't have asked for anyone except for him! He is too good and very friendly. Also he respects people very much. Thank you guys for sending him as our captain.

You have great and unique varieties fish species. I expected more elaborate walk underwater to see much more but only to realise that it was a small and limited walk. Some areas within the zoo were scanty and barely had anything to see!

This is our first trip to Dubai and using Headout... Really. We were afraid that we will be disappointed that the trip won't come up as planned. It turns out that the country is clean, modern, hitech and better than we pictured. Booking with Headout, we had a little problem so I use chat function. The staff answered and gave the solutions promptly which I consider very professional.

The underground zoo is nice but the aquarium only includes passing by the tunnel. When we asked the staff if we can feed the fish for an additional cost (like what we had before).. They said we need a new ticket for IT. Aquarium experience is like 5..10min just for photos.

The ticketing experince was very smooth. We purchased them on Headout in advance. We didn't have to queue up as it was morning hours. The whole experince was amazing. The fact that just a huge aqaurium was built indoors and so well maintained was mind blowing. We decided this is out first experince in Dubai as it was my 3 year old daughters birthday on the day. She absolutely loved it. The walking path is also wide enough to wheel a stroller around which was great.

Chatbot, Instant ticket , good price . Was happy day with family as we got the entrance ticket for a good price whereas on the ticket counter it was over priced nor they had any budget offer

I must recommend to book the activities from Headout as it very easy and provide good deals. We enjoyed a lot. It was a wonderful experience to visit the zoo and aquarium.

Everything was perfect from pick up to drop off , It was amazing experiance. And our tour guide Mr. Adil was very kind and professional.

Don't book the aquarium tickets. 80 percent of the aquarium is visible from the outside for free. You need paid tickets only for the 40 metre long tunnel, which is a good photo destination

The team on the counter want me to buy the ticket from them and they tried to discourged me from buying online. They said something like the online is third party not trusted but I took the risk and bought online.

Enjoyed our spectacular view from palm Tower wow wow some magnificent views we loved it especially the immersive experience showing us How it was constructed!!Aquarium & zoo was also beautiful we loved seeing so many different species of fish & Divers swimming along in tank. Headout customer service was great we had problems accessing our tickets which was promptly rectified by sending us a pdf,thanks headout appreciate all the help!!
