Skip-the-line Tickets to Osaka Castle

Ticketing experience was really great! Train journey from Kyoto so easy on the Keihan Railway! The Castke itself is beautiful with amazing history!! Much more of a museum these days though! The gift shop was great as was the rooftop bar even though it closed early (5pm). The grounds are so impressive and we got excellent photos from Floor 8 of the Castle!

It is a top destination in Osaka, given that the exterior is in wonderful condition and the interior has an interesting exhibit that includes woodblock prints, samurai armor and silk screens from those times. The drawback is that the interior ia not preserved at all, so the building itself is only an attraction due to that exterior. Having been to Himeji castle the days before visiting Osaka, the contrast was radical. Although Himeji was probably harder to ascend due to the old staircases being very steep, it was beautiful to alao witness the interiors of a Japanese feudal castle in their original state.

There were all kinds of pieces shown in castle. From letters of influential people to animations of them. Along with written description of items displayed, there was also audio avaliable. At the end, there was beautiful view from the top of the castle.

Very informative. A beautiful castle in a beautifully set park, especially in Spring with the cherry blossoms. Booking first is great way to not have to wait in long queues.

When we arrived to Osaka Castle the line to purchase tickets was over 45 minutes long but with the headout Skip-the-line we were able to get our digital tickets scanned and have immediate access to the castle. Highly recommend purchasing your tickets a few days prior to give enough time to have purchase confirmed.

I loved Osaka Castle. The grounds around it (no admission required) were stunningly beautiful with blossoming plum trees in so many colours as well as a few early sakuras. The Castle itself was magnificent outside and had nice and impressive museum exhibition inside the castle. There also was a samurai surcoat, helmet and katana photo opportunity inside which was a cool souvenier.

Decided to buy an online ticket when I saw the line. Checkout was quick and easy and I got the mail right away. The QR code worked without any issues.

Ticketing experience was great. Used the app while in the long line. So I jumped out of line & went to the gate. No troubles. The Osaka Castle was so overcrowded that it was not a good experience.

It was great not having to queue up getting in Osaka Castle. We just went to the front of the line and scanned our QR code to get in.

Booking the tickets to Osaka castle was very easy through your site and when we arrived and saw the huge line of people waiting to buy a ticket, we were immensely relieved that we had what we needed on our phone and could enter without any delay. I will definitely use headout again!!!!

The castle museum was very informative and fun to explore. It was also fun to check and buy from the souvenir shop inside the castle museum.

It was nice that we didn't have to wait in the line for tickets, but we still had to wait to get an email. I thought it would be automatic.

Was queuing in a long line trying to get tickets for Osaka Castle but then saw some people got to go express pass by showing online tickets. So I googled and manage to get the tickets from head out and saved me and my family sometime.

Ticketing took longer than expected but was okay. The castle was interesting. I love the Japanese culture. In fact, I wish we could live here. Maybe someday.

The history and the articles where really great. Just 1 small issue is the items in the gift shop that where sold out still had a display model. That made me want to order it but it's not available for order or shipping. Since it's not available for a unknown amount of time. Wouldn't it be better to remove the item from display?

Bought tickets online & received them within the hour. So quick & fast. Then when we got to Osaka Castle the line was so long to buy tickets but as we had bought ours ahead on Headout we walked straight on through - with kids this is a big bonus. More time to explore & enjoy the amazing history and beauty of Osaka Castle then time wasted waiting in line for tickets. Thank you 😊

Ticketing was within 20 minutes of ordering and got me through the gate no issues. Osaka Castle was incredible with the views of the city and the historical relics inside.
