It was an amazing experience visiting floors 124 and 125. This was our first time going to the top of the Burj Khalifa. As we followed the signs, we noticed a counter that said “Burj Khalifa tickets sold here.” We joined the queue, but when we finally reached the ticket desk, we learned that the affordable tickets were already sold out and only the very expensive ones were available. We then checked online and found tickets for AED 259 (usually AED 159). We went back to the counter to ask whether those tickets were available. Even though we only wanted to enquire about the price, the staff insisted that we stand in the queue again. There was no price display board, which would have helped people decide without waiting. Later, we discovered that they were not official ticket partners. We moved ahead and found a long queue with different categories. One queue was specifically for online ticket holders, and it was very long. We asked around and were advised that booking through Headout is safe, as there are many scams related to ticket bookings. We used Headout, and the process was simple—just a few clicks to complete the purchase. Because it was New Year, the place was very crowded. At one point, we felt like leaving instead of standing in such a long queue. But we also thought that if so many people were waiting, the experience must be worth it. So we stayed, and it turned out to be truly unexpected and mind-blowing.

The view from the top is absolutely fantastic, BUT, to actually get to that point was a nightmare. We pre booked tickets for a specific time, eventually arrived at the burj Khalifa 1.15 mins before our time, poor signage inside the mall to get you there didn't help. Huge queues to get in, went to the entrance to get some guidance, was told to join the queue at the back!! At this point it's worth mentioning in the mall there is a counter selling tickets , and they join the very same queue that we joined with our pre booked time allocated ticket!! The organisation is possibly the worst I have ever experienced at a venue like this, it took 2.5 hours to actually get to the entrance, 2 or 3 people on the ticket desk, where we are directed to to collect our actually tickets?? Ridiculous system, it's the whole point of pre booking surely!! We were told from that point it's at least another 2/2.5 hours to reach the observation level!! We upgraded to vip and was up on floor 148 in 25 mins!! Hardly anyone managed the queues, people were pushing in all the time. There clearly needs to be a rethink on how to improve access.

We booked the 6:30 AM slot via Headout (not the earliest one) to align with the 7:04 sunrise. The strategy was perfect: no queue for ascent. The reality on the 124th floor: the area by the glass was already crowded, making it challenging to get an unobstructed view immediately. With a bit of patience, we secured a front-row spot for the breathtaking sunrise. The main queue we encountered was for the descent (waited ~30 min at ~7:30 AM). Key tips: 1. Timing: Arrive 30-40 mins before sunrise to skip entry lines. 2. Crowd Management: Expect and accept crowding at the windows. Don't get frustrated; wait for your turn. 3. Exit Plan: The descent queue builds up fast. Factor in extra time. Headout's service was flawless. A magnificent experience with manageable downsides if you're prepared.

We booked the combo for Ferrari world and at the top. The ticketing experience with Headout was seamless with us only requiring the QR code to redeem our tickets at both attractions. Since we we're here around new year's the crowds were pretty huge which translates to long queues for each ride. I'd definitely recommend skip the line tickets for Ferrari world. It may not be required for other attractions as you wouldn't necessarily miss out on any part of the experience without them. Also recommend booking in advance as the counter prices are significantly higher.

I visited this experience with friends and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip to Dubai. Going up to the top of Burj Khalifa was incredible — the views are unreal and we spent a long time just taking photos and enjoying the moment. Despite how popular it is, everything was very well organized and smooth. The Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo was a great way to finish the day together. I loved the views the experience was amazing. I really didn't like how the photographer's so not communicate (that the process of one photo is 314 dirham) before taking your photos because then i would know before taking a lot of photos. Then at the end they say they can't send softcopy, it must bed hardcopy was very distressing. Other than the photographer's withholding information in order to take photos, i can say that was the experience of a lifetime. I enjoyed learning about the building since it's inception to building/construction to now. I think it was well worth it.

Dubai Frame- we booked "skip the line" tickets but they were not "skip the.line". In fact you skip only buying ticket in front of the Frame and noone was waiting there. The guides at the Frame explained that this information is not in line with their official website. It is MISLEADING. Burj Khalifa - 3 hours waiting in standing position. Not a good experience. All people started complaining from pain in the feet. Big groups with "Skip the line" tickets passed by us and were aalways boarded on the same elevators with a privilege. The Headout voucher makes you queue for the actual ticket separately, as those who bought the tickets directly with Burj Khalifa will go into the main queue direct, passing you. Headout ticket/ ticket through an intermediary in this sense the worst option to have. With peak times and seasons, always pick the Gold ticket - we queued 2 hours to get in and 30 minutes to get out.. Burj Khalifa views from the outside better in many ways. Would not go again.

