It was easy to book and we had a very enthusiastic and knowledgeable tour guide which made it all very interesting. The only negative point I would give is that there were too many people on the tour (1 person in a wheelchair) and there was not enough time to look around the exhibit. You need to do smaller groups so everyone can stay together, hear everything and also have time to view everything. Tour guide was lovely and very thoughtful towards my brother in the wheelchair so thank you for that.

Ticketing was easy. The guide was good. We felt that we missed as much as we saw of what was in the galleries because only specific exhibits were included in the guided tour. It would be good to suggest to customers in the future that they might like to keep some time free after the guided tour to return to the galleries to see some of the exhibits not included in the guided tour.

Our guide was great. She gave us lots of information. Needed better ear devices as we could hear her talking then it came through our earpiece so it was a little distracting.

After watching the film the week before we went to the factory everything was fresh in my mind. Experience and guide was very good for information.

Guide was excellent - very knowledgeable. The tour was well thought through, taking you from the start to the end of the war through the eyes of the Germans, Poles and Jews.

It was an experience, but due to the many visitors we had the impression that we were just being passed through. Especially when the guide handed us over to someone else

The guided tour by a competent employee. She had stories about everything and took you on a journey. Above all, her knowledge of German was excellent.

The tour guide had good knowledge and spoke good English. Unfortunately we started late, as no guide arrived to check us in. I felt the replacement guide (think Susanna) was great but felt she was rushed to get us round in time. The guided tour, although shared good information, did not allow enough time in each area to look at the displays and reading of information. The museum is not made for larger groups due to the lack of space and noise around from other guides not willing to wait or consider their noise levels. I spent most of the tour not hearing what the guide was saying due to the noise levels and space. If I did return to Krakow I would like to complete the tour again, but without a guided tour. It felt more money making than wanting to inform tourists interested in this history.

The site is awesome, but the guide was not giving that much information. We felt a bit rushed without having the time to really enjoy and understand the site. There was no time for questions so we still had questions after the guided tour.

The ticket process is very good and cannot be faulted. The guide was knowledgeable and her English was excellent. However I feel the toorvis mis-sold It says it is about of Schindler's factory, when in fact it as a history of Krakow under German rule. Hardly anything is mentioned about the factory, it's workings, conditions, manufacturing etc. if you are after a history of life in that period then it is good value for money. You will be disappointed if you are after history of the factory.

The tour guide was very informative but the size of the group and a lack of microphone or headphones made it difficult to hear at times. More time could have been allowed to look at some of the items on display after the tour had finished but we weren't aware if this was an option as the reception area seemed a bit disorganised.

The tour was very informative and enjoyable. Despite the initial confusion outside whilst trying to locate the correct guide, we were afforded a factual presentation. This was delivered in a friendly manner. An all-round emersive tour, one that we would recommend to others. Well done and thank you!

No Quietvoxes & large group is a deadly combination. The guide always started to speak with half of the group far away and unable to hear her and even if we flocked around her it was not easy to hear. And I understand why, she needed to manage the timing and with a large group that is difficult. But honestly there wouldn't be much difference if no guide present I couldn't get much information. The mine is huge above imagination, very impressive and I'm happy to have seen it. But it can be very tiresome to walk under the ground for 2 hours and it takes a great guide to entertain you. But even the best guide can't do it without a proper equipment and in a large group. Our guide wasn't bad but also wasn't great. With no whispers (Quietvoxes) and round 40 people in the group she had no chance to make it enjoyable. Everyone was already seeing themselves above the ground.

The organization was great, we didn't find the meeting point immediately and were then called several times. The tour was also very interesting. Everything was very well organized!

The tour guide was very informative and engaging. The tour itself was rushed but that was not the fault of the guide but the museum.

Really interesting trip with an informative guide who bought the museum to life with explanations of what happened and what we were looking at.

Very easy to book, the tour guide was there on time to meet us and to liaise with the museum about entry times, facilities etc. The guide was very knowledgeable about what was happening in Poland and across Europe during WW2 and really brought to life the story of the factory and Schindler. Highly recommended!
