The Smeds and The Smoos

The story was lovely and relevant to kids and adults alike. The actors were awesome (--super thank you for coming out after the production and wishing a Happy Birthday to our grandson). The theatre was lovely, and the theatre staff were friendly and helpful. All in all, it was a wonderful experience for us and for our six year old grandson. Thank you to the Smeds and Smoos production family!

The staff at the theatre were great and the show first class ------------------ Surely you need to know what was bad ? Not clever to deny custiomers to complain ------------------------------------- The booking system was long winded and faulted several times. The booking took three times so assuming Headout are responsible for this area, and you get other complaints

My son was asking me what time it was after 30 minutes so it didnt really hold his attention for the entirety. Perhaps more panto stuff like the water pistols at the audience and stuff like that. I give it 6/10 I could tell a lot of hard work had gone into this though. All the best, G.Freilich

Overall it wasn't a bad show, the performers were very good and it was good that they showed them "becoming the characters" so the kids understood they were people dressed up but it was lacking a bit of depth and my 4yr old lost interest early on. The planet-visiting scene also went on for a while (close to the book) but it did seem a little too long. We bought the cheaper tickets at £12 and I'm glad as if we had paid more it would have been quite overpriced for what it was. The venue were helpful as we were not sent our tickets and staff really nice. I think the show could be better with more detail.

Smeds and Smoos show was great - that's what the positive review is for. Ticketing experience was really annoying- why do you make people "reconfirm" tickets that they've already paid for? Just email the ticket as soon as payment is taken

My family and I enjoyed the show. The theatre itself is quite old and the actual view from the seat wasn't the impression provided by the online booking system. Nonetheless, the performance by the actors was entertaining and i would definitely recommend seeing the show before it comes to an end.

Ticket booking was easy and we got good seats for the performance. My E tickets didn't arrive but it was simple to get them at the box office on arrival.

I didn't receive the tickets 48hr before the event which made me feel anxious about possibly disappointing my 4 year old granddaughter travelling up from Bournemouth with her mother for this birthday treat. I eventually found the confirmation email and used the email address give n to follow up with automatic reply. Fortunately I read to the end and was somewhat reassured that the box office would print them 0ut. I took an extra early train to ensure I had enough time to do that and all went smoothly. I feel that stress could have been avoided.

The experience was great. The ticketing experience was not as I received the tickets the day after I had booked, however the tickets were printed out at the box office but I was concerned that I was going to get to the theatre and not be let in.

A terrific mix-up of music, pitch, colours and creativity to keep the little ones engaged. Our family thoroughly enjoyed it.

The show was wonderful. All the ground team at the box office and in the theatre were extremely helpful and kind. We will be raving about our experience to friends and family! thank you

Well acted, well sung- well done. My 3 year old grandson was rapt in wonder and attention, start to finish.

Interactive. Accomodating. All 3 children ages 8-3 years thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
