Da Vinci's Last Supper Skip-the-Line Guided Tour

I was able to see the last supper which was the main idea . The guide was very good and explain a lot of interesting details. What I don't understand is why we didn't go inside of the church itself and why after admiring the last supper we started walking to Castle Sforzesco, visit the place and I believe the tour ended in Duomo. I didn't book this kind of tour. I book skip the line for Last Supper (for one hour). We had to leave the tour at the Castle since it took more time than expected(I asked the guide and it was one more hour, by then we had been 1 h 45') and we had other reservations. The guide wasn't very happy about it and I understand, but it wasn't my fault. So I wasn't that happy with the whole experience since I don't like to be rude and disrespectful with other people work.

Thought the guide was very knowledgeable and we loved seeing the pix. I wish we would have known in advance that the church was closed mid-day. I would have picked another time.

The Last Supper itself was spectacular. What was mediocre was the signage n directions to find the guide. The image that was sent of the meeting point doesn't correspond with the exact address. Furthermore, there are many different partners using the same agency. The representative was not prompt and did not hold the sign in a conspicuous manner. She was also unaware that many different groups were on her list and told people that they weren't part of the group when they actually were. Clients should also be told what the process will be ahead of the tour. We were told to meet at 415om for the 430pm tour but our tickets were for 5:15pm. It was therefore confusing why we were waiting around and then told to produce our IDs n collect the tickets from the ticketing office. These initial impressions are very important to the overall enjoyment of the experience.

Although the experience was in English (in Spanish it was hectic for that day), the treatment and attention received by the guide (Jony I think was his name) was expectacular. The overall experience was very expensive (the ticket on the official website costs 25€, but of course, they run out at the speed of light) but very good.

Our guide was terrific- we learned so much and thoroughly enjoyed our time with our guide. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Guide (Silvia if I remember good) was fabulous. So passionate to tell us as much as possible for short time that we had.

Seeing the art was the best part, and having a little time to absorb it. The audio buds are not great. Hearing is difficult. Head phones would be a much better option

I would definitely experience Headout again, at all times there is quality and truthfulness in the service they offer.

I liked the punctuality of the service and the detailed explanations of the guide, her knowledge on the subject and her patience, thank you! To improve a little bit maybe the information on the website, I never knew how long the event was going to last nor could I see my tickets without having to download the app.

We really enjoyed the tour and the guide was knowledgeable and friendly. I would have said 'Awesome' but we had so much trouble finding the guide because she was holding a sign that said 'Towns of Italy'. Don't you think that in a crowded square filled with guides it would make a lot more sense for her to at least have a sticker that said 'Headout'? There was nothing about Towns of Italy on my ticket and it was a stressful start to the tour.

In the app, it was mentioned to arrive 15 minutes early. I arrived but faced difficulty finding my group. The excursion started much later than the scheduled time on my ticket.

Our guide was great and the experience was amazing. It was a little confusing at first b/c our tour was with a different comapny from headout, so the guide's sign had a different name. Might be a good idea to say in teh instructions that the name of tour company could be different.

The tour guide explained very well and with humor throughout the tour making us at ease. The tour to the last supper would have been uninteresting and kind of bland if we had not have anyone guiding us.

I booked my tour the night before and for some reason my name wasn't on her list. I went to her a few time and mentioned who my tour group was. She confirmed that it was with her. She went out of her way to help solve this problem. I really appreciate it. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and provided so much insight that I never knew. The painting is amazing. So glad I was able to see it finally after reading so much about it in art and history class. Definitely book.

Visiting the mural and the guide's explanations and framing of Leonardo da Vinci's work. The management of the tour and all the "phases of the visit" also ran very smoothly and efficiently. Note: Although the experience is "priceless" - I consider the amount paid for each ticket to be rather high - In this case, I was accompanied by a teenager - 18 years old / student, and a discount or reduction in the price of his ticket could have been considered.

The ease of booking. Just great. It was an awsome sight seeing a masterful work that was preserved. Leonardo.was the Renaissance.

The only suggestion would be to give your guides signs that refer to the Company where you buy your tickets so that it is easier to find it.

Everything was so easy to do. I first saw the Last Supper more than 65 years ago. The guide was so good in explaining everything. What a great memory

Our guide, Simon was excellent. He was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and accomodating. His instructions were clear. He supplemented the information about the main sites with lots of interesting facts and insights. He answered all our questions. I really liked that we were given radios so that we could hear everything he said. I would definitely book more guided tours now - it's so much better than trying to do it yourself with a guide book.

I didin't realise that a ciyt tour was included in the ticket - it was a pleasant surprise and we loved the excursion! big thanks to guide Marcella!
