Summit One is a must in NY! The views are awsome! And get a drink on the terrace while sunsent it's just amazing!!!! 💯

The experience was really cool, me and my friends had a blast at the balloon area. Regarding tickets, by mistake i bought 5 when i only needed 4, Is there any posibility to get some Sort of refind on that?

This was really cool to see. I liked this much more then the Top of the Rock one. The mirrored floor does take a minute to get used too! But it's really cool!

The experience of seeing New York City at night is amazing, everything went smoothly and without a hitch, my appointment was at 8:30 pm and we arrived to line up at 8 pm to not take so long in the filters, as there are always many people in the city, everything was fine, inside is wonderful the view, the balloon room, the photo in the window of 10!!!, I would book again, thank you!

The place was absolutely beautiful, the views were pretty breathtaking. I think it was just a little overpriced for the tickets. Tried to find something to buy at the gift shop near the top, but it was insnely overproced. Overall a very good experience and one I will remember.

Great views and a fun and informative experience. From the second last floor you can see an amazing view of the NYC skyline. All the rooms were unique and different. Nothing I've ever seen before

The Summit was a great experience. The views of NYC were just amazing! You could see everything! The experiences were a lot of fun too. Loved the ball room and the clouds!

It was a whole experience! They made me feel fear, joy, curiosity, etc... so many different things. Really an awesome experience

The immersive experience was excellent. All the spaces were very enjoyable although it would be better to reduce the amount of people for greater mobility. The ascent/descent experience is as close as I can imagine to a teleportation. The view was incredible.

It was an amazing experience being up that high and being able to see the city. I learned alot about the city and buildings that day. I loved the balloon room. The ledge for picture taking was breathtaking!!! I recommend to go if you can

Very interactive experience. Would recommend to others. We had an evening event and it was amazing. If you are afraid of heights may be better to do at night as per hubby.

The view is amazing and Summit also offers funny entertainments, that we can share with family and friends! Or even alone!! Besides, the food is delicious!

We liked the amazing view and the floor with balloons , it's so great that there are many spots you can sit and just relax, think about something looking how life goes on in a busy city! Moreover, there is a nice cafe and you can also enjoy the view of the city drinking a cup of coffee! Thank you! It was worth the money and time!

I was bummed because I lost my QR code for picture and the guide was rude and basically told me I'm out of luck. I was the single person.

It was stunning to see New York City that way. It is awesome that New York City have both the Empire State Building, representation of the past and now and the Summit, today and future.

The view was of course amazing- and the features, mirrors, balloons and the cloud wall was a add on to the rooms - very good place to visit when coming to NYC

The ticketing experience was amazing. We knew where and when to be at the location and had an amazing time at this site. It was a new adventure for us in New York and Headout helped make it easy. I would highly recommend using Headout for any excursions that you will be taking.

Observatory was great. Especially at night. Views were incredible. Staff was kind, service efficient. Queuing time was acceptable.

With your service it was 100%. The experience was average at the summit because it was raining and the view of NY at night was not available. Everything was a white cloud
