Really enjoyed the day in the spa. It was not crowded at all and we were able to experience both the indoor and outdoor baths easily. We lingered over breakfast so did not arrive until after 11am but were able to walk straight in without any queuing. We spent most of our time outside despite the 4 degree air temperature. It was a glorious day and both my sister and I managed to get sunburnt. Remember to bring your sunscreen even if you are visiting in winter. Would highly recommend and don't stress if you forget your flip flops or towel. There is a shop at the entrance for everything you will need. The cruise was a great way to relax after the baths but one small thing to note is that even though there is a bar to get food and drinks on board if you get up to go someone will take your seat, especially if you arrived early and snagged a good one!

Easy entrance to the spa, we went right in! Locker rooms a bit backward...lots of lockers in little space and with only two benches that couldn't hold all the people. The outdoor baths simply: FABULOUS; the indoor ones we leave a little to be desired, not really clean however it was doable to be in one less than one where the water was green and the bottom of the pool was black...what can I say not even a foot we dipped. The saunas were great just a little too crowded. For the showers they could put maybe a proper hand shower rather than some kind of hose and go and the hair dryers were not great either. Restaurant definitely overpriced, while it is true that the portions were honest however for the prices forget it. In the report a relaxing day!

An amazing but surreal experience. It is December and the Baths are very busy, people from all over the world are there. But there is space it is calming and although the outside temperature is around 6 degrees the temperature of the waters is hot, beautiful and relaxing. We were there three hours and it flew by. There are baths both insides and outside. There are also steam rooms and saunas. Need to take flip flops and a towel while the changing rooms and lockers work well. Then we discovered the circular fast water which was great fun. The whole experience was memorable and one of the highlights of a fantastic trip to Budapest.

Pleasantly surprised by this trip, we got there quite early (0900) and made the most of it, did get busy later and large queues to enter when we left (1200) Pools very warm, outside swimming pool was sparsely populated though, you need swim caps for this one. Small 'lazy river' which really whips you round fast! Didn't visit the indoor pools, but lockers and changing rooms good, reception good and the whole place seemed more modern than its 100 year age.

Unique in the world They are huge Very hot water in the right pool In the center are Olympic-style swimming pools And to the left is a slightly less hot pool with a current that soaks you in the center. The baths are an unmissable experience in Budapest. We especially enjoyed the outdoor pool. Arriving before the crowds around 8.15am, we made the most of the "relative" tranquility of the pools. the "relative" tranquility of the pools. Beautiful architecture. It was a very good idea to buy the two tickets together, because we organized the day with the beginning of the parliament, which is impressive outside and inside, the collection of the tickets was very easy and fast, although we thought it would start at 9:30 and finally it was at 9:45, you have to give an ID and then the group is accompanied by a person who guides you and marks times. In the hot springs was very fun and relaxing, we were from 16:30 to 20, the time flew by, the facilities were better than we imagined. Recommended 100% I think the locker is enough, and of course there are showers and it's warm inside.

The Headout app would not load our tickets, and the spa reception told us that without the QR code we could not access. As the only solution, they told us to call Headout. Fortunately another receptionist solved it. With the reservation code she called, I guess Headout and we were able to enter. This should not happen, you pay a lot of money for tickets to not be attended correctly. If the customer shows a reservation with a code, it should be enough to gain access. Otherwise, the hot springs experience was great.

Honestly, it's a very nice building and the architecture inside is beautiful. It's worth visiting it once. However, given the price and how short the tour is, it surprised me. The tour is 45 min however it takes roughly 10 min for everyone to arrive and another 10 min to pass the security check. So you actually end up with something like 20-25 min of actual tour which is why I think the price is not justifiable. However, it is what it is. If this guide is your only option and you don't wanna stand in the ticket line, then it's worth it.

My wife and I had a great time however I assumed towels would be supplied or even rented out if needed like many thermal spas I have been to around the world this was not the case so I paid £16 each for the cheapest towels which were as thin as a tea towel not worth more than £3 ,nobody wants to feel when they arrive at such a place that they have been taken advantage off . Also advice on how to use the locker system would help as it's a bit chaotic

The visit itself was very well organized and the parliament magnificent, On the other hand, the welcome left much to be desired: outside, waiting, information in English that was difficult for some to understand! IDs confiscated for 20 minutes ???? (Risk of fraud???). No explanation. Why not operate online? In short, we book online and it's worse than if we went straight to the ticket office! Sincerely

Very crowded the enclosure, there were bathrooms that there was room to enter. The quality of the interior water in some bathrooms was very poor. The enclosure is majestic and very spectacular, perhaps it was necessary to regulate the number of tourists per day that can enter. The staff lacks a bit of good attention and they are a bit rude. I know they are there all day but for many of us it is a first experience.

