Unforgettable experience on the 148th floor. We took a 124-125-148 ticket, thinking we could take the tour in any direction we wanted. But this wasn't possible, as we had to start at level 148 and end at 125-124. On level 148, you are offered cold drinks (bottles of water and glasses of orange juice), hot drinks (coffee, tea), cookies and dates, all at will. We had a ticket for 4.00pm and the sunset was at 5.37pm, so we were able to stay at this level to see it. It seems to us that it's not necessary to buy a ticket for the highest level.

Very beautiful, climbing to the top was a unique experience. From the top the view is breathtaking. Try to book a day when you have no other excursions or attractions. The queue for access can take up to 1h30 minutes. It is easily accessible through the subway. Then you walk for about 20 minutes inside the Dubai Mall. (The entrance to Burj khalifa is on the ground floor so you have to walk down 3 floors). Totally worth it!!!!

I purchased my tickets through headout a few minutes before entry and when I got to the box office I found that only through headout could I purchase the fast track option. So another plus point for the headout app, it was an inspired choice. Plus the tickets were exactly the same price as at the box office, no other surcharges/fees. Very quick purchase and efficient + fast track not found at the box office. Grade 10!

I chose the VIP Package and wasn't disappointed. Very well organised and beat the queue to the lifts. I paid for access to the very top 152 floor and was greeted with a beer. Nice snack food too and a very relaxed environment. There was no pressure to leave. We worked our way down the observation floors. Really enjoyed going outside and taking the views. I would recommend sunset and see the city lights. Highly recommend the experience.

Absolutely fantastic day! We went as a family with a 9 and 12 year old. We had dinner at the Tap House, watched the fountains and then went up the Burj for 8pm - the experience was faultless and the fast pass was worth it - 125 was defo enough for us I wouldn't pay the extra to go higher

We had a reservation for 11.30 and didn't get up until 1.00. Many people were booked for this time. There was no place to rest in the queue, no place to sit, bad air. The view was beautiful, plenty of space, photo opportunities. The signage could be improved on the Mall.

Despite time slot giga busy, I had the time slot at 2pm. Took me an hour to get to the top, which was also abnormally crowded. To get back down it took me another hour. This was absolutely not normal that land waiting with screaming children.

Incredible, long live expedia, but as a tip it's worth paying more and going up to 154, the view from there is surreal. The reception was incredible. The only thing I don't recommend is the photography, it's very expensive and doesn't look that good, but the rest is worth it ❤️

Amazing experience, but you need VIP access to the lounge on the 153-155th floor. It is more expensive, but we were there almost alone, excellent and helpful service, they will take beautiful photos of your device. Just be careful with the local professional photographers, they take beautiful photos, but 440.- AED for one photo is a bit much. There were already too many people on the 148th floor, and I'm not even talking about the 124th and 125th floors.

Wel organised trip to level 148 by a dedicated staff explaining facts of Burj Khalifa. It was exciting & mesmerising view at 148 th floor. Not much crowd. You watch relaxingly. Take pictures, no rushing. You will served snacks, dates, juice & coffee. You can stay there for more than an hour & come back to level 124 & 125! Awesome experience!! It's worth every penny. Wassem was very nice with us and we had included exactly what was described in the booking: 4x4 in the desert, very short camel ride, sandbording on the dune, BBQ and spectacle. We could do even some 20mn quad in option that was actually nice to do even if expensive. (250 AED per quad dual). My sons loved it! I recommend this safari.

Booking the VIP Lounge experience was a game changer. The queue was already 2 hours long when I arrived, but I got to by-pass this and was guided to the top floors because of the sticker 'status' I purchased. The views from the top levels were beyond incredible...breathtaking! This was definitely elevated by the professional, warm, authentic and focused staff who acknowledged and maintained a very high level of hospitality on all levels of the lounge area. Overall, the combined ticket experience was very positive we got a discount and were able to do all the activities. The problem with the Burj Khalifa is that we had to wait for more than an hour, so it is not clear why they give you an appointment with a dedicated time slot, if you then don't have any advantage in avoiding a super queue. When booking they should IndyCar for each slot, how much of a queue you can expect so that one makes perhaps a decision based also on queue time and not simply on other parameters. Overall, the Combo ticket has been very helpful.

