2-Hour Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Night Tour of Kuala Lumpur

There was no audio guide, (there is no provision for this at the seats. Announcements via loudspeakers. I only received the appointment notification the day after. I had printed out the ticket beforehand and therefore had no problems

I sat in upper section (aircond area). I could not hear any explanation from yout tourist guide. I am not even sure either is there any tourist guide or not.

Wonderful experience at night tour by hop on hop off. Its a amazing view the klcc and KL tower with colourful lights at night.

All was good. Enjoyed the trip. Its the waiting to board is really wasted a lot of time. Suggest to have seat numbers and allocate seat accordingly. No appearance meaning ticket void or charge a penalty. So time for boarding must be fixed.

Great experience for my first time ride at night. counter staff is friendly and patiently answer all my question. service is good. view was very beautiful with the clear explanation at each of the stop. would like to recommend this to my family members and friend. thank you

I understood that Seats are on first come first seated basis. So I queued up early for the ride and was among the first few to get up on the HOHO Bus, got myself a seat with a good view. However, then the Bus Driver announced over the speaker that anyone can take over any empty seats when hop off at the stops to take photos. Because of this I dont feel like hopping off at all cos I don't want to lose my good seat. As a matter of fact, many Passengers/Sightseers in the same Bus as me also didn't want to hop off to take photos for the same reason. This gave me a not so good experience and opinion of the HOHO Bus Ride. My personaly opinion, Bus Driver should just announce that Passengers/Sightseers to stick to the seat they first sat on when hopping on the Bus and not to take over another person's seat when the other person hop off for a few minutes to take photos.

Visiting historical place. I am not happy with the buses arrangement whereby the staff incharged did not managing the queue properly. There was a jump queue by the paasenger and no action taken resulting some of the passenger unable to on board the buses.

The redeem process is smooth. We're are enjoy a great moment in explored Kuala Lumpur city with Hop on Hop off bus. Such a awesome experience with my officemates

Although our slot is at 8pm, we were told to start queuing by 7pm to secure the seats at the upper deck. Traffic was really bad in KL city at 9pm. Think the tour could have been completed in 1 to 1.5 hours.

Enjoy the view. But only one suggestion, on night time session hope can extend from 8 to 8.30 at least bcoz abit rushing for Muslim's that want to perform the prayer at the same time want to get the open air seat. Overall awesome and enjoyed 👍👍 Thank you.

I was able to reserve tickets via the website, so I was glad that I didn't have to wait in line at the counter. Or rather, because the tour is so popular, online reservations are essential and tickets cannot be obtained at the counter. In addition to the KLCC observation tour, the night view tour was also very wonderful, and I was able to enjoy the wonderful night view of KL city efficiently. However, whether or not you can get a seat without a ceiling depends on your luck. If the timing is off even a little, you'll end up sitting in an indoor seat where you can only see through the window, so don't feel bad.

We got to the meeting point well ahead off time and we had to wait in line. This is not an issue since for most things you will havr to wait in line. The issue is that there were people who arrived late (5min before we departed) and went to stand with a person they know in order to cut the line and stand more in the front. This resulted in us not being able to sit anymore on the open deck. So i would suggest having a better system in place by for example assigning number to the persons who arrived to avoid others cutting the line. The rest of the tour was nice and we enjoyed seeing the different buildings with the lights.

City is beautiful but to many passings in the same area. No stop at petronas towers which is one of the most beautiful places.

Fascinating.We enjoyed the ride and its really worth it.Hope to repeat the ride and will promote it to friends and relative.

Really a amazing experience, we love it. That is totally different view compare with in car or walk. Suggest to add in the pre-select the seat number, cos we have to queue almost 1 and half hour for the upper open air seat and the bus just beside us 😂. All the staff is friendly and helpful 👍🏻

Firstly both the email and PDF ticket doesn't state clearly where is the ticket redemption point. just Sungei Wang mentioned and the route direction embeded in the email just routed us right into the mall where we enter from the other entrance instead of the main entrance, could have just mentioned Sungei Wang main entrance, redemption booth at roadside. The attraction advertised as HopOn-HopOff, I see all 3/4 buses departed and arriving at atrraction location almost at the same time, so am not sure how does the HopOn-Off works as the ticket or email doesn't mentioned that. some of the attraction like KLCC, bridge does not have a stop for photo shooting. those with photo shooting stop, it was annonced "we will stop in 5 mins" when it was supposed to be "we wil stop for 5 mins". open air seat obviously not enough to cater for ticket sold, those with in-bus seat should get a discounted ticket as it's totally a different experience for in/outside of the bus. seat should be assgined if it's not a hop on-off experience. overall, am happy with the experience, KL city night view is nice, driver and support personel on board were good.

It was very easy to purchase tickets from the website. The staff was also best at taking care of the overcrowded passengers on that night. It was a nice experience for me and my husband👍🏼

The ticketing experience was good as we saw many people struggling to get tickets. The tour was brief however there was no stopping at the twin tower place which disappointed us.

We only got to get off the bus at 3 locations. Availability to sit outside is very limited and they tried to move my 11 year old son so a couple could sit on his seat so they didn't have to sit downstairs even though we paid for the tickets. Wouldn't do it again and wouldn't recommend

Open deck seating .5 minute stops at major spots. Good queue system. Easy online booking