Magnificent thermal baths Experience an outdoor pool in an idyllic setting. Steam rising from the pools in the cold. The pleasure of being in the water with 3 degrees in the air. Around 11:00 a.m., the pools were packed. No room to move. Very noisy, with lots of people constantly taking photos of themselves. We had a swimming cap stolen. I loved this experience and would do it again, I recommend the Széchenyi Spa, the water quality, several types of hot and cold baths and saunas are available, the outdoor bath is really nice with the water jets on the second part it's really the best, and if you want to enjoy the evening until 10pm book on Friday :) can't wait to go back :)

Everything was great, in fact, we had a problem with the ship's schedule, since our plane was delayed and the people who were there did everything possible so that we could get on without any problem. The spa facilities are fine. But when we bought the tickets I think it was not clear that on that day (I don't know why it was a special day) they closed at 16:00. We arrived at 14:00, so we had very little time to enjoy it. And the spa staff were quite unfriendly. At closing, they practically kicked us out.

2 extraordinary experiences, whether it be the night cruise on the Danube, which lets you discover the absolutely magical side of Budapest, or the Szechenyi thermal baths, in a unique setting, a splendid building and magnificent outdoor pools with a pleasant temperature (38°) provided you arrive a little early, around 8am maximum, to get the most out of the place. On the other hand, the internal pools seemed rather dirty and unkempt, so I didn't touch them at all. I recommend the various saunas, especially the salt sauna.

The Pools were great. and fun but overcrowded. Instructions to the entry point weren't clear, and I had to walk in circles. Also , exit points weren't clear. Ticket instructions weren't clear- it stated locker/cabin. Conditions for changing near the locker were truly not comfortable, no privacy, no curtain, overcrowded! with no private space, and the exit from the showers was near an open corridor where men were walking freely!!! Also, the place wasn't kept clean. All in all, I did have fun, but conditions weren't optimal. I'll try Rudas Bath, I've heard it's better!

We loved going to the baths. There is nothing like them in the USA. The outside bath was just the right temperature to be in the water in November. Even when it rained! My son and his girlfriend did the Beer Spa and really enjoyed sipping beer while soaking in spices. The private rooms made it easy to change. Met people from all over the world while soaking in several inside pools. Would definitely go back. It is a must to visit while in Budapest.

In the case of the spa it was a positive activity, we enjoyed the experience but in the cruise we spent almost an hour waiting for the boat to leave, they put us on the boat that corresponded with the tickets purchased but after a while they told us that there were problems, that we could do the activity on another one (a boat that looked like a very old fishing boat with a very unpleasant smell of fuel) or that we could resume the experience another day (in our case unfeasible since we were leaving Budapest the next day). The truth is that the organization was terrible. I would recommend other visitors not to contract the activity with Silverline Cruises.

We bought an all day ticket and arrived at 9.30am, we didn't wait at all. Our changing room was very clean and the wrist strap secured it for the day. The weather was very warm, clear blue sky, so there were a lot of sun beds out and people 'reserved' with towels. We stayed outside for a few hours then ventured into the pool building. There were saunas, steam rooms and multiple pools of varying temperatures. We had a large chicken roll for lunch which cost around 2500f, coffee and beer was also available. The atmosphere was great, adventure pool was good fun and everyone was friendly. Brilliant value for money, an essential Budapest experience.

The Széchenyi thermal baths are well worth a visit! The outdoor baths are great fun, especially the little whirlpool in the big pool. The atmosphere is relaxed and the perfect place to unwind. The interior is nice too, with several pools of different temperatures, even if some areas sometimes smell a bit unpleasant. On the other hand, the signs are not always clear and there is a lack of toilets. Despite these minor drawbacks, it's still a must-see experience in Budapest!

Very nice bath with multiple mineral pools inside und three pools outside. The large pool outside is for swimming and requires that a cap is worn. The two other pools outside are warm enough to just stand around and maybe play a game of chess. All in all very relaxing. I could easily spend a whole week there. Take dour time and enjoy the flair.

