Big Bus: 24/48-Hour Hop-On Hop-Off Tour of Vienna

I particularly liked the smooth running of the hop-on hop-off tour through Vienna. Despite the strong wind, it was easy to understand what was being said. Unfortunately, there was one exception: someone with a severely disabled child got on the bus and rode along for a while. So far everything was okay, but the child was screaming non-stop. So it was extremely exhausting.

I preferred the BLUE tour because of its comprehensiveness. Overall very good organization. Suggested for the first day of the stay for those who have never seen the city, and then develop the visits on subsequent days.

There were many stops in the immediate vicinity and the historical narrative was very interesting and the waiting time at the stops was also good

The best thing was the ease of hiring the service. It was very good the trip with the audio guide, the driver was very attentive. He told us where we could take the subway to return to the hotel.

There are lots of bus stops, so you can always get on the tour within a short distance. The free headphones that you get from the bus driver to listen to the city description in different languages are also great!

Got you where you wanted to be. Great commentary. Clean buses. Helpful staff. Sometimes had to wait 30 minutes is the only snag.

We did both the red and the blue tour and can recommend both. The busses are comfortable and the audio guide is available in many languages. The audio quality is really good. Unfortunately, we were stuck in traffic for quite some time on the blue tour. Not anyone's fault, but it's worth considering the time of the day when you hop on the bus to go on tour.

We liked it thank you BUT I can't give you full marks for 2 reasons! Serious: I arrived by car at svedenplatz parking lot... went to the 'boarding with your online ticket, but was sent to the ticket office.... The ticket office did not accept my online miglietto and sent me to the bus stop to pick up yellow ticket... did not know where it was is I searched but not found near... was forced by the times to buy me the best ex-novo even though I had them bundled so as not to miss the ferry schedule after 30 minutes of flipping bewildered between bus stops hophop but yours is over the bridge!!! Not on the main road opposite embarkations.... I'm sorry but this just won't do.... Medium: the afternoon tour bus stopped at the terminus, St. Stephen's Cathedral and closed the ride. Asked for clarification from the vonducente he only said stymied that he didn't speak English. We were forced to return by subway. Well: the next day we took the red and blue bus ride satisfied. I am sorry but this is not how it is done, and the information is poor and confusing, unfortunately for tourists arriving by car. They stay short of time you risk starting from the boat to run into this deficiency. As you note I still put good feedback to you, but I would appreciate a good at least the ferry ticket which I paid separately after 30 minutes of ping-pong looking for the yellow ticket, when at the embarkation ticket office I had all the online ticket shown. mine and my wife's disabled legs. The Tour was ok, but the synchronization with the audio was always too late...we passed a monument, and only then the audio referred to it. I live in Vienna, so I had to explain to my visitor myself..

Interesting info...headphones unfortunately partly defective bzw.schlecht verständlich with suspend...Erlebnis thereby impaired...leider

Through the tour we got a great overview of the beautiful city of Vienna. Have driven both routes in one day. The audio guide is also great. I would have liked to have had at least a glass roof in all buses to enjoy the upper floors of the beautiful houses. In good weather (which we had) would also be a convertible variant great.

Thanks you for providing me tickets on offer than the Main service provided. A little delay for the ticket's confirmation, but received it without a QR code. Had to reprint the same at the stop. Best Regards , Pritesh Pai

The possibility to get on and off at any time is perfect, through the good information we got to know even more sights. Small criticism, the technology has not always worked perfectly, in one bus the audio guide was only heard on one headphone, in another one of the headphone jacks was clogged. I was able to plug in at another seat though. All in all, it was a great experience.

We have seen the most beautiful corners of Vienna. We really liked it very much. However, the ride was much longer than 1 hour and 50 minutes. In addition, the ride was also quite bumpy, which is why we got off towards the end because we felt sick.

Everything worked perfectly. The buses arrived at the desired destinations reliably.

Super service, great tour, technology worked well. Gladly again at any time.
