Ancient Pompeii Virtual Museum & Archeological Park Tickets

False advertising. When I booked my ticket and what my app said were the inclusions were not provided. The contact there was unpleasant and unhelpful as was the support team. It said on my ticket that I had included a map, a guidebook, and an audio tour. We got none of that and wasted 30 minutes trying to get help. Plus, the cost was way too much. We paid over 100 euro. Tickets to Pompeii are 18 euro and kids are free. We also had to go stand in line to get our free kid tickets. DO NOT BOOK!! Get tickets at the Pompeii office.

Pompeii is a must visit when visiting the Amalfi Coast. Vesuvius in the background and the excavation sites are magnificent. The ticket purchase and admission were easy - the tour is an unforgettable experience. TOP

Absolutely loved everything! The people was so nice and helpful! Being able to explore and see what pompeii looks like know was amazing and unbelievable just a great experience!!

It was a horrible experience for us. Booked and paid for the tickets in advance yet it wasn't the final ticket for entry. End up looking around for the place to retrieve our tickets. We had to find the collection point and after multiple attempts we finally collected from the correct place.

Pompeii was great but the using the tickets was a nightmare and far worse than just buying tickets at Pompeii.

I bought an experience with AI glasses. I never received glasses. It was a stupid diorama with sound and light....

I eventually got in but lost almost 30 minutes and missed seeing all but one house because they closed at 4. I paid for the ticket with the virtual museum because the site wouldn't let me buy a ticket otherwise. I thought I was buying from the official Pompei site, not a shitty third party that made me miss most of the sites. I paid $100 for 10 minutes of the best parts of pompei and 30 minutes of walking around finding everything closed. It was a complete rip off and wasted my chance to see Pompei. We arrived at the correct ticket desk around 3:23. The person there had only paper records, nothing digital. He called his colleague to figure out what to do and get our tickets. He said we would be fine to get in before they closed the gates at 3:30. We were handed tickets at 3:31 and told it was too late to get in. We had no choice as it was our only day to see pompei. We ran through the gates as they were closing and to the worker we first went to when I thought our tickets were directly from the official company. He tried our tickets and the gate showed an error saying the tickets had already been used. The worker called Mario to fix it. We finally got correct tickets from Mario around 3:47. We walked through one house and when we got to the next one, it was closed since it was 4pm. If I had the tickets I thought I had purchased, we would have walked through the gates around 3:20. Instead, we walked through almost 30 minutes later, very frustrated and angry at missing so much time.
