Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo with Penguin Cove Tickets

First of all what a surprise find in a mall , and the amount of fish and other animals was quite amazing, the crocodile was huge, we thought at first it wouldn't be that good , but as we have just said what a surprise

It is amazing how this Burj Khalifa was thought of, designed and realized! It is a wonder of the world! The excitement you feel when you visit it, cannot be expressed in words! I dare you to book a visit to feel the emotions for yourself!

The aquarium is well-maintained and all very well organized, and vouchers to spend on site are included with the ticket. I find it to be a nice attention to the customer.

Our driver was Khalifa, he was great. The Dune bashing was amazing! The sandboarding was a real fun, even for the smaller kids!!! The dinner was delicious, nice show! We really enjoyed it!!! Khalifa helped us take some really nice photos! Overall it's a great price value safari!!! Thanks !!!!

My son enjoyed watching the Stingray, Sharks and the turtles. We also enjoyed visiting the penguin cove.

The atmosphere was fabulous! We enjoyed to see so many different kind of fish. Underwater zoo is nice, well placed. Kids were very happy to meet penguins and crocodiles 🐊. Definitely recommend it for all aged people!

Penguins were cool, really neat fish exhibits and the crocodile!!!! WOW. There were so many add ons and the staff was hawking their wares. Kind of off putting to be honest.

It was super awesome Dubai frame is a must-see, very impressive Green planet great for nature lovers

We had a great experience. The entrance to wild wadi and aquarium was very smooth. Wild wadi was a lot of fun. And the aquarium was equally enjoyable too

Aquarium and zoo was amazing experience. Dubai Frame view from the top was unbelievable. I also loved the last exhibition of "Dubai vision of 2050" in Dubai frame visit. Head out's discounted tickets that was really good value. system giving message something is gone wrong just after payment has gone through can make you nervous that you may not get the tickets. Specially when you have not received the reference I'd for your booking. So system needs sorting.

It was totally overcrowded at the Burj Kalifa - waited 45 minutes in the queue. Why do you book a time slot if it so poorly managed. Spectacular views, but disappointing with the long queues

It was a very special experience to be able to see animals so close up. Unfortunately, I found out after we got back outside that I missed the tunnel. Would still like to see it but think it would be a waste to buy another ticket.

Everything was ok, except one thing. When I bought the ticket it was written 20AED free voucher in the gift shop of the Aquarium. When we get to the shop, before choosing anything we asked for sure if it is included in our ticket, and they said yes. Than the children selected some items, and we went to the cashier, where they said our ticket does not include this. So it was a bad experience for us. We were searching for the info on the paper ticket what they give us at the entrance counter, but there was really no word about that on the paper ticket. And also when I went to the e-mail confirmation, there was no pdf file. Only the " view in the app" button. So i could not show them the PDF what they were asking for at the cashiers.

The safari tour was excellent. The driver was attentive, friendly. He took care of our mood and well-being throughout the tour. His name is Aamir Khan
