We arrived at the meeting point published and there was a person identified with a red vest, he explained to us, gave us the tickets and tickets to return by bus, during the trip he explained in Spanish everything we had to know and clarified our few doubts, the trip was very pleasant and as we were very satisfied with the service both there and back to Paris. The experience was great! However the shuttle bus transfer was way too early at night! Night show at Disney is at 22:00 and the bus left at 21:00! Would recommend the ticket but not the transportation.

We left the park very tired, we ran to get back at the appointed time and there was no bus! The bus that was supposed to pick us up did not show up. They asked us to wait 40 more minutes but we were already tired and cold. In the end we went back by Uber and we had to pay for it.

I arrived at the meeting point on time and there was no one there. I thought I was in the wrong place, I walked up and down thinking I was in the wrong place. I almost missed the bus. I called my friend who take the bus at the Eifel Tower stop and told me they were on the way to my stop. Another mistake I can't get in touch with anyone on your team. I think tickets have to be sent to customers in case they miss the bus they can find another way to go. I was desperate

The 2 Disney parks were fabulous, we loved them, but it was not at all clear where to meet the bus to go there. According to the dates mentioned, you had to go to the Champs de Mars park next to the Eiffel Tower. It was impossible to get there as it was completely barricaded off due to roadworks. It was raining, so we had to run in all directions. We tried to call you several times, but you were always disconnected and we couldn't reach you to find out what to do. We were panicked, desperate and very, very disappointed. We asked every passer-by if they knew where to catch this famous Disney bus. We were completely soaked by the rain and on our way back to our hotel, and it was quite by chance that we saw the bus at the crossroads of Rue Sufren and Rue Jean Rey. You should be clearer about this meeting place next to the Eiffel Tower and put the phone number that works. We had met 2 American women waiting for the bus at the wrong place, they had another phone number that we called. An agent answered and gave us another address in front of the Volkswagen store, that's Sufren Street, but you should know that the bus doesn't stop there. As luck would have it, we were right where we needed to be when the bus left Rue Jean Rey. Fortunately for us, and no thanks to your agents. Please be more precise about the meeting points, taking into account all the works and detour in Paris. This could be detrimental to customers who have paid a lot of money to go to the Disney Parks.

We had a crash with a bus on our way back. We needed to call a taxi and had very bad time there. We are family with three kids, 13, 11 and 1 year old and its was not easy to find yourself in that position. Our older dothers experienced a shock because bus window burst on their seats. We want a money back, and a refund for taxi. BTW, there was not check box for the bus transport. I have checked anything to procedura.

We were supposed to be able to stay at the parks until an hour after the parks closed. We left an hour before they closed and didn't get to see Fireworks. Who knows when I will get back!! Should have taken the train instead.

The tour includes the transfer and access to two parks for one day, it was just as mentioned, the only aspect to mention is that the bus returns before the parks close and does not give you a chance to enjoy, so we decided to return on our own.

I missed out my shuttle due to the high traffic in Paris , I was few minutes late . Yet I went to the venue on my self and I couldn't enter . I reached out more that once with one of your customer care stuff who promise they will get things sorted out and will email me back in from 15 to 20 mins but I got nothing back from them . I had to pay the ticket all again just to enter which was so bad .

We had a great time, fun, and in one day you don't get to visit all the parks, so I suggest choosing the attractions before and organize the tour. the Disney app on site helps a lot! and you can connect to the wifi that the park gives you for free.

I missed the coach in the morning so we took the train to Disneyland, I wasn't aware that the tickets for the park were seperate from the ones sent to us. I took a long time to figure out how to get the tickets to be allowed in. Most of the phone numbers didn't work. Once we did get a hold of a staff member they were very helpful and we got sent the tickets. If the instructions had specifically noted this we would have tried hard to make the shuttle. Thanks for the support!

We booked two parks which was absolutely fabulous 💜 Will be back soon ♥️ Compliments to all staff especially AHNO who is from Mauritius! He was extremely pleasant, he sang to us while we waited for the grand finale fireworks 🎆 & even gave us information regarding the best positions to view the display. We started the day early - travelled with the shuttle bus which played Latino music which only just adds to the whole atmosphere. I honestly could go on ... definitely recommend- it's worth every penny❣️next time we stay at the Disney hotel.

We had a good experience with the shuttle on the way to Disney Paris but we couldn't take it on the way back to Paris because she shuttle was scheduled to leave at 9:00 pm and the lights show was until 11:00 pm. When you buy the tickets they make it sound like the shuttle is the best option, and it isn't until you've bought the tickets that you know the return time and that consequently you will miss part of the time in the park and the shows. I think that is a mistake and many people are forced to pay extra to come back to Paris in a different way to be able to enjoy the full day at the park.

Had an issue with transport return service. When we got to the bus realised that only 3 seats available for 4 of us! This caused some grief and upsetting moments between us, driver and staff as we were expecting to have our seats reserved for return however staff could manage to take us on board after causing 20 min delays and some unnecessary movements between 2 buses. Had to cancel due to high temperature 38 outdoor. No option for rescheduling, no option for money return. Long talk with support staff. Finally got a symbolic discount for the future visit, but no understanding from your side that 38 dag may charm children. We are 4 people family and spend money for tickets that we were not able to use. Pity.
