The experience was very good. A moment of relaxation in our visit to Budapest. There is a lot of hustle and bustle because of the number of people there but we went from 13:00 and stayed 4 hours. I had a great time. The cabins are fine. There are pools that have gotten a little older but I guess the rehabilitation of the pools will go progressively. A good experience!

Reservations available on the official website are very rare. I finally got the tickets on headout and all went well! You need a printed ticket to get in, but if you only have a PDF, the information desk will print out the tickets for you free of charge. Audioguides are available in many languages. The sets are magnificent.

The tour, although it is only for the 4th floor, is very nice and gives us some history of the town and its main building. We had a hard time finding the guide but finally managed. You don't have to enter the lobby where you get tickets to enter the museum and palace but outside the palace itself, in the square just outside the revolving door on the city side, not the Danube side. Courteous Manuel and colleague to call us by phone. Eventually visit done!

Quite a large complex, took us a while to find the correct entrance for our ticket but plain sailing after that. We had tickets with a changing room. If you are a couple and share a room you can save a few euros and get one of these and a standard ticket. Inside the don't take cash, card only. Had a nice couple of hours there. If you want a chair or sun lounger get there early, we arrived at 11am on Monday and everything was taken.

Very organized. I received the 'email with directions to the meeting point 3 days before, at the meeting point we found a person who spoke Italian and gave us the tickets. We went in and were accompanied the whole time by 3 guides but the explanation was done by an 'audio guide who activated himself in front of each vosa to be explained. Then an employee will give you uk bracelet and tell you in English the number of your private cabin. Super easy to book online and able to use 3rd party payment app. Very easy to get to on the metro too. The architecture of the baths was beautiful. We got there around 10.30-11.00, It was busier than I would have liked it to be, but it was the height of the holiday season. I had paid for a cabin which I was expecting to be shared with my family, but all this was, was a changing cubicle which was allocated individually from each wristband so we got split up. The best pool for me was outside in the sunshine. Did I feel any benefits afterwards? Yes I looked more refreshed in my face. Would I come here again? I would probably choose somewhere else smaller, more exclusive and consistent with a natural spa experience-but this is just personal preference. For me this was like visiting the local swimming pool built in beautiful surroundings. We also spent time in the park area where the baths is situated and had lunch which was very handy for us.

We had to wait our turn 2 times before getting our tickets. We had to drop off our IDs, then come back 15 minutes later and wait our turn again. There was poor organization on the part of your 2 on-site representatives (just friendly!) to hand over the tickets with the IDs. Then we had to join a queue again to check the tickets and pass through security. We didn't consider this a "queue-cutting" ticket. The visit corresponded to our expectations, but we expected a better headout service.

We liked the whole venue, but I had an unpleasant feeling just when I presented my tickets. The elderly lady, who spoke to me in Hungarian the whole time, insisted on downloading the ticket app when I was showing her the app, she forced my phone insisting. I explained in English that I was already on the app, but he kept insisting, he noticed and kept speaking in Hungarian and I honestly did not thank him. He was very rude but he did speak in English to sarcastically say "thank you". Previously a group of Chinese tourists were also spoken to very badly. This type of worker should not be in front of the public. It gives a bad impression, the rest of the place was good.

Interesting experience inside the parliament, beautiful halls and fascinating the dome hall where the shrine with the Hungarian holy crown is placed. Although admission is expensive and the visit is limited to a few halls, in my opinion it is worth it. The service provided by headout is very efficient, we had an operator waiting for us at the entrance of the visitor center who took care of the registration paperwork for us and handed us the paper entrance tickets. The booking was very easy and clear. Everything was perfect. The spa was fantastic. I would point out that it is best to arrive early in the morning, just when they open, and get a hammock in the shady part, located at the back, near the smoking area. Just put a towel on top of it. Nobody touches your belongings, and they are free. This ensures that you will be able to lie down during your visit, and in the shade, if you go in summer, with 40°. Once in place, I would start the route through the indoor toilets, to finish in the outdoor pools, since, due to the influx of people, they are not in the best hygienic conditions to say, they are a little dirty after noon. I didn't hire the cabin, and I didn't think it was necessary. With the lockers you can get by just fine. If you take one of the last ones in the corridor, there are hardly any people, and you can change without any problem. They give you a bracelet that opens and closes the locker. I hope this is useful to whoever reads it.

The thermal spa water was so warm and calming. It felt healing and peaceful. The setting was just beautiful - the building is stunning. The thermal spa was not too crowded and the day ticket worked really well for us as we could spend as much time as we wanted and explore the indoor pools and the sauna and have lunch there too. Having the cabin to change in was also really good. The staff were great and friendly. The adventure pool was fun and I swam some lengths in the swimming pool too, which was lovely and really special. Indoor pools got quite busy later in the day but I spent most of the time outdoors. The weather was perfect! A beautiful experience!