The baths were so warm. I really enjoyed the adventure pool with the swirly "lazy river". Didn't use the jacuzzi but many did and seemed to enjoy it. It was also nice to have lunch on the terrace. The wonderfully warm main "bath" I will never forget. It wasn't overcrowded and it was a great way to spend our last day before returning to the UK. Checked out of our hotel and with the aid of the cabin were able to store our luggage whilst enjoying the pool. A quick uber to the airport and we were on our way having had a wonderful restful day.

Chose the private cabin, this made the experience really easy going. It's a very small cabin, perfect for just one person to change in at a time. If you go with a group you could all put your items in the cabin if you want, and not in individual lockers. But I wouldn't suggest more than one changes in a cabin at once. I've been the the Gellert spa, which I think was more beautiful, but this spa was very nice. Lots of space and different pools to go into. Only some of the sauna rooms were very crowded.

Very organized. I received the 'email with directions to the meeting point 3 days before, at the meeting point we found a person who spoke Italian and gave us the tickets. We went in and were accompanied the whole time by 3 guides but the explanation was done by an 'audio guide who activated himself in front of each vosa to be explained. The parliament is wonderful inside. Absolutely recommended the visit.

Quite a large complex, took us a while to find the correct entrance for our ticket but plain sailing after that. We had tickets with a changing room. If you are a couple and share a room you can save a few euros and get one of these and a standard ticket. Inside the don't take cash, card only. Had a nice couple of hours there. If you want a chair or sun lounger get there early, we arrived at 11am on Monday and everything was taken.

Then an employee will give you uk bracelet and tell you in English the number of your private cabin. Very practical for leaving your belongings all day long Close the cabin with the badge fixed to the wristband There are indoor and outdoor baths, all at 38 degrees except one at 20 degrees. Minimum age 14 A never-ending experience, but a little expensive, especially as there are no discounts for teenagers.

The experience was very good. A moment of relaxation in our visit to Budapest. There is a lot of hustle and bustle because of the number of people there but we went from 13:00 and stayed 4 hours. I had a great time. The cabins are fine. There are pools that have gotten a little older but I guess the rehabilitation of the pools will go progressively. A good experience!

Super easy to book online and able to use 3rd party payment app. Very easy to get to on the metro too. The architecture of the baths was beautiful. We got there around 10.30-11.00, It was busier than I would have liked it to be, but it was the height of the holiday season. I had paid for a cabin which I was expecting to be shared with my family, but all this was, was a changing cubicle which was allocated individually from each wristband so we got split up. The best pool for me was outside in the sunshine. Did I feel any benefits afterwards? Yes I looked more refreshed in my face. Would I come here again? I would probably choose somewhere else smaller, more exclusive and consistent with a natural spa experience-but this is just personal preference. For me this was like visiting the local swimming pool built in beautiful surroundings. We also spent time in the park area where the baths is situated and had lunch which was very handy for us.

The booking was very easy and clear. Everything was perfect. The spa was fantastic. I would point out that it is best to arrive early in the morning, just when they open, and get a hammock in the shady part, located at the back, near the smoking area. Just put a towel on top of it. Nobody touches your belongings, and they are free. This ensures that you will be able to lie down during your visit, and in the shade, if you go in summer, with 40°. Once in place, I would start the route through the indoor toilets, to finish in the outdoor pools, since, due to the influx of people, they are not in the best hygienic conditions to say, they are a little dirty after noon. I didn't hire the cabin, and I didn't think it was necessary. With the lockers you can get by just fine. If you take one of the last ones in the corridor, there are hardly any people, and you can change without any problem. They give you a bracelet that opens and closes the locker. I hope this is useful to whoever reads it.

We liked the whole venue, but I had an unpleasant feeling just when I presented my tickets. The elderly lady, who spoke to me in Hungarian the whole time, insisted on downloading the ticket app when I was showing her the app, she forced my phone insisting. I explained in English that I was already on the app, but he kept insisting, he noticed and kept speaking in Hungarian and I honestly did not thank him. He was very rude but he did speak in English to sarcastically say "thank you". Previously a group of Chinese tourists were also spoken to very badly. This type of worker should not be in front of the public. It gives a bad impression, the rest of the place was good.

The thermal spa water was so warm and calming. It felt healing and peaceful. The setting was just beautiful - the building is stunning. The thermal spa was not too crowded and the day ticket worked really well for us as we could spend as much time as we wanted and explore the indoor pools and the sauna and have lunch there too. Having the cabin to change in was also really good. The staff were great and friendly. The adventure pool was fun and I swam some lengths in the swimming pool too, which was lovely and really special. Indoor pools got quite busy later in the day but I spent most of the time outdoors. The weather was perfect! A beautiful experience!

