Overall it's good. The only bad is we cannot predict on the weather condition. Heavy rain on the day we went to universal studio. The rain only stopped by afternoon which we didn't enjoy much on the outdoor games.

It was very accommadating to my elderly parents. The staff took my parents aside and let them sit down so they did not have to traverse the long queue. They watched us until we got closer to the front of the queue and then let them board the tram with us. It was amazingly organized and the staff were extremely friendly! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Great displays and very informative. We found the experience very informative and the kids really enjoyed the interaction with the star fish

The price was just wonderful - possibly give more caution for the 1 rollercoaster ride especially though.. it was very physical and frightening. The one that starts you out slowly..

I easily ordered the tickets for s.e.a. unfortunately I received an email without tickets but by contacting support I was able to get my tickets back very quickly. Everything went smoothly afterwards for the visit. Nothing to say

Our guide, Lynn San, was so knowledgeable and informative. It was pouring out and yet we were still able to see all of the city sights. We were picked up at our hotel and dropped off at the airport. We didn't have to think or stress. It was so perfect in every way!

It's a very nice place to visit for a day, with a tonne of fun and experiences. If you have young children, they'll love it too. We have fun too! Quick tip, buy your tickets online to save time.

We purchased 4 combo tickets. But we got 4 Universal Studio tickets and One SEA Aquarium ticket. This led to lot of inconvenience with us running around for help.

Your title said "Skip-the-line Tickets to Universal Studios Singapore + Round-Trip Sky Pass to Singapore Cable " I misunderstood this as skip-the-line to rides, if not I would have not bought this. So you should be more clear on what's being offered.

Universal was lots of fun. Full day and we were really lucky with waiting times. We had a few ticketing issues- mainly with the PDF loading, but after refreshing it a few times it worked and we were able to skip the ticketing line

App is erysipelas easy to navigate and process of purchasing our tickets was easy. The FAQ section did answer our questions when we had them. Tickets came in quickly (some were instant) another one took about 2 hours. So would still purchase tickets at least a day in advance. Would use headout again when travelling to purchase tickets and adventures again.

At the entrance gate my eTicket did not work. I was sent back to a huuuuge line to exchange my ticket bought via headout for a " normal ticket" which turned out to be unnecessary because my ticket was ok! So I lost some 30 minutes just to be finally told at the ticket office that my ticket didn't work in the first place because the staff at the entrance gate tried to scan a QR code in a barcode scanner...

All good, just don't have enough time to experience all the ride n shows due to time consuming. It will be good if uss operation hours brought earlier... Suggetion 10-18hrs

I actually booked for my son who was with his friends. The booking process was smooth and my son did not encounter any problems.

Ticketing experience was most stressful as the app would not open on my phone. Eventually using a different phone and lots of hassle I got to view the tickets. The aquarium itself was wonderful.

Although the rules are very strict and rigid, the support team managed to solve the issue for me. However it took me 8h of follow up with 4 different agents to get the issue sorted.

Took 3-4 hours for tickets verification (or approval I don't remember). Only when I contact support, your staff helped me. So we got too little time in Universal studios.

I just loved it... your services are awesome..all the Singapore itinerary was hassle free... everything was systematically and totally Digitally crafted..I and my wife just loved the experience in Singapore..I totally recommended your services and surely recommend to all that Plz must Visit Singapore once in a life..

We were not issued with skip.the line tickets which we thought we had booked therefore each ride was a 30 min queue and the transformers over 1 hour
