The truth is that it is not bad but it does not seem as interesting as it could be a museum that is called of the future. Cris that there would be more surprising things, I did not find it very interactive and lacking languages, I think Spanish is important enough to be counted on. Only the room of the species, animal plants and insects seemed interesting to me, the rest was boring and not very surprising. I would not repeat it because there are many better things to do in Dubai if you do not have much time.

Fantastic family experience at the Dubai Frame! We visited with our kids and had a wonderful time. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making everything smooth. Going to the top was the highlight – the views of the whole of Dubai are absolutely spectacular, with modern skyscrapers on one side and old Dubai on the other. The kids loved it! Highly recommend for families. A must-do!

A nice experience on every level. Is less crowded before lunch so try to go as early as posible if you don't want to wait at the entrance for a long time ( 40 mins for me). To pick up your entry bracelets if you already purchesed tickets you have to be at the counter (or self pick up machines) between 30 mins before and 30 mins after your entry time that is writen on the ticket.

As I am senior citizen 75 years old & my wife 71 years old, we had 3 small size hand bags , we had water & food in them, I was told to be reserved in the luggage room, we should have registered at the time of booking to access, as I saw many people had bags with them , they were younger than us; we had not been treated fairly

The ease of getting in due to the tickets booked on Headout was the starting point of a great experience. The elevator zips you to the top floor, and the view from there is simply spectacular! Really enjoyed the glass floor, scary at first, but then the view is mesmerizing as you stare down below

In my opinion, the museum is interesting but it loses hype as you go through the different levels. I was expecting to be more impressed. Also, take into accoutn that you'll need to book your tickets in advanced and you'll have to wait around 20-30min in a queue to go inside the hotel.

The combination of a museum to wander through, the thrill of being 150m up, walking on glass, and the views either side, so much more of an experience than expected. Busy, but well managed to keep things moving.

It's was a nice experience but very crowded but that has nothing to do with headout atleast. I saw that sometimes get option to pay with Google pay and sometimes doesn't, may be you can look into that.

If someone loves day time viewing from top of the frame then try to go early morning. I reached location at 8:30 and it was less crowded. For this price, frame should be part of your bucket list.

Wery impressive the building design. Convenient walk from the train station. It builds futuristic expectation. But it less then I expected. Journey starts from long 30 min wait to upload 40 people in the cabin for travelling in to future. Its is like Disney land 20years back. There is lots of space for different themes but not full with usefull info. Some stuff in another museum around the Europe and UK mush higher standard more Wow factor and some where is cheaper.

The skip the line part was only on the ticket counter and not the actual queue passed the ticket gate. You still have to queue to the actual line for the elevator up the Dubai Frame. And to be honest, what they say about seeing the two sides of Dubai -- the ancient and the modern side, you'll have a greater understanding of it once you're on the top. The twalk on the transparent glass that will give you a view down is actually a thrilling experience.

Very unusual! I really liked the library! Breathtaking room with changing pictures! We got interesting photos! In this room you can stay a long time there are poufiks you can sit and meditate! A few very interesting ideas about the upcoming future, sometimes you can feel like being inside a movie (science fiction one of course). The beginning of your visit in this museum might be jaw dropping experience but the end of this tour seems like its potential has been unfortunately lost.

The Museum of the Future in Dubai is amazing.We easily managed with the directions and access, everything is superlative, congratulations! flying taxis, suspended homes, modern means of communication, etc. We took pictures in astronaut suits and witnessed conversations with robots

Great views at the top. Staff were incredibly helpful and polite. It was busy though and long wait to get in. We purchased the skip the line option ticket but the folks at Dubai Frame did not honour that saying that the information is incorrect and Headout have been informed.

I loved how the exhibitions transitioned from showing how Dubai was built, to how Dubai could be in the future. Visited on a Thursday afternoon, there was moderate-level crowd. The view from the top was wonderful, with old Dubai on one side of the frame and new on the other.