We had to wait our turn 2 times before getting our tickets. We had to drop off our IDs, then come back 15 minutes later and wait our turn again. There was poor organization on the part of your 2 on-site representatives (just friendly!) to hand over the tickets with the IDs. Then we had to join a queue again to check the tickets and pass through security. We didn't consider this a "queue-cutting" ticket. The visit corresponded to our expectations, but we expected a better headout service.

Interesting experience inside the parliament, beautiful halls and fascinating the dome hall where the shrine with the Hungarian holy crown is placed. Although admission is expensive and the visit is limited to a few halls, in my opinion it is worth it. The service provided by headout is very efficient, we had an operator waiting for us at the entrance of the visitor center who took care of the registration paperwork for us and handed us the paper entrance tickets. Bravo!

Everything worked out great with the ticket and cabin, but when we booked it didn't say anywhere that the large swimming pool outside was closed and that a partial construction site in the outside area was also cordoned off with a fence etc. It looks terrible when you look from the lounger u pool at a construction site for a lot of money in midsummer. The tour, although it is only for the 4th floor, is very nice and gives us some history of the town and its main building. We had a hard time finding the guide but finally managed. You don't have to enter the lobby where you get tickets to enter the museum and palace but outside the palace itself, in the square just outside the revolving door on the city side, not the Danube side. Courteous Manuel and colleague to call us by phone. Eventually visit done!

Reservations available on the official website are very rare. I finally got the tickets on headout and all went well! You need a printed ticket to get in, but if you only have a PDF, the information desk will print out the tickets for you free of charge. Audioguides are available in many languages. The sets are magnificent.

An experience not to be missed. Heated outdoor pool, very nice building. Good internal circuit of pools of different temperatures. Saunas, ice. Very amusing and without agglomerations in summer. Highly recommended and essential if you visit Budapest.

The hot springs are very nice and worth knowing, but we took the coupon that said preferential entry and private cabin or locker (so described the entry) and when we got there we were not given private cabin despite having it free. They asked us to pay more and said that the ticket said it was optional. The ticket with what they offered us would have been much cheaper at the ticket office, I took it for headout for the private cabin since we were traveling in a group with children and some elderly people. It was also crowded and the lockers were crowded and it was difficult to change. The restroom experience was fine but the ticket purchase is not recommended.

Everything well organized, when we arrived at the meeting point we found the assistant ready to receive us a very kind way ( she speaks only English ) but she is joined by a colleague who speaks Italian, so very professional and kind. The visit is really beautiful a palace of a thousand and one nights, after the routine checks ( airport type ) we were given the audio guide in Italian where the route and history of the palace is explained and described. It is really worth it to visit this historic palace. There is also a store inside where you can buy palace gadgets and souvenirs of the city.

Headout makes it easy to manage your reservation. The tickets were exchanged for the entrance pass, but we had to walk around the building because the entrance reserved for our ticket was not well signposted. On site, we had no indication via the service provider of what we were entitled to with our pass. However, we had a great time, and I think a trip to Budapest requires a visit to the thermal baths.

The large outdoor pool is being renovated, so the two smaller outdoor pools are very crowded. It was difficult to get a deckchair after 11 a.m., as the weather was fine that day. The Parliament is truly an exceptional visit, an absolute must when in Budapest. As for the reservation on Headout, it was made because there were no more tickets on the official website. Ticket collection went well, but it's really a minimal intervention: "collect our identities / here are your tickets / get in this line / goodbye".

Quick and easy purchase. To be improved, perhaps, is the phase of exchanging the voucher for the physical ticket, in the sense that the waiting time can get long. In other words, arriving early is of little use if I then have to wait for more than half an hour to get my ticket, as the guide waits until all the booked people are present and then picks up the tickets for everyone.

I really enjoyed my day at the Széchenyi Thermal Baths. However, we visited in July'25 and the main pool was under construction with no notice online. We also went to go spend time in the indoor areas of the baths but left straight away as we felt they were very unclean. Despite this, I would still recommend the experience, the outdoor pools were amazing !

Although the main swimming pool and a few of the indoor facilities were closed for repairs, there was still plenty to enjoy. Overall, a really dependable and enjoyable day out — well worth a visit.
