Visit to Qasr Al Watan was a great experience. The magnificence and the grandeur is quite enchanting. The ticketing experience through Headout was smooth. Would have given 5 stars but its just that there was no option to select a child ticket - it only displayed the number of adults. So I paid the price of adult for a child.

Tickets were booked online and got a response mentioning that the tickets will be emailed to be within 30 minutes. We were at the venue and waiting for the tickets by email. However, even after 45 minutes the tickets were not received. Had to call the call center in US (With additional cost for calls) multiple times to get a response from them. After multiple calls and struggling got the tickets after 1 hours.

We could visit the sight really fast. The palace is really worth seeing and all the staff was nice. What we missed was some kind of plan of the building so you know what is there to see and how to walk inside. Besides we didn't know if it was allowed to visit the garden and walk back through it to the entrance as everybody used the shuttled bus and we were directed only to the bus.

The light and sound show was amazing and the palace is really beautiful from inside as well. Definitely a must visit spot in Abu Dhabi.

The palace is mesmerising. It is absolutely a must to go and if possible, stay for the light show. It is the cherry on top.

Interesting tour. I found no lines and organized well to quota the amount of people arriving so you don't end up with large groups of tourists all concentrating at once. The inside of the palace is very luxurious, I recommend a tour there. I remember that everything is new and so the history is missing ... however, still interesting!

I didn't know if the site was reliable and it really is. I bought 3 tickets with discounts and received emails with discount coupons for my next purchase. It's worth it. Qars al Watan is very beautiful.

Qasr al Watan is must visit place for the superb architecture but ferrari world is just ok .If ur going to visit IMG in Dubai then u can skip Ferrari World.

Confirmation of tickets came almost instantly . Qasr al Watan itself is very impressive. The bus ride from main gate to the palace itself is a nice experience. The palace is imposing and certainly magnificent, and majestic. The light show at the end was certainly spectacular. A must see place in Abu Dhabi.

Visiting the Presidential Palace in Abu Dhabi was an absolutely enchanting experience! The grandeur of the architecture, the opulence of the interiors, and the meticulous attention to detail left me in awe. The blend of traditional and modern design elements showcased the rich cultural heritage of the UAE. The immaculate gardens and the overall ambiance added to the regal charm. It was a captivating glimpse into the splendor of the Emirates' history and leadership. Highly recommend this majestic landmark!

We went to Louvre Abu Dhabi and had a great experience. As well, what we liked, is that the combo ticket can be used on different days and the expiry date is up to September. So we can plan our trip to Qasr Al Watan in the end of the month, as it was not enough time to see properly both places. And the discount we got for both places is very good. So, Thank you Headout, that you making this combos :)

Very beautiful building and worth a visit, but waiting to get in was over an hour! Even though we booked online tickets.

Booked a trip to the grand Mosque via Headout. It was a nice easy way to beat the queue and save time. The grand mosque is a magnificent sight to behold. We loved every bit of it. It's definitely worth visiting.

Easy approval, quick response, and low price were good. For the promotion of the company, it would be good to let customers know that it is a safe site operated by developed countries because they do not know the reliability of the site.

purchase experience was excellent, price was very good. Skip the line part I did not understand, it was advertised on the website but not shown on the ticket and the security guards said they do not know anything about it.

Everything was perfect, smooth and hasslefree. Just i didn't get the 10% discount when i made the second booking for Louvre
