Specific highlights that stood out were the charming penguin enclosure and the truly massive saltwater crocodile—an ancient, formidable animal that commands attention. This attraction is undoubtedly a must-visit destination. Constructive Feedback on Photography Services: While the overall visit quality is five-star, one area for improvement lies with the on-site photography services. The professional photos captured by staff are excellent quality, but the current pricing structure is excessively high. We strongly suggest that management reassess the cost of these mementos. Implementing more accessible pricing would not only enhance the visitor experience but would almost certainly increase the volume of purchases, allowing more people to take home a physical memory of their incredible visit.

Absolutely amazing experience! 🐟 I visited Dubai Aquarium and it was one of the most beautiful attractions in Dubai. The place is well-organized, super clean, and the underwater view is breathtaking. The elevator ride to the top was incredibly smooth and fast—it took less than a minute to reach the 124th floor! The view from the observation deck is breathtaking. You can see the entire city of Dubai, the desert, and even the coastline. It’s especially beautiful around sunset when the sky changes color and the city lights begin to sparkle. The staff was helpful, and the whole experience was well-organized. We also enjoyed the fountain show right outside, which adds even more magic to the visit. If you're coming to Dubai, the Burj Khalifa is a must-visit landmark. I highly recommend booking your tickets in advance, especially for the sunset slot. It's worth every dirham! Aquarium and zoo was amazing experience. Dubai Frame view from the top was unbelievable. I also loved the last exhibition of "Dubai vision of 2050" in Dubai frame visit. Head out's discounted tickets that was really good value. system giving message something is gone wrong just after payment has gone through can make you nervous that you may not get the tickets. Specially when you have not received the reference I'd for your booking. So system needs sorting.

Everything was ok, except one thing. When I bought the ticket it was written 20AED free voucher in the gift shop of the Aquarium. When we get to the shop, before choosing anything we asked for sure if it is included in our ticket, and they said yes. Than the children selected some items, and we went to the cashier, where they said our ticket does not include this. So it was a bad experience for us. We were searching for the info on the paper ticket what they give us at the entrance counter, but there was really no word about that on the paper ticket. And also when I went to the e-mail confirmation, there was no pdf file. Only the " view in the app" button. So i could not show them the PDF what they were asking for at the cashiers.

The neighborhood of Burj Khalifa was amazing - clean, nice greenery and wonderful buildings. Dubai Aquarium was an unexpectedly interesting and lengthy tour, although we almost left the tour midway. The desert safari was a unique experience. Kareem made sure that we were happy, and offered us an extra-adrenaline-filled experience with a thrilling ride in his 4x4 as well as guided us throughout the experience which included dinner and a show. We also opted for for extra ATV rides in the desert

We enjoyed our visit to the aquarium, there are many fish that you can observe up close, they swim right over your head. The other exhibitions were also very nice. I was just surprised by the prices of other services: 2 photos in a leather case for AED 2,100, feeding the fish which consisted of dumping 3 small shrimps into the water AED 70/person, about 8 minutes boat ride with glass bottom on top around the aquarium + AED 70/person and all this after you already paid the entrance fee.

It was a nice experience and I liked the option of buying extra specials inside (diving, boat, ..). If you allow me to be honest, I think for Dubai the expectation of all adventures are very high - means as a tourist, I expect the highest achievments in everything. Alright, it's the biggest indoor aquarium (or at least in a mall) - but the quantity in terms of different species is not the highest. So in my dreams I expected something really special, some species I would never see somewhere else. Something with a need of high quality level of professionality to hold it well. Let's compare it with the Mona Lisa in Louvre, it's a well market element that brings scientists and outer crowds from all over the world into your zoo. This element I missed in terms of the brand 'Dubai', which comes with a touch of 'nothing is impossible' mentality. Thanks for your attention!

We had a very good Experience in all activities. For desert safari, Mr. Kareem came to pick up at the hotel in given time. He guided us throughout the journey. We had a lot of fun during bumpy ride in desert safari. He took a lot of pictures of us without being asked and those were good !! The glass boat is definitely worth it, very nice and also very nice to have a bit of explanation about the fishes and the aquarium. We visited on a busy day; lines were dealt with quite quickly. For a moment we thought that after the 'tunnel' it was finished but when you go upstairs that is where the zoo is. Very nice.

The aquarium is a must see when in Dubai. The zoo that is as well part of the visit is perfect too! If you want to see something special, come to the aquarium in the afternoon hours, around 3pm, there is marmaids having a show in the aquarium... The staff at the aquarium are always happy to reply to questions and are very nice, knowledge and outgoing!

We enjoyed all .But still I suggest , In under water zoo and Acqurium nothing is very special than the creation, the marine technology and spacing of all in one place like boating , diving etc ., ( for experience ) and the price is high for small experience there . Where as the Marine life and the collection of zoo animals are more in other places of the world. Dubai frame is worth watching and a thrill

We had the most incredible desert safari experience, all thanks to Fahad! His energy, expertise, and warm personality made the adventure unforgettable. From the thrilling dune bashing to the serene camel ride, Fahad made sure every moment was fun and safe. He also clicked some amazing photos for us, capturing the beauty of the desert perfectly. I recently visited the Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo at The Dubai Mall, and it was amazing! The Glass Tunnel was definitely the highlight—walking through it felt like being underwater, with sharks, rays, and colorful fish swimming all around me. The aquarium is huge, and I loved seeing all the marine life up close. Upstairs, the Underwater Zoo had a variety of ecosystems, from rainforest animals like piranhas to desert species like the Arabian Oryx. It was so interesting to learn about marine conservation through the interactive exhibits. For a bit of fun, I did the Glass-Bottom Boat Ride, which gave me a unique view of the underwater world without getting wet. The experience was educational, immersive, and just plain cool.
