Combo: Hagia Sophia Guided Tour with Optional Topkapi Palace or Basilica Cistern Skip-the-Line Tickets

Male: nella descrizione dell'offerta si parlava di audioguida compresa sia per Aya Sofia che per Topkapi, mentre ho ricevuto l'audioguida solo per Aya Sofia. Organizzazione migliorabile: era chiaro solo il punto di incontro del primo giorno, dove da descrizione sembrava ti dessero i biglietti per entrare in autonomia e alle ore desiderate nelle 3 attrazioni acquistate. Invece ogni entrata doveva essere fissata con una guida, con punti di incontro e orari specifici, ma non ben descritti dalle guide stesse. Nel dubbio di perdersi in questa organizzazione non chiara, anche se avevamo acquistato la possibilità di usufruire delle entrate in 3 giorni, abbiamo preferito visitarle tutte e tre in un giorno, e quindi purtroppo più di fretta di quanto avremmo desiderato.

Hagia Sophia tour was fantastic, great informative guide. 5 stars. The Topkapi guide had poor English and was impatient. The lousy headsets ruined the tour for some. Could have read the information boards for free.

I booked Combo: Hagia Sophia Guided Tour with Topkapi Palace and Basilica Cistern Skip-the-Line Tickets. I faced issues with the support team, the agent talking to me was unpleasant, I was told that combo tour was impossible to organize in 1 day , while this was not mentioned when I bought the ticket online. They barely managed to make a plan for me to use all the tickets in one day. Finally, it was possible to see everything in 1 day, I was not accompanied by a guide on one of their tours (Basilica Cistern). You need more proper management and more information on your website.

So much history and very well explained by the tour guides! Although we turned up at 10 it turned out the tour didn't start until 11 so we had to wait around an hour.

The guides were a wealth of information! Hal and Mehmet really knew the history of the sights and answered questions as needed. The meeting place and time for the Hagia Sofia tour was well explained, however, how and where to get the additional tickets and tours was a challenge as this information is never provided with the booking. Thanks to Mehmet, we were able to see all the sights.

Purchased this for skip the line entry at Hagia Sophia and Topkapi where lines were surprisingly really long. The tour guide Hal was great at Hagia Sophia and we could explore the mosque at our own pace inside. Topkapi offers free audio guides and tour covers only a part of the palace. Group size was quite large 25-30 people so we used audio headsets that didn't function very well. Recommend for Hagia Sophia, but recommend self paced tour of Topkapi - there's a lot to see there but the information museum provides is good you can manage on your own.

Good to have tickets with guide team and didn't have to queue. Apart from that the guides were pleasant but didn't gave much information. Basically they were accompanying us to the sites and after that we were left with audio-guides and nothing else. Ok is you want to avoid queues, otherwise not worth the money

Haya Sophia and Basilica Cisterna was the best experience in Istanbul indeed. The guide was highly knowledgeable with an undertone of humour, which kept us in high spirts throughout the tour under the rain. The skip the line tickets are highly raccomanded and the Combo solution ( cisterna+topkapi+haya Sophia ) a very good purchase.

I liked everything the experience I lived in Santa sopia was incredible it is beautiful, the.palace of topkapı is wonderful to know so much of Turkey and the cistern is shocking as there are still these structures and their light changes make it look amazing and medussa was something magical thousand thanks

The time-keeping was excellent, the knowledge and presentation of the guides was super and the "reception" team made sure that all the customers were well informed and looked after.

The tour in Topkapi was short but good and very informative. The guide told us everything we needed to hear and kept it short.

Very good tour of the Hagia Sophia and the Topkapi Palace and the respective tour guides were very good. The tour of the Basilica Cistern was good but not 'outstanding'. Perhaps, regarding time management, I would have preferred not to have more than an hour inbetween the Basilica Cistern tour and the tour of the Hagia Sophia. In the end, I did not have enough time to go visit the Harem section of the Topkapi Palace.

I got from you only from the Hagia Sophia the code to download me in German the guide, why not also from the other sights. Especially Top Kapi would have been useful.

The tour guides were amazing. Very happy and explained everything is a nice way. Value for money. Skip the line feature is so good and would highly recommend to avoid rush

Aside from just the beauty and history involved in everything we experienced our tour guide was phenomenal. Buse was engaging, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable and refreshing. She answered all the questions and even helped us in some other aspects of our time in Istanbul.

Well organized. But disappointed with haha Sofia now that it has been converted to a mosque. No access to upper level any more.

The noise in the Basilica Cistern is so intense I couldn't hear the guide. The group was too big to get close to the guide to hear. Too much standing around listening (or trying to listen) to the guide. The ONLY benefit of the tour was getting in to the venues ahead of the other people

For people who had never visited Istanbul before we found the meeting point difficult to find. Once we got there we were then told to go over to a cafe by the Palace only to find that the 11:00 tour had gone (we got there at two minutes past). We then sat in the cafe for half an hour until we were told to join another guide's party which was huge. We weren't given any audible equipment so it was virtually impossible to hear him and he appeared bored and disinterested. In the end we followed him into the Palace complex then gave up and went round by ourselves. The Hagia Sophia was better and the guide was very engaging but again it would have been much improved with audible equipment. The Basilica Cistens were great but don't need a guide at all other than to get you to the front of the queue.

Positive: tours were flexible. Basilica Cistern tour was amazing and good amount of info was provided. Could be improved: could have gone in more detail or have taken the group to the treasury room during the Topkapi palace tour. Just felt that Topkapi tour was over very quickly. Topkapi palace tour's meeting point was different to what was in the description given. It led to us sprinting to the new meeting point to catch it in time.