We went for the ealry morning slot at 6:30 AM to watch the sunrise. The weather was cloudy because of which we were not able to see the sumrise but the experience was great. It was quick, no long lines, friendly staff, and moreover you get a complimentary coffee and a donut at the end. Very beautiful, climbing to the top was a unique experience. From the top the view is breathtaking. Try to book a day when you have no other excursions or attractions. The queue for access can take up to 1h30 minutes. It is easily accessible through the subway. Then you walk for about 20 minutes inside the Dubai Mall. (The entrance to Burj khalifa is on the ground floor so you have to walk down 3 floors). Totally worth it!!!!

I liked how the visit was scheduled so that there was crowd control. Morning time is definitely better. The videos and information on the walls were historically and culturally very informative and interesting. The staff were helpful, friendly and knowledgable. Wassem was very nice with us and we had included exactly what was described in the booking: 4x4 in the desert, very short camel ride, sandbording on the dune, BBQ and spectacle. We could do even some 20mn quad in option that was actually nice to do even if expensive. (250 AED per quad dual). My sons loved it! I recommend this safari.

The visit to the Burj Khalifa was impressive. Even the elevator ride is exciting. The weather was good and the view was excellent. We had tickets for 9:00 am and that was the right decision - no waiting time. Afterwards we visited the Dubai Aquarium (combined ticket). Sharks and rays close enough to touch. 😉

Overall, the combined ticket experience was very positive we got a discount and were able to do all the activities. The problem with the Burj Khalifa is that we had to wait for more than an hour, so it is not clear why they give you an appointment with a dedicated time slot, if you then don't have any advantage in avoiding a super queue. When booking they should IndyCar for each slot, how much of a queue you can expect so that one makes perhaps a decision based also on queue time and not simply on other parameters. Overall, the Combo ticket has been very helpful.

The tour guide told a good history of Dubai from before oil was found until now, and into the future. He was open to questions, easy to interact either way. I really enjoyed that we could explore on our own, at our own speed vs having a big group following a leader. I found the stops that we did and timing at each stop was perfect. Abu Dahbi is worth the trip and you don't want to try it on your own, do this tour, it was perfect.

Hello, everything worked great without queuing! Ticket via cell phone also worked very well offline! The only thing we didn't like was the Penguin Cove! There were only two shop windows! We were of the opinion or had understood that we were allowed to enter the penguins. For this we had to pay an extra 25 euros per person. Couple of draw backs were the queue took far too long and we rushed round as a result for our dinner reservation when we should have had more than enough time. We had a great view from Burj Khalifa. But there was no guide telling anything about it. But worse than that was the fact that the pictures through the glass had all reflections. Even the pictures on the terrace had to be made through glass instead of a fence or similar. Still it was a big experience. The Dubai Aquarium was top experience! Many animals were to be seen. Most of them looked like in a relatively natural habitat. The surroundings were also beautifully made and the employees were helpful and explained several things. At the end we could walk in front of the biggest Aquarium front with hundreds if not thousands of fishes and then even through a glass tunnel. All in all the best in Dubai.

Visiting the Burj Khalifa – At The Top was truly a once-in-a-lifetime moment. The elevator ride itself was thrilling, reaching Levels 124 & 125 in seconds. The views from the observation decks were absolutely stunning – you can see the entire city, the desert, and the coastline all at once. Museum of the future It's really eye opening, fun, impressive. About Burj Khalifa I wasn't so happy about taking picture in the evening, since every light and siluete will reflect back. Otherwise the view s are stunning. The elevator ride till 125 floor take happily just 77s. the breatheble air in elevator is heavy.

We visited the Burj Khalifa as a family of four—dad, mom, and two daughters—on a Wednesday at 1 PM, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable parts of our Dubai trip. Getting in through Dubai Mall was straightforward, and since we went on a weekday in the early afternoon, the crowds were light and the whole experience felt calm and well-paced. The elevator ride up was quick and exciting, taking just about a minute. Our daughters loved watching the digital floor display as we climbed higher and higher. When we reached level 124, we were able to step out onto a small open-air terrace. Feeling the breeze that high up and taking in the panoramic views of the city, desert, and ocean was truly special. One of the highlights for us was the set of decorative wings located inside on level 125. These wings are perfectly positioned for taking photos with the skyline in the background and made for a great family shot. There were also other photo spots and plenty of space to walk around without feeling rushed or crowded. Level 125 also had interactive displays where you could zoom in on landmarks below, which the kids found fun and engaging. The whole experience was smooth, family-friendly, and thoughtfully designed. We appreciated that there was time and space to really enjoy the moment and take it all in. We also purchased family photos and souvenirs in the gift shop. Overall, it was a beautiful way to see Dubai from above, and a memory we’ll always treasure as a family.
