As we were there on a Thursday, there was no waiting time. It was super fun and interesting. An employee called Sofia was also very nice. She explained some of the "specials" to us in a very friendly and nice way. Thank you for that!

We had booked our tickets online beforehand. As Berlin was on vacation, it was pretty full. We liked the exhibition. Unfortunately, we could hardly take any photos due to the crowds. It was just too crowded for that and the visitors weren't very considerate. The cramped conditions in the checkroom were particularly bad.

And we enjoyed our entire stay. We were fascinated and surprised by the exhibition. The staff were also friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, there were a lot of people in a small space. The volume was a bit exhausting.

All the attractions on offer there are SUPER! Of course we used and tried out all the interactive installations! I was there with my two grandchildren, aged ten and 11, and as a grandpa I really enjoyed seeing how they enjoyed themselves!!! They both took dozens of photos and reported back to the family in the evening with lots of fun and pride. Buying tickets online was great: there was no queue at check-in and in the exhibition! Many thanks for this highlight!

As I expected my group to pay attention to the number of visitors, I was really shocked at how full it was. We couldn't take photos in peace because people kept entering the cramped space. Especially with the chair photo, it didn't work at all. The second downer was that the exhibition is so small. It was a birthday invitation and I was a bit ashamed of the cramped space and the inability to enjoy the objects on display. In addition, the staff at the entrance was only one person, who also had to give the explanation. However, the person was very friendly and I would like to praise that considering the stress this person was under. So reduce the number of visitors in any case and couple the time with the room information so that you don't fall from all clouds when you are standing at the entrance again!!!

I had bought tickets for 6 adults and 1 child. However, 3 adults and 1 child had made a mistake on the day and I wanted to reschedule the visit. That was not possible. So I wanted to cancel the tickets for 3 adults and 1 child. That was not possible. I therefore paid more than double the price and can therefore only advise anyone not to buy tickets there other than at the ticket office.

The special rooms were very interesting. Unfortunately, there were disorderly crowds of visitors. Since we were supposed to be there at 11:00 a.m., we thought there was an extra tour scheduled for that time. The large number of visitors was a bit of a nuisance in the rooms.

I assumed that they would be accompanied. The children would certainly have gratefully accepted this. The initial recommendation was to move freely. The illusions must be photographed to make them visible. So I was actually shouted at that the children were too loud and the staff are not educators. A little more empathy for excited children please. Suitable for families, less so for classes with younger children.

The support team on site was very nice. It was also interesting and nice, but we had expected the exhibition to be much bigger. Our grandchildren actually spent the longest time doing puzzles and solving puzzles. Interactive always works. Because the rooms are quite small, there were often waiting times, especially for the works where you should take your time with the app... Nevertheless, we didn't regret it.

Trying out the various exhibits was great fun. Each exhibit has a very good description of how to use it and why it works the way it does. We liked the vortex tunnel best. Hold on tight and tilt your head a little to the side and you feel like you're on a rollercoaster.

We + our seven-year-old grandson really enjoyed the visit to the ILLUSEUM. Many amazing effects .... There were also older kids who had a glow in their eyes. Buy tickets in advance online + be on time. Around 1400 it was very crowded + visitors o tickets had to be turned away.

Ich (w, über 50) war mit meiner Tochter (über 20) im Illuseum im Zuge unserer Berlinreise. Wir hatten viel Spaß, aber leider nur 1 Stunde Zeit, da es um 17 Uhr schloss. Das war viel zu wenig Zeit ;) Es war für meine Begriffe ein kleines bisschen zu voll. Es kam natürlich vor, dass man 'ungeduldig' darauf wartete, dass man dran kam oder es wartete jemand 'ungeduldig' darauf, dass man endlich fertig ist. Aber: 5 Sterne für jeden einzelnen Mitarbeiter. Supernett! Der Kauf der Online-Tickets funktionierte übrigens problemlos. Und die kostenlosen Schließfächer sind prima, so muss man nicht alles mit schleppen. LG
