Hello, we were in Park Güell in August 2025. We particularly liked the park view. It is beautiful. What we didn't like was the audio guide. As the park has several entrances, we entered through the wrong entrance and the sequence of explanations was not correct. This should be improved. It was better at Casa Battlo with the signs. Thank you very much.

I enjoyed everything! Only thing is that it was difficult until 5 minutes before the tour started to find the host. ... and considering that one has to be super punctual ... otherwise risk missing the whole tour , it was not pleasant. I suggest putting a Headout totem, so at least even if the guide has not arrived ... you know you are in the right place! And you don't wander around asking for info from people who by the way have no answer!

Very beautiful park, very very large and full of points of interest, to be discovered by audio guide or guided tour. We opted for the audioguide. In our experience, the signs with the directions of the route to be followed should be better organized: we found ourselves bewildered, even after consulting the route map, which in our opinion was confusing and unclear, so much so that we probably followed the route backwards. Nevertheless, the park is really worth the visit!

The entrance to Park Güell was very straightforward and easy to reach by bus 24. A big recommendation, there are also many shady spots scattered around the park. At the Sagrada Familia, be sure to follow the instructions for the meeting point and be patient!!! Our guide only arrived 10 minutes before the tour started :)

This is by far the best AirBnb I have stayed so far. The rooms are spacious and clean. You have everything you need being provided. The location is safe and convenient to eatery, supermarket, train station and bus stop. There is a direct bus to CCIB which takes less than 40min. There is lift too

Park Guell was breathtaking, with all the mosaics covered benches on the terrace, twirling stone collumns, panoramic vies of Barcelona. However, some places within the park needed extra tickets, like Residential Gaudi House (now a museum). The Park is amazing to visit. However, we did not receive an audio guide on arrival. There was no water facilities inside which is ridiculous.. There was a cafe which is still signposted but must have closed a while ago. On asking a guide if there was water available she was uninterested and not helpful. There were only men standing outside the park selling water which is crazy. You don't know if they are genuine as they do not have anything showing if they are official vendors. It is very expensive and unfortunately because of those reasons it was not a great experience.

I've been here before and hoped to show my son. It is all via online and you need to be able to be connected to your phones for this tour. I was hoping we could walk and listen without being on phones. The experience and the guide were great. I suggest some communication prior to the event to let us know who we should be looking for, or some sort of agreed sign especially for such crowded sites. People kept asking everyone "are you our guide?", not knowing who would show up. Eventually the guide showed up with a sign that said Headout. But during the wait no one was sure if we were waiting in the right spot.

We paid extra for including the audio guide in Italian. Actually once we got to the park you only had to frame the qr code to get the guide and there was no Italian as a language even though it had been guaranteed. This does not seem fair because the guide was accessible to everyone even to those who had not paid more for it. Also, the reduced ticket for students was not checked. The cost of the ticket is quite high for just the entrance, it should also include the attractions inside the park.

I did not receive the audio guide that would have helped me to choose a route that suited my needs as well as to better understand the particularities of the park. I was told that there was the possibility of using one's cell phone but I was without it and I am not obliged to have it and then that the explanations were not in Italian, I am also not obliged to know another language. There is no paper map with routes and explanations. There is a lack of explanatory signs in multiple languages. Too bad.

Do not use the map directions given on the ticket. The directions it gives were 15min walk away from the meet point. They have tagged a road with a similar name that is a long distance from the Sagrada Familia. They have also used the same incorrect postcode. There were c 20 people on our tour, at least 8 had had problems finding the location due to the directions, 4 people didn't ever turn up who may well have given up with the direction faff. If you book this make sure to just go to the entrance of the Sagrada Familia and you will find your guide. The photos of where to go are accurate we just didn't find these until we were at the location given via the directions which was a 20min walk away, no fun in 30 degrees heat. Tour itself was great and the Sagrada Familia is remarkable, but nom if this is any good if you can't ever get in after following incorrect directions to the wrong place.

It was very difficult to leave the cruiseport and get to the city. It took us about 2 hours, very long queues for the taxis and the shuttle buses. So we finaly could take a taxi that brought us directly to the Sagrada to meet our timeline. Our plan was to take the hop-on-off from the harbour to the sagrada and visit some stops on the way.., bus that was impossible. So we only could take the bus for a few stops after the Sagrada. The Sagrada itself was beautiful. The audio in the bus was not working because I couldn't put in the plug of the earbuds into the opening

First of all, to call a meagre reduction (2% is close to 0) on otherwise overpriced tickets an "experience" is a joke. Of course, the places visited are beautiful, and these two monuments (Parc Güell is no longer a park in which visitors stroll, it's a museum you visit), are amply worth visiting, but at what price!!! La casa Battlo even has the luxury of offering exponential prices - if you want to go up to the roof, you'll have to pay an extra 10 euros... if you want a drink, you'll have to pay even more... Barcelona is a magnificent city to see and revisit, but it has become the temple of the tourist racket, alas!

