I enjoyed everything! Only thing is that it was difficult until 5 minutes before the tour started to find the host. ... and considering that one has to be super punctual ... otherwise risk missing the whole tour , it was not pleasant. I suggest putting a Headout totem, so at least even if the guide has not arrived ... you know you are in the right place! And you don't wander around asking for info from people who by the way have no answer!

Everything was great. 4 stars is because we didnt have audio guide inside the app for the Park Guell and we payed ticket + audio guide. We tried to chat through the app but the bot didnt recognize id ticket. The tour for Sagrada was exellent best regard to the tour guide.

The entrance to Park Güell was very straightforward and easy to reach by bus 24. A big recommendation, there are also many shady spots scattered around the park. At the Sagrada Familia, be sure to follow the instructions for the meeting point and be patient!!! Our guide only arrived 10 minutes before the tour started :)

Our ticketing experience with Headout was super easy! The meeting point at BK was right next to the entrance/exit of the Metro station. Our guide was lovely, enthusiastic and very knowledgeable- the only difficulty was that he talked so fast that I sometimes found it hard to understand what he was saying but there is audio guide as well. There is information on the SF website that says you need shoulders covered up and no shorts etc.. this wasn't the case when we went, no one checked or commented- just something to be aware of as it was VERY hot and wearing long sleeves/layers etc doesn't help!! It also mentions that ID is required to enter the cathedral.. again, this wasn't the case for us , whether that'd because we were with a guided tour I don't know.. but I didn't see anything/anyone checking ID. Again, misleading as I took our passports (the website says no entry without ID) which is rather not have carried around all day. The cathedral is incredible- it's a must really if you're visiting Barcelona. I'd recommend booking through Headout.. they weren't the cheapest but I struggled to get tickets at all due to all being sold out- BOOK EARLY!!! The whole process was painless and easy.

We chose a 4pm tour an hour before it was to happen and maybe due to wifi issues, our tickets were stuck in pending and we were not able to find the guide or participate in the 4 pm. After some stress and attempts to contact help-the Headout customer service chat was finally extremely helpful in offering our refund or finding us another spot which they, with our relief, found us 4 spots at 6 pm. We were grateful to have our promised tour. It was wonderful to see and hear about this amazing building-an awe inspiring work of architecture and engineering! The experience and the guide were great. I suggest some communication prior to the event to let us know who we should be looking for, or some sort of agreed sign especially for such crowded sites. People kept asking everyone "are you our guide?", not knowing who would show up. Eventually the guide showed up with a sign that said Headout. But during the wait no one was sure if we were waiting in the right spot.

Instructions to find the guide were a bit unclear especially in front of a crowded building where several other guides of other companies are waiting. I had to contact support via chat and they ended up sending me the tickets by email (I wasted about half an hour). It is overpriced for the things that you were supposed to show and the time that was spent. Comparing it to the tour of the Vatican, the amount I paid for that is only 1/5 of the amount I paid here. I could have easily done it myself and the info were things that we could have read . Half of the group disbanded before the tour ended. That's how you know how interesting it went. I will not recommend it to my friends back in SFO

It was really unclear where to meet and we were waiting a while before we found the guide. Then we waited for the guide to bring us inside for over 30mins even after waiting for over 30 mins while yhe guide was collecting the group. There was very poor communication on what we need to do so we were just standing around outside in the heat- we paid to skip the line but waiting "not in a line" for over an hour, meanwhile the knowledge shared by the guide was good

Do not use the map directions given on the ticket. The directions it gives were 15min walk away from the meet point. They have tagged a road with a similar name that is a long distance from the Sagrada Familia. They have also used the same incorrect postcode. There were c 20 people on our tour, at least 8 had had problems finding the location due to the directions, 4 people didn't ever turn up who may well have given up with the direction faff. If you book this make sure to just go to the entrance of the Sagrada Familia and you will find your guide. The photos of where to go are accurate we just didn't find these until we were at the location given via the directions which was a 20min walk away, no fun in 30 degrees heat. Tour itself was great and the Sagrada Familia is remarkable, but nom if this is any good if you can't ever get in after following incorrect directions to the wrong place.

