The ticketing experience was not good, we arrived a half an hour early for our ticket, it took over an hour to get on the bus with the very long queue and having to have our pre-booked ticket checked off. We were 1/2 late getting on the bus which limited our time looking at the gardens. We loved the gardens. The tulips were stunning.
Getting back to Amsterdam was very easy.

The Keukenhof is really beautiful and large. There's something different to eat or buy on every corner. There is also a playground for the little ones.

It was simple to book the reservation on line and in advance of my trip. It was seamless to pick up the bus vouchers and entry ticket at This Is Holland. The bus ride to and from Keukenhof Gardens was comfortable and relaxing. We breezed through the entry and enjoyed a full day exploring the gardens. When we saw all we could see, it was easy to find the return bus and easy to get to our hotel from This Is Holland. I highly recommend the experience!

THE SHUTTLE BUS IS COMFORTABLE. THE PARK IS VERY NICE ALTHOUGH MANY FLOWERS ARE STILL TO COME OUT. I GUESS IT WILL BE NICER IN APRIL

It was wonderful. I loved the place, seeing so many beautiful tulips and other flowers. A paradise. I enjoyed it with my daughter. I would repeat the visit as many times as I have the opportunity.

This is our 3rd trip to Keukenhof Gardens and it was very much worth the time! Beautiful. We got lucky and it did not rain as we feared it might. The only thing to be aware of is that the bus trip is VERY POPULAR, so there is a long line to check in (but the line moved fast, only about 20 minutes). Then you must wait for your bus - another 10-15 min. Do not worry though, your entry time is still valid even if you get there much later than expected. I would do this trip again.

Love the tour as it allowed us to travel to the 4 places with comfort and ease. Also timing were not too rushed at each of the places. The guide was knowledgeable and shared so much about these places. 👍

The trip was very well organised and the coach transfer was very easy. The tulips at Keukenhof were beautiful. We visited over the Easter weekend in April and it was a really good time as nearly all the flowers were in full bloom. It did get very very busy so we were glad we went in the morning first thing. Would definitely recommend a visit

The all inclusive with flexibility to go when I wanted. The staff coordinating it at This is Holland were grest .The park is so beautiful and big and the bus was good for the quick drive

Very good organization, the buses leave from this is holland where at the desk, before departure,you pick up your entrance ticket and voucher for the return bus that you can decide to take when you want to finish your visit, they leave all the time, last one at 6:30 p.m.

Very convenient pulmann. The garden with lots of flowers.
However, it is not true that you can come back whenever you want: the outward driver gives you the time of return. But the time was more than enough for the visit.

The gardens are amazing, the displays and variety, not to mention the number of tulips, is just beautiful!
However, we were surprised and disappointed to discover that the advertised 'stay as long as you like' was in fact a 3 1/2 hour visit or we had to use public transport to return to Amsterdam

Ticket line was out of the door at Central Station. We got in line although we had booked tickets online and prepared to wait.
An employee came through the line, saw our tickets and directed us to the bus less than a minute after we got in line although.
The bus was loading as we arrived.
Everyone was on the bus early so we departed 15 minutes early.
Mike was a good driver with just the right amount of information during the ride.
I liked that he allowed quiet for most of the return trip as most passengers were tired.
