It was great not having to worry about getting lost or trying to find a place.The staff were very helpful and friendly.I would recommend them 100%.

The bus was crowded. It was so crowded that we couldn't get upstairs and we had to stand because of a lot of people, for about 1 hour. My mom is disabled and it was a struggle for her. We couldn't see anything for most of the blue route. It was not at the venue, but in the bus

The tour itself met my full expectations, only there were problems with the ticket that it was issued to Salzburg. After some time, the problem was solved by their staff. It is only annoying if you book online in advance, as such a tour with four children is already exhausting anyway, and the complication would have been more relaxed with a payment on site.

Brisk booking, great that 24 hours usable, One request: Stops for tourists not always recognizable, eg Praterstern, Prater.

When buying an online ticket for several people, it should be possible to receive the individual tickets, because if necessary the group separates. Likewise, the stops should be easier to find. We got off at one and walked to another. Only is e.g. the area around the Westbahnhof in Vienna is large. We "wandered" through the rain for 15min and had to ask our way. Coordinates for google-maps would be helpful. The yellow line is little worth seeing. We were disappointed here. And the bus did not come in 15min rhythm but only after 35min. An info on the HP would be helpful.

The tour was informative. The bus was comfortable. The bus schedule was designed in a way where we didn't have to wait for the bus too long.