I made an almost last minute booking for the museum of the future at Dubai. Due to the less reaction time, they were unavailable at all the sites. That is when Headout came to my rescue and was able to provide tickets for my family and me to enjoy. The good part of buying through headout - 1. Super quick 2. Super easy. 3. Super transparent 4. Pay by card. The not so good part - 1. Downloading the headout app was compulsory to check in at the museum. As this was no apparent earlier, it resulted in wasting crucial time and mobile data on International roaming. The museum of the future is located on Sheikh Zayed Road . It is a futuristic exhibition space dedicated to science, technology, innovation, exploring possible futures in areas like health, space, ecosystems, transport, energy. Architecturally it is very distinct: a torus (doughnut-shape) building with calligraphy in Arabic on the façade, designed by Killa Design with engineering by Buro Happold. Key Features & Highlights Its façade comprises 1,024 unique fire-retardant composite panels clad in stainless steel. Wikipedia The Arabic calligraphy on the façade are quotes from Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum (Ruler of Dubai) about the future. Inside: multiple floors dedicated to different themes: outer space & resource development; ecosystems & bio-engineering; health & wellness; near-future technologies in water, food, transport; and a dedicated floor for children (“Future Heroes”). The moment we exited the metro and saw the stunning silver-torus building, we were already “wow-ed” — that architecture is truly something. Inside, we walked through the themed zones and enjoyed the interactive displays, especially the “kids floor” where our children and we along with many others actually engaged. On the flip side, some exhibits felt a bit rushed and we felt we spent more time queuing than lingering. Overall a fun family outing — recommend with moderate expectations.

A Perfect Experience: Quick Entry and Fascinating Insights! Visiting the Dubai Frame was a highlight of my trip to Dubai. I was there with my two kids (14&18). What often detracts from major tourist attractions are the long wait times, but I was so pleasantly surprised by how quick and efficient the queuing system was. We moved seamlessly from ticket purchase to the elevator, meaning we spent far more time enjoying the incredible views rather than standing in line. Before you even reach the top, you go through the ground-floor exhibition, which is genuinely informative and engaging. It sets a fantastic context, detailing Dubai's transformation from a humble fishing village to the global hub it is today. Even the kids were really interested in it. This exhibit is so well-curated that it adds immense value to the ticket price. Speaking about price this is surely one of the more fair value experiences. The views from the top, providing a striking contrast between old (right side) and new Dubai (left side), are simply unparalleled. This is a truly unique, five-star experience that is efficiently run and incredibly informative. A definite must-visit!

Visiting the Dubai Frame was a delightful experience for my wife and me. The atmosphere was incredibly friendly, and we were pleased to see many families with children enjoying their time there as well. The staff were wonderful, always ready to assist and enhance our visit. The views from the top were simply breathtaking, offering a unique perspective of the city. However, it was a bit disappointing that they didn’t provide cold water but that said, there was a good selection of other drinks, including hot beverages, and we thoroughly enjoyed the lovely café located downstairs. Overall, our visit to the Dubai Frame was a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy a day out in Dubai.

The people in charge at the venue were very helpful and reapectful. They managed the orderly entry and processing of the guests. They were clear with their narration and instructions. The shows were very interesting and educational. The experience is highly entertaining and recommended for other to see and feel.

It's a very nice place.If you have young-teenage children, they'll love it too. If you’re just a nerdy adult with some spare time, you’ll have fun too! It is an experience not to be missed if you are in Dubai! Starting with the architecture of the museum itself, and each floor represents a different area, even has a special area with games for children under 12 years. The organization and the staff of the place are very friendly.

Everything was fine with the Headout service, including the vouchers and logistics. However, I expected more from both IMG Worlds of Adventure and the Museum of the Future. Perhaps my expectations were a bit too high compared to the reality.

The Frame, when we reached it was fine but the tickets didn't allow 'skipping the line' as their name suggests. The queue was, fortunately, not too long, when we arrived, but still required half an hour of standing in the heat!

I first checked the official Museum of the Future website, and all tickets were sold out. Then I came here and managed to find tickets for the exact day I wanted. I booked them and I’m very happy. Thank you so much!

You sold me a "fast track" ticket, you could have told me that all the tickets were "fast track" waitied for 70 minutes to get into the frame. Global village was excellent though and would go back there.

Fantastic, mind-blowing, out of the box experience. My kids enjoyed every moment of it. Look forward to visiting again. The highlights were the robotic dog and flying fish along with futuristic vehicles.

Crowd was properly handled but still for parents carrying infants can have special queue it would have helped much otherwise all good experience . This is the second time am having the visit

Tickets are easy to use. We love the museum. In the Dubai Frame, the "skip the line" is a scam. You actually need to make a big queue outside, which I was not expecting.
