Dune Bashing & Sand Boarding Desert Safari Dubai

Our tour guide Najeeb really made the tour. He was friendly, kind and very funny. Experience was fantastic, didn't ride the camels as I don't agree with using animals for money but everything else was fab and highly recommended.

It was very amazing trip, we saw beautiful desert view with sweet camels and funny sandboarding. Jeep trip was exciting with Shaukat Hussain. He is the best guide for everyone.

Najeeb was a fab guide and driver on the dunes. He correctly encouraged us to upgrade our quad bike experience to the dunes and not the small area. Initially we were reluctant, being tight English! However we did and we were so grateful for doing so. It was long and fab. Defo one on your list to do. We will return. The guide for the quads was also excellent. Excellent communication with booking and guide re pick up and all questions answere promptly. Overall excellent service.

The experience was amazing! Our host and driver Mr. Dilawar Khan was very friendly and supportive. He even lent his sunglasses to me during ATV ride as I forgot mine back at the apartment. This was quite unexpected and polite gesture. He made sure we were comfortable and that we had the most fun possible. Cheers!

Hafiz Muhammad desert safari guide was fantastic! He arrived on time and promised us a day we would never forget and he certainly delivered. He was very informative and gave us the best desert experience one could ask for. The dune bashing, sandboaring and quad bike activities were amazing and far better than our experiences with other providers. I would strongly recommend Hafiz and this company. We will definitely be booking Hafiz again when we are next in Dubai!

The pick up was exactly in time and also the return back was organizend well. The Guide Ehsan Khan Battani was very friendly and cared about as very well. The safari is a great value for those of us who just want the basic desert safari experience without all the bells and whistles. Our guide and driver, Aftab, was friendly and professional. He gave us a great dune bashing experience and did not try to push us to add things to the safari that we did not want.

Very well organized and executed desert trip with professional and very friendly tour guide. In sum, however, the commercialization is also strongly pronounced here. Again and again stops are set up at places where additional business is to be realized. The desert landscape also looks more like a large off-road park, which was settled next to the highway. I made a similar tour 15 years ago, which was much more original and less commercialized.

Our guide Mr. Ehsan was friendly and knowledgeable. His communication with us was very good, we had a very exciting and at the same time a funny safari tour. We learned a lot about safari and Dubai with the information he gave on the way to the track and on the way back to the hotel. The vehicle was clean and neat. We are very satisfied, I would definitely recommend Mr. Ehsan and Headout tour to all my friends who will go to Dubai

The pick up was on time. Driver / Guide (Nasir) was very helpful and skilled. We enjoyed the dune bashing with some exciting inclines.

Well organized, reliable pick-up and driving. Our teenagers said that the driver Mr Khan, had good driving skills. :) All in all great experiece.

Really really nice experience and worth the money. Our safari guide Mr. Khan picked me up on time, was very welcoming, talkative and friendly. Also made lot of jokes and we had a good conversation. Dune bashing, sand boarding was so much fun. Highly recommended!

Our driver was very punctual and polite. However, the location of the activities has serious issues. Firstly, the camels being used for the tourist rides are not being well treated or in good condition. They are being kept in chain and thin rope halters that are cutting into their skin and some had muzzles on their mouths that are too tight and do not allow them to breath easily. There is also a miniature horse being kept at the location for child rides and the horse is in terrible condition (animal neglect/abuse) with multiple serious issues and no water available for him to drink while standing in the heat. I have reported the condition of the animals to the authorities. This location should NOT be used/supported for tourist business until the owner of the animals immediately fix the situation and learns how to properly and humanely care for animals which are being used to earn money. This destroyed the entire experience and reflects terribly on the UAE. We will be writing about this on other public forums so that this tourists can be aware of the cruelty being inflicted on the animals here.

They ripped me off by charging huge amount for Quad Bike which was an inclusion. They also charged hefty amount for a scarf. This whole experience was a ripoff. Please remove it for head out.

They put on us clothes and after told us to pay over 400 AED. Apart from that the driver was very helpful

The support of the tour messaged me that start time will be 9:00 instead of chosen 10:00, without options The whole tour was very 'commercial', without comfortable atmosphere. In description was mentioned that sand bashing will be 50 minutes, support said that it will be 30-40 min, in fact - nearly 15 minutes of clear experience at all! Camel ride - 30 meters. 'Photosession' on YOUR PHONE. In description was mentioned many areas of pick up and drop off. When we asked the driver drop us off in Dubai centre, he said that it 'very far' and only option - get a metro or taxi. Very bad experience, we want a refund.
