Full-Day Tour of Auschwitz-Birkenau and Wieliczka Salt Mine with Transfers from Krakow & Lunch

Very informative and educational tour. Daniel our tour guide was very helpful and accommodating and gave very clear instructions.

Everyting went well. The guides in both tours were very good explaining the history and details. The lunch was two sandwich, 2 pieces of fruit, a bar of chocolate and a bottle of water. Besides that we could do a meal in a restaurant near the salt mines. Long day but the squedule was respected.

It was a great multicultural experience: people from different countries could enjoy a deep learning yet fast tour in one of the most important historical places in the recent years of the world

Danielle from the tour company was very helpful and friendly. He gave us very clear information about the pick up times and where our bus was parked. The tour guides at the concetration camps and salt mine were very knowledgeable and they answered all our questions. Downside : When I booked the tour the information said we could be picked up from our hotel. This was not the case, fortunately the pick up point was not too far from the hotel. The packed lunch was very disappointing, the quality was poor and it was given to us while we were waiting to be picked up , so we had to leave it on a very hot coach all morning.

The guided tours around wrrr excellent with site guide very knowledgeable and well presented. The lunch would have been acceptable had the sandwiches not been dry and curling up at the edges and apple was rotten. The trip to the locations was on normal roads, motorways would may have been a better option, as checking on google maps during the journey indicated the motorway option would have been quicker. I would happily paid a small extra to cover road tolls.

Justina the guide was brilliant and she controlled the day in good humour and with good knowledge.. No problem was too much for her and she relayed all the information clearly to everyone great asset to the company.

Auschwitz and Birkenau were a great experience, our tour guide was very good, he explained everything well and made the tour extremely interesting.

I did the auschwitz and salt mine tours, I liked the pacing didn't feel rushed, and the guides were great.

Local guide gave incomplete informations , especially Austwitz II. We visited faster