For the Parliament tour, the communication was very good. At the appointed time the guys arrived with the tickets and did the processing at the ticket office. Everything went well! The cruise was a bit more complicated to find the embarkation point but once we arrived, the embarkation was smooth and the trip was very pleasant. The hot springs are very nice and worth knowing, but we took the coupon that said preferential entry and private cabin or locker (so described the entry) and when we got there we were not given private cabin despite having it free. They asked us to pay more and said that the ticket said it was optional. The ticket with what they offered us would have been much cheaper at the ticket office, I took it for headout for the private cabin since we were traveling in a group with children and some elderly people. It was also crowded and the lockers were crowded and it was difficult to change. The restroom experience was fine but the ticket purchase is not recommended.

Quick and easy purchase. To be improved, perhaps, is the phase of exchanging the voucher for the physical ticket, in the sense that the waiting time can get long. In other words, arriving early is of little use if I then have to wait for more than half an hour to get my ticket, as the guide waits until all the booked people are present and then picks up the tickets for everyone.

The tickets were exchanged for the entrance pass, but we had to walk around the building because the entrance reserved for our ticket was not well signposted. The E-Tickets worked well and the Parliament Tour was great. My reason for the 5 stars was the Purpleliner boat tour. We got there 30 minutes early and the line was huge. 90% of the seating was interior and 70% of those seats were either interior seats or you were shooting through windows. There was a limited area on top at the rear of the boat and we found some space there. I don't know if there was an audio tour inside but we did not hear anything upstairs. I was suggest using another boat operator.

The actual tour was interesting but we felt rushed through the venue. Not given enough time to look, see and appreciate the building and the wonderful decorations on the walls , the glasswork in windows.Such a shame, there were some amazing architecture in the corridors and stairs, but you were rushed through these. It seems that are just thought of a means to get from room to another, not be enjoyed and admired

Hello, it was difficult to know exactly if the meeting point was the right one until the 2 people from the team arrived on site. Other people were also waiting in anticipation. Several people in the group had arrived ahead of time, so the 1st stage of the wait was without them being sure they were actually in the right place. Everyone was on their feet, including the older people and those with reduced mobility. Once the team had arrived, everyone was reassured and the tickets were obtained efficiently by the 2 people, then another fairly long wait inside, still standing. In all, we had to stand for 1 hour, which for some people was a real pain. Afterwards, the visit went very well. It's just the front that's a pain. Thank you

I would comment again. The behaviour of the woman at ticket exchange was absolutely not acceptable with the majority of the people. Different story for the young guy. Kind, calm and perfect approach. Toilets are dirty , ran out of toilet roll and it was not refilled for hours. Not hygienic. Unhelpful staff downstairs by the lockers, make you feel like you are an inconvenience . Misleading information regarding the swimming pool closure . Website says 1 of the xx amount of pool is out of order but does not mention it's the only one actual swimming pool. Just the whole experience was disappointing and the place need properl cleaning and team members who are helpful.

The main outdoor pool was closed for refurbishment which wasn't stated on booking. Had I known that I wouldn't have booked the tickets. It was vastly overcrowded with nowhere near enough seats or loungers so we had to sit on concrete floor in 35 degree heat with no shade. The food options were terrible and didn't cater to allergies.

Here you pay almost the double regular price for your ticket (EU-Citizen 6.500 HUF, 16 Euro) just that the event agentur book your ticket and time slot. Easily you can do it by yourself on the regular parlament visitor homepage or directly in the visitor center (mostly than for next or overnext day). Than you also dont need to be 30 minutes before there just that a person give you the ticket, talk 5 minutes and bye. Not worth to book here!

We weren't able to take the tour because we arrived two minutes late, due to an event at Parliament which caused major disruption to transport. As we were not informed of this event, we were delayed in spite of ourselves. The guide, despite having been warned, cancelled our visit. I'd like to point this out because, after talking to other guides on site who had been informed of this event, they confirmed that they had preferred to wait until the start of the tour so that all those delayed could arrive. In our case: no visit, no refund and, what's more, a guide who shouted into the phone without trying to understand the situation.

I am visually impaired and booked the wrong date on your app. When I realized this, I contacted your onsite representative at the Parliment tour. She was very sweet and helpful and shared that your Customer Care team would refund our tickets. I tried multiple times to reach someone through your website. Apparently, you do not offer a customer service telephone number, or even live chat with a representative. I kept trying to explain this to the chat bot, but the only resolutin the chat bot offered was 50% off of our next booking with you. In utter frustration, I gave up. Instead, I have contacted my bank and instructed them to decline the transaction from Headout. I also have written this experience in various online review sites. You should be ashamed not to honor the word of your onsite representative.

I would improve the cleanliness of the pools; outdoor and especially indoor. Only really nice one for swimming undoubtedly because it is less frequented. I would limit the number of entry as too many people at once in the pools. Also in terms of hygiene it is not really the best. In my opinion it would be improvable.