It was very difficult to leave the cruiseport and get to the city. It took us about 2 hours, very long queues for the taxis and the shuttle buses. So we finaly could take a taxi that brought us directly to the Sagrada to meet our timeline. Our plan was to take the hop-on-off from the harbour to the sagrada and visit some stops on the way.., bus that was impossible. So we only could take the bus for a few stops after the Sagrada. The Sagrada itself was beautiful. The audio in the bus was not working because I couldn't put in the plug of the earbuds into the opening

The tour guide was not recognizable, no indication of headout. Only by asking a lot of questions was it possible to find someone who was also cheeky. In the end, he wasn't the final tour guide either, but merely gathered the people together and then handed them over to the right guide late. We were asked to arrive 15 minutes before the time and since there was no landmark we wandered around waiting to figure out where to stop to wait for a guide who, by the way, arrived slightly late. We thought we had purchased the visit with the audio guide in Italian but were told that the visit was with the guide in English. Half-hour visit with a guide who spoke English probably recently ....arrived late with little enthusiasm either in attitude or explanation ...all very boring. By the way, we were in line for quick access and after waiting because there was already a group in front of us the guide let a second group who arrived later pass in front of us. We had a two hour delay on flightsIf there is any inconvenience or even a small hiccup, do not expect these people to help or accommodate you. Our guide "cancelled" on the day of our tour but I wasn't aware until we turned up at the venue and contacted the team through live chat! We planned our whole day around this tour, and as the main tourist attraction in Barcelona, we were absolutely gutted and truly disappointed! Good morning, I was very unhappy with the experience. First of all because the meeting point with the guide was not respected, we arrived 25 minutes in advance and she was not at the meeting point. We went to the entrance door and there we saw her. We were about to lose the tickets to enter because she did not make an effort to contact us to enter all together. On the other hand during the visit she was very unfriendly, unresponsive, not empathetic at any time. Her English pronunciation was too bad. We really did not feel comfortable with the service and would not recommend or do it again.

I wanted to rate 2 stars, but after hitting the button the system directed to the choices if reasons automatically. 1. Parc Güell didn't include visiting all buildings which took me by surprise 2. There were no earlier tour avaliable for Sagrada Familia. I only had 2h. The tour started 15mins later as we needed to wait for 1 more person. Although it's indicated on the ticket that we should be at the meeting point 15mins earlier which I adhered to. With the ticket we were also not allowed to go upstairs which was very disappointed. Since the tour started later, when I found out that I need to buy extra ticket for going upstairs, I didn't have enough time for the queue. The combi ticket is not value for money

We did have difficulty when catching the metro, we were delayed by 10 mins, but as we were heading to Julia's Travel, we met our tour guide and she happily waited for us. Martha was very clear and thorough in giving us all the important points and enough time for photographs. I highly recommend Headout.

The expert tour was great! An excellently informed young guide led us through the church. Highly recommended! What we didn't like so much was that we had to wait 10 minutes after the agreed time (14:30) in the blazing sun for late arrivals and the rest of the process until we were finally admitted took another 10 minutes - through a very unfriendly security gate with airport-style lighting. But all in all very worthwhile!

At first I thought it was not a real service because there were no more tickets on the official site or other ticket portals. I was suspicious when I bought them on headout. So beautiful.. the meeting up was a little confusing because there are so very many people there and our guide was later than we were and the link to the location was wrong. The picture and description were correct. The guide was pleasant and the ease of entry improved compared to general entry. I liked that the guided part was relatively short and we could explore on our own as long as we wanted. The transition was a little awkward, like Bye! ok, didn't realize you were done with us. Definitely worth seeing and satisfied with experience despite the crowds and heat.