The tour guide told a good history of Dubai from before oil was found until now, and into the future. He was open to questions, easy to interact either way. I really enjoyed that we could explore on our own, at our own speed vs having a big group following a leader. I found the stops that we did and timing at each stop was perfect. Abu Dahbi is worth the trip and you don't want to try it on your own, do this tour, it was perfect.

This pub alone is worth the trip to Dubai. We went up to the 148th floor, which we can also recommend, and the few AED are absolutely worth it. The view and the staff are first class. We found the costs for the photo offer too high. But everyone can decide that for themselves. We will come back to Dubai and also to the Burj Khalifa.

The elevator ride to the observation deck was incredibly smooth and fast — and the light and sound effects added to the excitement! The views from the top (At the Top – Level 124/125) were absolutely breathtaking. You get a panoramic view of the entire city, the desert, and even the coastline. It's surreal to be standing on the tallest building in the world and looking out over such a futuristic cityscape. We went just before sunset, and I highly recommend that time slot — watching the sun go down from that height is magical, and the city lights coming on afterward make it even more special. There are also plenty of photo opportunities, interactive displays, and a gift shop with tasteful souvenirs. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Hello, everything worked great without queuing! Ticket via cell phone also worked very well offline! The only thing we didn't like was the Penguin Cove! There were only two shop windows! We were of the opinion or had understood that we were allowed to enter the penguins. For this we had to pay an extra 25 euros per person. Maybe you should mention it again when selling tickets that this is not included. Many thanks until next time

Couple of draw backs were the queue took far too long and we rushed round as a result for our dinner reservation when we should have had more than enough time. Visibility wasn't great either that day so in himdaight might have been better when it was fully dark and lit up.

We had a great view from Burj Khalifa. But there was no guide telling anything about it. But worse than that was the fact that the pictures through the glass had all reflections. Even the pictures on the terrace had to be made through glass instead of a fence or similar. Still it was a big experience. The Dubai Aquarium was top experience! Many animals were to be seen. Most of them looked like in a relatively natural habitat. The surroundings were also beautifully made and the employees were helpful and explained several things. At the end we could walk in front of the biggest Aquarium front with hundreds if not thousands of fishes and then even through a glass tunnel. All in all the best in Dubai.

We visited the Burj Khalifa as a family of four—dad, mom, and two daughters—on a Wednesday at 1 PM, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable parts of our Dubai trip. Getting in through Dubai Mall was straightforward, and since we went on a weekday in the early afternoon, the crowds were light and the whole experience felt calm and well-paced. The elevator ride up was quick and exciting, taking just about a minute. Our daughters loved watching the digital floor display as we climbed higher and higher. When we reached level 124, we were able to step out onto a small open-air terrace. Feeling the breeze that high up and taking in the panoramic views of the city, desert, and ocean was truly special. One of the highlights for us was the set of decorative wings located inside on level 125. These wings are perfectly positioned for taking photos with the skyline in the background and made for a great family shot. There were also other photo spots and plenty of space to walk around without feeling rushed or crowded. Level 125 also had interactive displays where you could zoom in on landmarks below, which the kids found fun and engaging. The whole experience was smooth, family-friendly, and thoughtfully designed. We appreciated that there was time and space to really enjoy the moment and take it all in. We also purchased family photos and souvenirs in the gift shop. Overall, it was a beautiful way to see Dubai from above, and a memory we’ll always treasure as a family.

The premium experience is worth it, as soon as you arrive you skip the queue and you also have free internet, while waiting for the elevator in the lounge there are juices and typical foods, on floor 148 there is a fantastic bathroom, and the view is very different from floors 125/124 which are very busy, on floor 148 the juices are delicious and the view is unforgettable!

