Hungarian Parliament Tour + Entry to Széchenyi Spa + River Danube Cruise

It would have been nice for the crew to make announcements as we went past famous buildings not guided tour but so that people could go see as it was a cold windy day when we went.

We arrived at 9am on a Tuesday and walked straight in there was 4 adults and 1 child (11y), we each handed a wrists band which locked and unlocked the gates and in our case our locked changing cabins. Headed straight to our private cabin to change, was a good size plenty of room. Headed outside and there was plenty of sun loungers. Loads of pools and thermal baths to visit and enjoy, we ate lunch there and the food on offer was really good and the beer was cold! We spent 5 hours here it was a welcomed break from the city, started to get really busy at around 11am. Highly recommend to come here

The baths are spectacular. Many pools with different temperatures and saunas and Turkish baths. Well organized the theme of the cabins to leave things.

It was absolutely fabulous experience. I would definitely recommend but get in early as it gets crowded after mid day worth every penny!!

Firstly, finding the spot throuh the details on the app was very easy and then, the night cruise on the Danube was so great, it had live music, it was spacious, it had a bar where you could order cocktails on very reasonable prices and yhe night view was beautiful. Would definitely recommend!

The views of the ship were very lovely. Was concerned at first when I got seated at a table in the middle but I found the observation deck. It was smooth sailing.

A very kind treatment. Spectacular views even from inside the boat. There is very good live music.

The dispoydel staff to accept us on board even though we had anticipated the day of reservation by one day. Not only that, they also seated us at the top of the ship making us enjoy a beautiful and engaging show.

A timeless moment of relaxation, a multitude of incredible baths in a magical setting. Outdoor baths at 0 degrees Celsius with snow in December, an experience not to be missed.

The outdoor baths were really good and warm in the cold, inside let it down a little due to cleanliness. The baths were good, but overpriced. The changing room attendants were rude, I had read this in previous reviews, and had the same experience, we booked and PAID for 2 cabins, he wanted us to share and was rude when I said I wanted the other that I had paid for. Go early as it gets busy and there are queues

The baths were wonderful. However, towels were available only for purchase and flip flops were required. We were not made aware of this in the booking information. The extra purchases doubled the cost of entry, and now we have to either abandon or pack the towels and flip-flops.

The best thing we enjoyed was the experience at the spa. As for,however, the experience at the Palinka museum, I can confirm that it is a hoax, to simply get you to the place, which is far from the spa, and as a treat they offer you a half shot of Palinka, without any kind of illustration of its production.

The staff at the facility were not very helpful, and my tickets would not work from the app so they had to manually search for my booking to let us through.

Average experience, the view from deck was really nice, but from the inside there was not a nice view from all tables. Too crowded, too loud and different music from both back and forth of the ship (we were seated somewhere in between, thus tthe confusion), too many people passing through the corridor, that didn't let the guests seated in the inner side watch the view outside. We hat to seat outside in the cold, in order to see something. The drink was literally 2 sips. I would recommend it in better weather conditions, or a more upgraded tour.

A long time standing. There was no choice of drinks. We didn't want champagne and the juice was of poor quality. Otherwise, very good.

Tickets were smooth. Lady at the desk of the spa also very friendly and helpful. Lady in shop and security were not friendly at all

The cruise along the river in Budapest was stunning. The only thing I would change is I would of booked to have the dinner on the cruise as you are on the top deck for this with better views etc.

Easy access to the facility, avoiding the long line to get a ticket. Thermal baths are clean, with a choice of different tubs with different temperatures. Definitely try the outdoor tub in winter! Convenient option with personal cabin.

Definitely to be greatly appreciated the environment, it really feels like a dip into the past. The two outdoor pools are nice. Indoor there are several small pools with different temperatures. I am convinced that hygiene and communication could be improved as nowhere did it say that you could only buy towels/robes (due to covid ... mmm) and not rent them and the cost is disproportionate. Keep in mind that they are very crowded so especially in the indoor ones it feels like you are squashed like sardines!!! Of course as in much of Budapest English is a very distant option!
