We were not able to experience the Castle and its museums as we could not enter because they had electricity problems and no one could access. I have been requesting a refund for 1 week and no one has told me anything...pitiful, I won't buy anything from Headout again if I don't get my money back.

Horrible!!! The ticket clearly said entry to Pieta and I was denied and the museum doesn't even have a 2:30 pm entry. I went back to the partner's (Autostradale's office) and the agent rudely said not their problem. I made four long distance calls to support and got a recording. Chat was horrible. Despite clear wording Rondanini Pieta included, Chat argued it was not. My disappointment is huge having traveled all the way from Canada to Rome, then to Milan to see the third Pieta of Michelangelo to be denied emtry by the venue. I cried!

The visit to the Castello Sforzesco is sesta very interesting! Unfortunately, the downloaded audio guide only described the exterior part of the castle

It is not easy to find where to get the tickets, the indications are not clear, it is not worth it since the entrance to the castle is free, spend more than 20 minutes trying to see where to change for the tickets, you don't avoid queues or anything.

The audio guide only talks about the outside, not about the inside of the castle.

Great castle with many museums. You can spend whole day there. Of course, the Michaelangelo work is a must. It'll be better if the link to the App for the audio guide was sent in advance as I was not able to download it at the castle.

Easy to collect tickets at Sforzesco castle. Just make sure to follow instructions. At Necchi Villa, I showed the Headout app ticket to the entry and there was no issue. At the front door of the actual house, they had no idea about Headout but I explained the entrance had no issues with it and it was fine.

I was given the tickets and a mobile application with a very basic guide to make the visit. Considering that there were no queues to buy the tickets, I consider little added value what I received.
