Illuseum Berlin Tickets

The staff were very friendly and helpful, took some photos for us , so that we got the full experience. We really enjoyed our time there, would have liked the illusion centre to be bigger, with more experiences.

The support team on site was very nice. It was also interesting and nice, but we had expected the exhibition to be much bigger. Our grandchildren actually spent the longest time doing puzzles and solving puzzles. Interactive always works. Because the rooms are quite small, there were often waiting times, especially for the works where you should take your time with the app... Nevertheless, we didn't regret it.

Price performance does not fit. We expected more. That you stand in drawings and then appear as an illusion in the photo. Just like it looks with the chair.

The various offers, especially the "bridge" at the beginning. However, the prices could be a little cheaper given the relatively short length of stay.

Trying out the various exhibits was great fun. Each exhibit has a very good description of how to use it and why it works the way it does. We liked the vortex tunnel best. Hold on tight and tilt your head a little to the side and you feel like you're on a rollercoaster.

It's crazy what sensory illusions you succumb to in the Illuseum. Reality is often totally different from how the eye and the human brain perceive it.

My granddaughters were thrilled by the effects! Less good was the organization and the fact that tickets were significantly cheaper on site!

Everything was fine. The staff Maya was very kind to us showing us anything we asked. She was very helpful towards each-other. And the girl at the desk was very kind .

The barely tangible illusions: two circle sections are verifiably the same. But we do not recognize this due to the arrangement.

Everything was fine on site, We were a group of 10 people and unfortunately had to cancel/postpone two people. But that was technically not possible. So the tickets expired, which was a shame. The procedure should be better described....

We + our seven-year-old grandson really enjoyed the visit to the ILLUSEUM. Many amazing effects .... There were also older kids who had a glow in their eyes. Buy tickets in advance online + be on time. Around 1400 it was very crowded + visitors o tickets had to be turned away.

Very interesting even for 8-year-old children. It's good that it's not such a big museum.
