We travelled as a group but with individual tickets for adults/parents and group ticket for children so entry was not made easy as security would not let us queue together or enter venue together. No apparent reason given. App didn't work off line for some. No food or water, very crowded and audio didn't work

Fue muy buena, el inglés super entendible, el guía Raphael excelente, su actitud y ánimo fueron excelentes, y el grupo al ser reducido se sintió super cómodo, todos escuchábamos y todos logramos convivir entre nosotros.

The guide was fantastic pointing out all of the sites from the second floor of the Tower. I purposely took the 9:30 AM tour so we could get to the Summit with ease but when we were finally released from the tour at 11:30 and tried to get to the summit, it was next to impossible as the line wrapped around the entire floor. Finally to no avail, one hour later, we left the line to get lunch. We were very disappointed and want a refund on the Summit that we never could get to and this should be the first place to go on a 9:30AM tour to avoid this aggravation. Please refund me for the portion of the summit tickets - 2 - that we were unable to enjoy.

Very convenient and easy to use. The skip the line at the Louvre was especially convenient and the Seine boat cruise was great.

I liked that the tickets were not set for a timed entrance. I liked the flexibility of being able to plan our day without making sure we arrive at a set time as we never know when we find another adventure along the way.

Pleasant cruise, modern boat and audio equipment too, comfortable, calm and friendly, helpful staff, it's better than with the fly boats. And right at the foot of the Eiffel Tower. Thank you so much!

We were lucky enough to have clear skies. It was morning, so there were no crowds. Great ticket.

Very good, I liked the Seine, with respect to the Eiffel Tower although the explanation of the guide was good and entertaining I do not think it is worth paying, I do not recommend that part better go straight to the tower and do not waste time.

Easy and straightforward purchase process, however, I would improve the titles of attractions once purchased because they lead to error. Service center chosen for ticket printing and meeting with the guide near the Eiffel Tower. Excellent I would say

Die online Tickets waren sehr unkompliziert zu buchen. Dadurch konnten wir sehr schnell zum Aufstiegspunkt kommen. Der Arc de Trioumph ist ein wunderschönes und imposantes Bauwerk. Wenn man die vielen Stufen auf einer wunderschön zu fotografierenden Wendeltreppe emporgeklommen ist, kommt man zuerst in einen Bereich, der einem die Geschichte und die wichtige Bedeutung des Triumphbogens näher bringt. Die letzten Stufen zur Aussichtsplattform sind dann ein Klacks. Die Aussicht ist unglaublich schön. Bei unserer nächsten Reise nach Paris buchen wir alles im vorab über diese App. Paris ist nicht nur eine Reise wert.

Beautiful experience... We went up around 9 p.m., so we had a chance to see the city lit up.... Of course it is not for everyone to climb those steps, it was very tiring however it was worth it.... Great value for money, we also got a 10% discount from Headout.. Thank you

we were not able to have the experience as we had little time and the waiting time was really too long despite having long since paid and booked the tickets..... in summary we did not have the experience on the Seine and lost 99 euros as we will not be able to return to Paris in the short time

Katerina the guide said she was tired , they charged us 5 Euros extra for a guide in Spanish who did not speak , just took us to the tower and in a moment disappeared without saying goodbye. Do not take a tour to the tower with this company, he did not even speak Spanish. Success!

Was not possible to go on deck, if these kind of things are there, price should be reduced. It just felt like we overpaid as we didn't get what we were looking for.

A great experience all round - from booking my tickets from Australia, the smooth operation on the day & spectacular landmarks we passed; a great way to get a big picture view of Paris at the start of our holiday.

Boat did not go to the Cathedral Norte Dame ... I realize it's under construction, but would have liked to have passed it ... simple, short trip. Otherwise okay.