In the end, he wasn't the final tour guide either, but merely gathered the people together and then handed them over to the right guide late. Aside from Gaudi's sculptures the park needs more maintenance, the plants and gardens could be watered with drip-wing irrigation systems, and the sculptures themselves since Gaudi also designed them for the passage of 'water should in my opinion reflect His idea. It is unable to believe just yesterday the whole park with thousands of visitors in the morning has only one small toilet near the entrance and while a dozen visitors queuing up for the ladies room, a staff of yours commenced the cleaning work hence blocking the toilet from being using hence asked those female visitors to use the man's room which has only one toilet cubicle where an old man came inside with a little diarrhea problem unable to sustain the only toilet cubicle being occupied thus has no other alternative but just hiding behind the toilet door and pooped out there while a number of women were still queuing outside the toilet. The is very embarrassing and should not be happened in one of the most famous attractions of Barcelona which please consider to improve.

One audio guide out of 2 could not be downloaded as the link did not work, and the application would never recognize an audio guide as existing. The other audioguide worked on a phone, so in the absence of AirPods we were obliged to listen to it hands-free, and the network being saturated in the park the connection and geolocation to find the points was very uncertain. The very ordinary commentaries are not up to scratch and it's hard to find your bearings. In short, it's really preferable to have a real guide and avoid this kind of ticket, which is a bit of a rip-off.

Good morning, I was very unhappy with the experience. First of all because the meeting point with the guide was not respected, we arrived 25 minutes in advance and she was not at the meeting point. The park is beautiful! The Gaudi experience is another intriguing way to learn about his imagination and dedication to nature. We went early in the day (9:30a, June 7) and it was quite warm by the time we left about 11:30a. Make sure to wear sunscreen, hat, and take or buy water. The walk up to the higher levels is worth the climb! Remember that once you go down to the terrace (serpentine bench) you have "left" the park and would need to buy another ticket to get back in. I recommend the audio guide!

For those who visit this wonderful Park it would be congliabile to go in the morning at the opening so that it is not too crowded to take photos, already around 11.00 am it fills up, especially near the iconic "iguana" on the staircase. Anyway a very unique experience for those who visit Barcelona and are interested in the architecture and natural beauty. Through your app I was also able to listen to an audio guide in Italian language that provided me with some interested notions. COSGLIATISSIMO!!!

The expert tour was great! An excellently informed young guide led us through the church. Highly recommended! What we didn't like so much was that we had to wait 10 minutes after the agreed time (14:30) in the blazing sun for late arrivals and the rest of the process until we were finally admitted took another 10 minutes - through a very unfriendly security gate with airport-style lighting. But all in all very worthwhile!

So beautiful.. the meeting up was a little confusing because there are so very many people there and our guide was later than we were and the link to the location was wrong. The picture and description were correct. The guide was pleasant and the ease of entry improved compared to general entry. I liked that the guided part was relatively short and we could explore on our own as long as we wanted. The transition was a little awkward, like Bye! ok, didn't realize you were done with us. Definitely worth seeing and satisfied with experience despite the crowds and heat.

Gorgeous park!!! We went on a Sunday. There were acoustic singers/musicians in different spots around the park adding to the amazing atmosphere. The different architechtural features by Gaudi were just gorgeous!! We were in awe. Wear comfortable walking shoes and bring something to drink! They will let you bring in refreshments of your own. They do not have any for sale inside the park.

It is not possible to follow the tour as indicated, as several sections are closed. The audio guide takes you up the steps, but the wardens do not allow you to climb up the steps. As you have to start "backwards", it is difficult to find the right place to listen to the audio guide.

The hop on hop off bus experience was not good. Our bus broke down at one of the stops. We all had to get out and get at the end of a queue with 50 people already waiting. We had to wait for several buses before we could get on. Also the audio connection did not work at seats we were sitting and there were no other places to sit. Frankly, it needs a lot of work to be worth the price. Compared to that, you have the Montpellier park, which is free, 3 times bigger and extremely well maintained. What's wrong with that?
