Evitamos una fila bastante larga y entramos muy rápido al museo. Las instrucciones de como cambiar el voucher por los tickets no están actualizadas, ya que no era necesario pasar antes a la librería que mencionan las instrucciones, de acuerdo al personal del museo y a mi experiencia, el voucher se cambia dentro del museo y después de la fila inicial.

Having the ticket easily available on the app, even thoigh my phone was offline, made the process very smooth. The exhibtion was amazing.

We had a great experience, however the explanation where to get the tickets could have been better. Headout needs to say that you will enter the Academia and after the security check you can redeem the tickets. It was very confusing getting there, having to look for the ticket counter next to the bookstore only to be sent inside like everyone else. Make it simple, line up at your timed time slot, go through the security check and and redeem your tickets in the counter to the left. ( inside)

Once inside, the experince was fantastic. However, the museum was admitting people about 30-minutes late, so our timed-entrance was delayed. It all worked out, but it was surprising to hear this was not unusual. I would have changed the day around had I known this.

No line! Yay! This was a great option! Timed entry insures you have time to see all the exhibits without a pressing crowd

Was very easy to download the voucher and show to the people there. They were helpful letting us know where to wait. Then exchanged the voucher for the tickets. Easy! Thank you!

The venue was behind so I waited an hour outside in the rain waiting to get in. The venue itself was amazing and once I got inside it was great!

The art made it an exceptional visit. I wish I had more time and will be back in the future. I bought many great souvenirs from the gift shop as well!

The visit to the Accademia is very worthwhile, to see all the art it contains, but it was not pleasant to enter an hour and a half later waiting in the rain, despite having a reserved time.

It wasn't a Headout issue. We had tickets for 11:15 and didn't get in to the venue until noon. Not a big deal but it did effect how much time we spent there after getting in as we had other appointments.

The Prisoners are some of my favourite sculptures. Once we were in, numbers were fine and no jostling with crowds. Outside was another matter. Our 10.15 entry time became closer to 11.00 and it was raining - heavily at tines. People milled around like unherded cats & I felt sorry for the guys trying to maintain crowd control!

All very nice, it's a wonderful thing to do even once in a lifetime. The only bad thing the people who organize outside are very very very rude but very and all.

If you don't have much time or just hate wating hours in line, this is a good option. Just be prepared in case your entrance is delayed 20-30 mins from the scheduled time since the security check process is slow, but this is the gallery's fault.

Although the visit itself was very good, I was led to believe that we wouldn't have to Queue. We had to queue for around 40 minutes to exchange/ validate the ticket. I might as well have queued to buy a ticket in the first place. Why can't you negotiate to have the e-ticket accepted for entry directly?

two different queues: the first one very quick to switch digital tickets to physical, the second one a bit longer to enter the Uffizi Gallery: in all 35/40 minutes

The visit to the Uffizi Gallery and the Palazzi Pitti with the Boboli Gardens was exactly as promised. Everything was wonderful and perfectly organized, anytime again.

The museum itself was beautiful and we enjoyed our time. However, we were not able to skip the line, where the directions said to pick up the tickets was not the right location (we were told outside the museum but it was inside after the line), and we were allowed in an hour later than our scheduled voucher time.

Went to the ever gorgeous and busy Academia Gallery in Florence. So much art and history to see. The purchase process was easy and fairly understandable on how to exchange the vouchers for tickets. A little confusing as it said to bring confirmation/vouchers to booth in front of the gallery. After several times of showing the man at the booth and in front of the gallery my print out confirmation and than my online voucher, here is how it works. With my online vouchers, NOT THE CONFIRMATION printout, you are let into the gallery and exchange vouchers for gallery tickets. Had I shown up with just my printout confirmation, that would have been useless. I never had to go to the booth across the street. Directions are a bit confusing. Just happy your company is legit and good comunícation. Would use again. Side note, great organization from Gallery staff keeping the masses of people in the correct lines and answering questions. Had a great time!!

Some of the exhibits were very nice. We didn't see any queues, did the ticket help at all?

The attention of the young people who kindly exchanged our tickets and took us to the entrance to avoid the very long queues.
