You told us to arrive half an hour before the performance. On arrival at the theatre, they were unable to scan the tickets into the mobile QR code but at the front desk they located our reservation and printed it out so we could get in on time.

The theatre is beautiful. The staff is good and Duncan, at the stage door, is the best!!! I loved it and telling everybody that. I will be back, for sure.

East convenient way to get tickets - no reason to do it any other way

The email I received about attending the show indicated that Covid protocols were in place - based on this information we wore masks believing that others would also be wearing masks. We felt safe attending (I am immune compromised from cancer treatment) However few people were wearing masks and crowding was not alleviated. It was unbelievably hot with no air circulation, air conditioning or ventilation. Therefore we ended up struggling to breathe We got the earphones as we are hard of hearing - they did not work at all. They just crackled Therefore we felt compelled to leave at interval. We could not leave earlier as we were sitting in the centre seats J13&14, and did not want to disturb anyone
