Lisbon Sightseeing: 24/48/72-Hour Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Tour of Lisbon

The driver on the Orange line isnt fit to drive People around. He was doing 70 km/h where he was only allowed to drive 50. He was tailgaiting, driving dangerousley, ignored stopsigns, skipped stops, honking at other drivers, skipped a red sign. The audio tour on the Orange line was really hard to follow because of the noise it was making. Everybody on the bus had red headphones to listen to the tour, but we didn't.

The areas driven on your routes are great showing parts of Lisbon that would take a lot of effort to find on our own. All we have to do is ride until we see a place worth exploring and hop off. Hop back on when we're ready. I have been on alot of hop on hop offs around Europe and I can honestly say that Lisbon and Berlin are the best

- On the bus, the audio quality was really poor and mostly unintelligible - Having to queue at the ticket counter to buy tickets online is really medieval ...

We were tired and the bus was a good way to see the city. If you didn't have ear buds it was difficult to know what stop was upcoming. Also there were no stop numbers on the signs at each stop. Some drivers were not polite

The route abd Lisbon were great. The first 2 bus drivers were not even polite. The kast one was great. Friendly and funny. If they are going to be in the tourism/hospitality industry put a smile on your great, greet and acknowledge people and be polite.

Some sights were hidden behind crowds or trees. Personally, it was too historical for me but maybe I chose the wrong line. We were more in traffic than we could see much of the city.

It's a great way to see cities in a short time. When the audio worked it added so much more information than we had time to research prior to our trip. Staff were really nice and great drivers. That being said, the audio didn't always work, the busses didn't always leave on time from their origin point and sometimes were too full to pick you up again after you hopped off.

The stops and audio guide were very useful. Buses only passed every 20 minutes. At the start at Place Marqués de Pombal, we waited at least 40 minutes for a bus when it was announced in 10 minutes, and then 2 buses left one behind the other. Schedules not respected.

The bus is very good as it passes through the main routes of Lisbon, however I do not see sense that the ticket must necessarily be printed and that it is a white paper that can easily be lost at any time. As a tourist it is not viable at all, if you want to continue using a physical ticket to access the bus it should be a bracelet or the QR code can be digital. I bought the 72 hour ticket and it was too tedious to be carrying the printed one, I had it scanned also on my phone to enter faster but the attention of the drivers was extremely fatal and abusive when I showed it digitally. Luckily I had the QR printed and also presented it but if they are selling digital tickets and manage an app to know the routes it does not make sense that the Tourist at the time of walking around must carry all the time a QR printed on paper to access that can easily be lost or ruined or bent.

Thursday's Red Line Hop-on/off was OK. We often utilize that kind of sightseeing the first time to familiarize we are in a city. Although weather was great, and it was pleasantly long, the main issue was with the audio. One could manage that it kicked one out of the language selected six times during the trip, one could even turn down the volume each time when there was "nerve racking" music playing in-between comments, the issue was that the comments were short and few. Little valuable content. As an great example use the Red Line in Singapore.

The start of the tours are slightly chaotic and at times could be very crowded. It was useful to use to see the sights.

It would be ideal to receive a digital ticket and not have to go to redeem it at a sales office staffed by a single, unfriendly woman. Or at least have separate lines for customers with and without tickets. Several seats had bad sound and you had to change seats. On the long rides there was a lot of silence, little history of the places.

It was nowhere clearly visible that the bus stops in Cascais (final stop). I thought it was a round trip. Had to take the train back to Lisbon.

Não fica claro aonde é o ponto de encontro do autocarro. Quem vai fazer a linha Castelo tem um ponto e ônibus específicos, quem contratou mais linhas são outros autocarros e outro ponto de encontro. Pior ainda é o ponto de encontro do barco, perdemos muito tempo para achar o local, não é nada claro. Porém, a guia do barco foi extremamente simpática e o passeio compensa tudo. Precisam ajustar esses pequenos detalhes para tornar a experiência mais agradável.

When I booked this experience, I had no idea that I had to walk almost a mile to pickup my ticket. I have trouble walking distances due to sciatica. I tried to cancel the excursion immediately but was unable to. Such a shame and waste of money!

Well organized and complete Clean and spacious bus

Easy to buy and collect the tickets. Inside the bus we found that several of the sound systems were faulty.

The tour of the city was ideal, we got to know the main places of the city.

My experience was great, everything went very smoothly!

Just sitting and watching the views was good enough
