Ronda KL: 24/48-Hour Hop-On Hop-Off Kuala Lumpur Tour

The Hop-on Hop-off bus was a great way to see so many sights in Kuala Lumpur. I got a 48 hour pass and I found that I could see most of the things I wanted to in that time. I chose the weekend to do it, and I found that the traffic wasn't bad and the busses weren't too full either. I recommend it!

Inlike both routes garden n city stops. Its incredible easy and convenient to local and non-local tourist. Itsvthe best wayt o know KL.

I enjoyed the variety of stops and the tour guides. I did NOT like that on both routes we had to switch buses due to mechanical reasons. And given the hot temperatures the AC was non existence, barely blowing cold air, not acceptable, I didn't get a discount for those issues, KL collected full fares.

Not happy at first. Thought I was booking KL Hoho tickets then "Ronda" popped up after I had paid. Had to go to shopping plaza to get bus. When there realised it was the same thing. Paid through "Berlin". ??? Very good once on board.

Getting the tickets was easy and simple, got the tickets within minutes of booking, redeeming the tickets at the office was also a breeze. I loved the experience of seeing Malaysia hassle free. Absolutely amazing. However, I would suggest having waiting times at the bus stops as we had to wait quite long at some points in the sun and this was a bit unpleasant

I really enjoyed how easy I could hop of and on and visit the places I liked most, very convienent and a good way to see much in a short time. Only con is that we got stuck in a traffic jam in the afternoon which is normal in KL but very annoying. Also, the bus driver didn't want to let me out of the bus eventhough it was a perfectly safe location to let me out and the bus was waiting for the traffic light.

Firstly, on your website it is mentioned that every 20 mins the next bus would arrive. At the very onset, the guide said the next pick up bus would be 20 - 30 mins. But at many points our wait for the bus was for more than 30 minutes for eg at Chow Kit we waited for more about 40 mins. Secondly When the bus did arrive at Chow Kit, the AC was not working and the tourists from the upper deck were coming down because the AC was not functional. The lower deck got so crowded that it was unbearable to sit in the bus. We requested the driver to just stop and drop us, though it was not the Ronda stop. This delayed our visit to the other places. Thirdly the main places for photography like the KLCC, was past 4 pm. If we had to get down, we will not have a pick again. Also we will miss even seeing the other places. So we just sat in the bus, till the last stop. We fully understand that the option of the next day was there too. But our next day, we had planned other things to do. Hence we were not able to complete our sightseeing.

Convenient to our accommodation and a good way to see city sights. Sometimes had to wait much longer than 20 to 30 minutes for next bus. One time waited over 50 mins

Hard to understand the guide No information about stopping for periods of time (not on all sectors) driver didnt stop long enough to ensure all passengers had time to disembark Great opportunity to see KL easily

Not as good as other hop on hop off experiences we have had around the world. No earpieces but a loudspeaker made for difficult hearing and understanding. Also very little historical or cultural information shared compared to other tours we have done.

The perfect way to explore much of the city. It can be used all day by getting off at the places of interest to you. Thanks.

An easy and simple process to follow to book. The tour was good, although later in the afternoon, the traffic can interfer with the journey... But still a great way to see and explore the city...

City tour was great with a minimum of description of the different sites. Garden tour has no description, on'y the name of the stop which should be important on such a tour.

The Ticket bay worked. But on the tour came a bus staff to tellvus, that the ticket is for Malaysian Citizens and we have to pay an other 60 MYR.

Enjoyed every bits of the tour! The last time I was in KL was 2012, the bus took me around to see some of the places I have never been to. I will definitely repeat this ride in the future!

It was comfortable and we got to see many places of interest. Staff were very friendly. Always plenty of seating available either inside with the air-conditioning or in the open air

There is far too much to see KL, you have to make choices, because the buses sometimes left a long time to wait, so we lost a lot of time and after 16.00 there are no more pick-ups , so you have to stay on the bus until your final point

I bought the ticket online and redeemed it at Sungai Wang Plaza. The staff is really helpful and informative. We enjoyed our half day journey with Hop On Hop Off KL so much and looking forward for our next trip 😊

first of all, I like riding this bus because I don't have to drive around Kuala Lumpur (which is busy with vehicles 24 hours a day) and secondly, this bus stops at all the attractions in Kuala Lumpur. the bus driver is very friendly and the tour guide also gives interesting facts about the stop location. We Malaysians also sometimes don't know about that information so with the help of a tour guide it can increase the children's knowledge.🥰

best..just got to go all over the placettt..very interesting..makes it easy for outsiders mcm us ni 1st time riding the bus tu..nnti leh repeat again..hehehe lazy nk turun leh amik pic dr atas bas ajeeee😍👍🏻