I’d recommend this to others because Its simple awesome palce to visit. The meeting place person needs to standout more so you can find them easily as was concerning. The hop on hop off bus experience was not good. Our bus broke down at one of the stops. We all had to get out and get at the end of a queue with 50 people already waiting. We had to wait for several buses before we could get on. Also the audio connection did not work at seats we were sitting and there were no other places to sit. Roger our guide was well organised and took us through the processes to access the site efficiently. We were a larger group so that made it that bit more challenging but Roger was clearly experienced at handling these situations. He ensured we got to the right areas to see what he was describing and did a fantastic job of highlighting the key points of interest. We are not particularly religious but wanted to see the way Guadi had worked his magic. Roger took us through the journey explaining the reasoning behind how Gaudi's faith had influenced his concept. Our basic knowledge of Christianity worked for the level Roger pitched this at. The Sagrada Familia is a must see attarction made all the better by a guide like Roger to explain key features - Thoroughly recommended!

I suggest you make it very clear that these tickets do not give you access to the full experience - the tower at Sagrada Familia is a separate ticket you need to buy (and stand in line) and the Gaudi house at the Park Guell is also not included. This is a really bad customer experience when you think you've bought tickets to the full experience.

I was asked to arrive 15 minutes early, so I did. However, the guide decided to wait for people who were late, and we stood in the hot sun for more than 20 minutes and the people didn't even arrive. The guide, Tereza, was not at all friendly. I ended up leaving the group inside the church and continuing my tour on my own.

The Parc Guel was fantastique, Memorable, no problem with ticket and entrance. As for Sagrada Famila, we were unable to locate the Guide, We where at the meeting point on time. At the entrance for Sagrada Famila, they did not accept our resevation / ticket from headout , We have also tried to get in contact with your company and never had a response. I presented our email tickets at the Sagrada. They rejecred our entrance saying that they could not read the code on our phones. I tried to contact your support team with bno success. The phonr message said that they wanted to return the call collect. I was in Barcelona. Get real. I want a rebate for the full amount. Please respond ASAP. These were expensive tickets and Cathedral was to be the highlight of our trip to Barcelona. Needless to say,mwe were most disappointed.

Never buy a ticket with a guide. Spaniards speaking native English is a nightmare. Every phrase is repeated in Spanish. It's such a mess in your head to understand... It's better to take the audio guide option when buying a ticket and hear and see everything at a calm pace, in human language. The guided tour of the Sagrada Familia took 20 minutes. The audio guide gives about 90 locations.

The Sagrada is a can't miss visit while in Barcelona. Highly recommended. I thought the tour guide was good, albeit the amount of content was underwhelming. We booked our tickets very last minute so with that in mind, it was a good experience at a reasonable price point. If you are able to plan more in advance there are ticket options available directly through the official site at very reasonable prices. The museum in the basement provides a good overview of the Sagrada history.

Also, we had no additional time to look around after the tour was complete, due to late start. Purchased a 4:30 ticket but was not allowed in until approximatley 5:15. I paid Headout a (large) fee to gain admission to the Sagrada Familia and because I was a little late, the entire ticket was cancelled. I have no interest in a tour at all, I just want to go inside. This was not possible and because of this I had to pay for a new ticket, which all added a lot of extra costs. Moreover, my whole schedule for that day got messed up, because with my new ticket I couldn't go in until 3 hours later, so I had to entertain myself for 3 hours in the area. It was a terrible experience and I will never want to have anything to do with Headout again in my life.

I had two big problems, the first one I could not contact you, I had a health problem and I had to postpone the tickets at the last minute and there was no way to talk to you and even less in Spanish. After giving away tickets, I bought 8 tickets for adults and two children under 11 years old, it turns out that the older one is 11 and it is not clear that the 11 year old has to pay as an adult, after asking you to help me, paying the difference to adult, let the child in and there was no way to get them to react, telling me that there were no more tickets and that the child's ticket was no good. VERY BADly had to stay outside.