I am glad I took the advice of one of the reviewer, ticket price at the mall for Burj Khalifa was $249 AED, price via HeadOut online was 179 AED, people you do the math. The savings alone is plenty to buy gifts on 125th floor. Or enjoy the 40 AED waffle and a coffee. Thank you HeadOut.

I highly advise everyone to take the opportunity and buy combined tickets, for example Burj Khalifa + aquarium on the territory of Dubai Mall - it's just fantastic. Everything is in one place, you can first go up to Burj Khalifa 124-125 floors (you have to go up there at exactly the specified time, and you can stay up there - as much as you like), there is a terrace, for more fullness of sensations and better quality photos....Enjoy the view of the city and the sea - you can go for a snack on the top floor of Dubai Mall, where a lot of all kinds of cafes, burger shops, etc. are concentrated. And then watch the aquarium, rainforest, penguins with crocodiles, feed the fish and many other things, no less interesting...you can come to the aquarium at any time, but the only thing is, of course, on the day for which you bought a ticket. I started my tour at six o'clock to get to the observation deck of Burj Khalifa and catch the sunset - it's very beautiful, you have to see, the photo can not convey it... I had 5 hours for all the adventures together with the aquarium. Since the center works until 00:00 hours, no problems, a couple of hours at altitude - rest and a snack - a trip to the aquarium, everything is just super!!!!

From the moment I stepped into the building, everything felt incredibly well-organized and luxurious. The elevator ride to the observation deck was surprisingly smooth and fast—reaching the top in under a minute was exhilarating. But nothing compares to the view. Standing on the top level, looking out over Dubai, felt surreal. The city lights, the desert in the distance, and the coastline all came together in a magical panorama. I especially loved the peaceful atmosphere at the top—despite the crowds, it didn’t feel rushed. I had plenty of time to take in the sights, snap photos, and just appreciate the moment. The staff were polite and helpful, and the interactive displays added an educational touch to the experience. It’s something I would recommend to anyone visiting Dubai. Truly unforgettable!

Everything booked in advance : 07.05.2025 Burj Khalif: We had booked at 06:00 in the morning. No queues, very few visitors and we were able to watch the sun rise and take some very nice photos. An impressive and architecturally wonderful building. 07.05.2025 Aquarium + Underwater Zoo: beautiful animals, well laid out, staff always gave friendly explanations. 08.05.2025 Desert Safari: We had the best driver and it was an unforgettable experience! The only suggestion for optimization: the pick-up time for the safari from the hotel should be announced at least one day earlier, so you would still have the opportunity to better organize the day, as it does not start until the afternoon.

The view was fabulous, we really enjoyed it. Unfortunately the directions to rhe meeting point were very confusing as it said we may have to walk 20 mins from the meeting point to the entry, which wasn't true and we didn't know the meeting point was onside Dubai Mall. We had to ask lots of store staff the way and when we found the ticket stand no one was there and we had to ask other staff who pointed us to the entry. Better directions would have helped.

After trying for over an hour to secure the ticket on the official site that did not work, I was able to secure my ticket at the desired time slot with Headout in a minute. Absolutely worth the really small price difference. From then all worked well, even if contrary to the QR code for Burj Kalifa that was retrievable in the app I had to enter the aquarium searching for the QR code in the pdf of the ticket. Took some more steps. But not a hustle.

the service was EXCELLENT !!! We entered immediately, were served a drink with sweet snacks. Then they gave us a little explanation and we went up the elevator in a special line. We arrived at the 148th floor...incredible views!!! and we were served a delicious coffee with dates and pastries. All very fine and delicate. Then we went to the 125th and 124th floor to enjoy the night view of Dubai. It is a place not to be missed

For the price paid, I would have expected shorter wait times. I booked an entrance time with the hope of catching the sunset, but 45 minutes passed between arriving at the check in and getting to the top (so i missed the sun). Also, the glass was very dirty. I would hope you could have someone cleaning the glass more frequently.

It was an amazing experience to have seen the top view of Dubai from The Top at Burj Khalifa. We have spent almost two hours at 124-125 floors, and still can't get over with the experience after leaving the world's tallest building.
