One-Way Skyliner Express Tickets: Narita Airport to/from Ueno/Nippori Station

Easy to purchase (much easier than the Keisei Skyliner website itself). The directions weren't 100% thorough, as I still had to figure out which kiosk to go to (went to the wrong one at first), but luckily we went to the station a little bit ahead of time.

Train was fast, online and clean. Easy signage to get my very jetlagged self from the arrivals area and onto the train.

Easily able to enter the gates going to Narita but exiting had complications. Instead, I had to fall in line to get the conductor to scan my QR code when I could have just walked through the gates hassle free.

We were able to pre-purchase tickets on the Skyliner express to go from Ueno station to Tokyo's Narita airport. This was a fast and comfortable journey to complete our holiday.

Easy to buy on the website, then easy to convert it into tickets either QR code at the station ticket machine. The train ride was efficient and comfortable too.

Made it easy! Follow the signs to the Kessi Skyliner (KS) train, and use the machine (not the ticket counter) to scan the QR code and get your tickets.

was actually clickly wrongly as i wish to book directly in the brand.com, end up i noticed its a 3rd party company issue my ticket. Was a bit worried until i got the real tickets. Satisfied and highly recommend as the tickets is cheaper than brand.com JPY2000 for one way

It was really easy to book the tickets on their website and claiming it was also a breeze. Definitely will recommend this to family and friends going to Japan.

My purchased ticket did not work, it could not be accepted by the system. We were a group of 10 people, but it was only mine that didn't work. We bought a new one and I was allowed to go with my family to see teanlab. It was well done by the two employees of teamlab. They got my data, which they could use if they could replace my first purchased ticket. But nothing has happened. Yet?

Great! I only couldn't understand why and was a bit angry for missing the next train, because the tickets. So, I bought them online and had a confirmation on my email. At the train station I realised that I have to download the app in order to have the tickets for entering the train station. This is not very convinient for a foreigner with limited mobile data, or expensive. Then after downloading I had the QR codes, but nevertheless the stuff there send me to the counter to get a real tickets. So, I missed the train after so many hurdles. I had time so was no problem but I see here an improvement potential. At the end I could go to the counter directly, without downloading or something else. Or best would be if you send via email tickets ready to use. Good luck!

It was easy to get the process done for my first time using it. Once got to the station, line up and show qr code to the staff to get the physical ticket. Very simple!

Convenient, buy it on your platform through website, and I can get my ticket at Kensei Ueno Station directly. Cheaper as well

The lineup to retrieve the ticket at Narita airport was way too long. There should be an expedited line.
