Foi tudo perfeito na experiência! As termas são incríveis, super grandes e com bons estabelecimentos. Os funcionários são super prestáveis nas termas.
Penso que as coisas que apontaria a melhorar seria enviarem os bilhetes mais rapidamente (no meu caso, tive de enviar email a insistir para que os mandassem pois não o fizeram espontaneamente). Além disso, penso que poderia ser mais claro/explícito que todos os bilhetes incluem cacifo.