There were two people. The guy (Manuel) was charming and efficient, he was handing out the tickets by groups and in an organized way. The girl (Liah) was very unpleasant and rude. The way of returning the ID cards that the girl was in charge of (about 30 together from a whole group of strangers) without saying the names, opening them in fan mode for everyone to locate theirs, saying that the Spanish are lazy and that we are stupid or not normal, denotes that in addition to inefficient, she is rude and unprofessional. I request a refund of the 2 tickets purchased with the reservation number 26530487, as we were denied access when we went with our 1 year old child. The information on the Headout Budapest -Baths website is confusing, stating that children under 2 years old are free and that they can enjoy some of the pools. However, this contradicts the notice that children under the age of 14 are not allowed in any way. In addition, the notice was barely visible on the day I booked. I was very dissatisfied with the service, it was a very unpleasant situation (even more so with a small child involved) and for this reason I hope you will understand my request for a refund. I was traveling with a dozen family members, and we were all excited about going to the thermal baths in Budapest. (One couple had been there several years earlier.) My research told me that it was a popular activity and must be booked in advance. Big mistake! I was not familiar with the Headout app, and we were traveling by bus without internet until we could arrive at hotels in the evening, but I tried to book through the Headout app anyway. An email in my gmail account on my phone told me that my booking was incomplete but offered me a 5% discount on my next booking. I wasn't sure how to login to the Headout app and therefore was unsure how to access my ticket (if it existed at all). We arrived in Budapest and my family group suggested we go that evening (Thursday), so I accepted their change of plans and paid at the entrance. We all had a great time enjoying the pools, thermal baths and steam rooms. Later at the hotel, I discovered an email that indeed my booking HAD gone through and I was disappointed to be charged without having been clearly informed in my gmail account. My phone does not show every single gmail I receive -- only select ones. I called Headout to explain this and was told I could only receive only a discount on my next booking -- no refunds! So when we next went to St. Stephen's Basilica and I tried to give a discount code (SAVE8NOW) for that Headout tour, I could not access support in the Chat, nor could I talk to a real human support agent, as the phone number I called said no one was available and to call back. I was very disappointed that over an hour of my time had been wasted in trying to solve my dilemma without success, and the Headout caused me to waste my money. When I booked I chose a combo for August 21 which included the parliament and the cruise. I received an e-mail telling me that the visit to the parliament was on July 31. I asked to postpone to August 21, supposedly not possible. I'm sitting on 56 euros. So negative experience!

If you're European, go through the official website, which offers tickets at 50% off, whereas with Headout you'll pay double the price for non-Europeans - in my opinion, it's a rip-off! The "guide" wasn't easy to find (outside the parliament building next to the toilets), wasn't very visible, and was only there to buy the ticket for you a few minutes before the visit, which frankly took longer than if I'd bought it myself. The tour is conducted with an audio guide in all cases. I don't recommend Headout

The visit to the parliament was perfect but the boat trip was badly programmed. From the parliament to the silverlein dock we walked over 30 minutes, our ticket was therefore no longer valid because we came 3 over 30 minutes to diet. We had to pay 50% extra per person so that we could travel at all. We only determined the time for the parliament. The rest was given to us! We overpaid for the ride even though it wasn't our fault!!! And we had to wait a very long time for the next ship, so our daily program could no longer be carried out!!! It was awful and needs complete renovation. Probably hasn't been redeveloped since the 90's! Very worn and nots of mould, cloudy green water with floating bits in almost all pools. Flickering lighting in the cabin which could have triggered seizures or migraines. Large parties of young lads manopolizing pools and bad drainage smells throughout. Central outdoor pool was closed. Make sure you take your own towels as it's roughly £12 for a thin towel to buy no rentals as ther was no nice shop as advertised. And to top it off the sauna had no heat. All in all a disaster go anywhere but here. We were very fed up and wished we went to Gellért spa

Guided tour is misleading. There is no guide to go along with the tour. Only a person to hand out the ticket at the meeting point and she was late. So everyone waiting there anxiously watching other people going in. A audio heading phone was provided by the Parliament staff and it was quite rush the whole process. The price we paid is much higher than the official price from the Parliament website. Better to book through the official website than going to this place. Not recommended.

I didn't enjoy the visit at all. The venue was under major maintenance/construction works. We did not get notification of the main pool begin closed. There was scaffolding up. Barriers were in place. Drilling was taking place. Some of the spa pools were extremely dirty. Not a pleasant experience.

Hungarian Parliament is a must see of the city od Budapest. The audio tour is well organizaed and lasts enough time to see the most important places inside the building. We followed a guard with the audio guide for the French translation. The text gives all the details of the rooms we pass through, but is concise enough not to lose the viewer. We had a great experience! We got the private changin booths, definitely worth it to get change in privacy and store your belongings securely. We much preferred the outside baths as it was a lovely sunny day but the inside ones were quite nice as well. Definitely recommend as and activity.
