No problem with ticketing on line. Bus was 15 minutes late to our stop but that is understandable. Driver was terrific and informative. It was a greta way to see the city in a limited amount of time available.

Good commentary
Bus was full at the Cascades factory, about 12 of us couldn't get on. We waited approx 15 mins for another bus to come along which was better than 30 minutes.