The bore of a guide that we had, named ORION, who said he was 39 years old (he looked like a grandfather) and that he was Catalan as he told us, is a haughty, not at all cordial, he discriminates against the female gender. We were 3 women waiting for him, he arrived late, looking like he had just woken up, without bathing, because of his smell. But he said that the tour was in English. Then 2 more people arrived late, among them a single man who despite speaking English said that there was no problem because the tour for the 4 women was in Spanish and Orion said no, that it was in English and that was it. He did not answer questions that we women asked him, he is a MISOGINO, he should not work as a guide, he did not know why in a table of the sacred family there were 2 numbers repeated. We had to go to Youtube. He was a jerk of a guy. He discriminated against us women. There was a girl Katia from Brazil, my daughter and I who arrived on time. This guy should not be a guide, because he lacks cordiality in his treatment of women. I do not recommend this guide. Fortunately the city tour in the red bus company saved us from the bad reception we received from this guy. Catalans are not like this guy, fortunately he was the exception in our visit. I hated the whole tour I walked away and lost my money with this misguided guide. I do not recommend purchasing this tour with this guy ORION. HE MISTREATED US WOMEN PSYCHOLOGICALLY. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

There was no message or call from the guide, he left without me and my family. Also, the worst part is, that the entry tickets were with him so we were even denied entry to Sagrada Familia, we lost Euro 175 for nothing. We didn't pre book the sagrada familia as recommended, so finding tickets during our 3 day stay was problematic, eventually found head out who could get us tickets much earlier than the main tour operators. Paid a little more which I didn't mind. The experience was fantastic and professional. I wasn't sure if I'd been scammed at first having never heard of headout. But wow brilliant, I'm not even going to delete the app 👍 I would definitely recommend if you're having trouble finding tickets. Thankyou so much to our lovely tour guide she was amazing

La Sagrada Familia - truly special and uplifting with a great tour guide We visited yesterday with Lena - she is an awesome and passionate Guide. We have been to La Sagrada several times but not for awhile. Lena was able to move us v quickly through the checking in process and given the crowds made sure we got to see all the highlights. She explained v well the history, the meaning of the various components re the Biblical interpretations, Gaudi's vision and what still lies ahead re the task of completion. We have done many tours in our travels and this tour was well organised and great value for money. My only hint to Lena is with all her passion it would help if she slowed down a little re her information as she does speak v quickly - but so do most Spanish tour guides. Also Lena has put together her own v comprehensive reference book which she used to help illustrate her talking /information points. This was very informative. Thanks Lena you really added to my knowledge and love for La Sagrada - this is my favourite building in the world and you helped to make my return visit after more than 5 yrs special.

Breathtaking Basilica.....no words can describe it. In addition to the amazing architecture and stained glass glowing colors, the tour was perfect!! Meeting place was accurate, tour was on time and we were able to go right into the Basilica without waiting in line. The short tour explaining the architecture and plans was very interesting. Even though the group was offered the option to leave the tour and explore everyone waited until the very end before exploring independently. I highly recommend it!

We were at the required location for 11.45am as instructed . By 12.10 pm no one had turned up. We called the number on the ticket and were told there was some mixup. Our guide then turned up about 12.20 and apoligised . Saying the office had caused the problem . Once it started the guide was good. There was no audio guide .

I usually don't like guided tours but this Sagrada Familia tour with a hosted entry was exactly what I was looking for. Our guide Oriol was very knowledgeable about the Sagrada and made for a very informative tour. He also allowed us to ask questions if we had. I loved that after the tour, we had free time to tour the Sagrada ourselves. It gave us an opportunity to take our time exploring and go to the museum to learn all about Gaudí and go to the gift shop. I would recommend this tour for anyone looking for a bit of guidance about the Sagrada but also someone who enjoys taking their time to view and explore themselves.

Everything was fine. The purchase of tickets went fine (although I always regret that you have to install another app to receive the tickets), the guide was at the agreed place and the tour you got was as described. So is it worth the extra money (compared to the regular ticket price?) . Definitely. You pay a little more, but you practically don't have to stand in line, you get about half an hour of explanation about the Sagrada and then you can stay as long as you want to see everything again. As for the Sagrada itself: I was there for the second time, the first time it was very sunny and then the colors and the light come out much better. But even if it is not sunny: it is a unique building, much more inside than outside.

I didn't know it was an English speaking tour. We expected more time and more information. The guide was very correct and very well disposed, but evidently what was stated by the company was not what we expected. We also did not know that it did not include the climb to the tower. Maybe it was our mistake not to read more carefully what the tour was like. Or maybe the information on the website was not good. Or a combination of both. Next time we will inform ourselves better.
