There wasn't t a desk to ask where to wait and what to do if you arrived earlier. As a result there is a guy outside with a desk who represents a charity community who gives you information without indrodusing himself and at the end he asks for money for the community bringing you in a difficult position. The rest after the arrival of your employee with a bike!!?? was ok
