Convenient for quick reservations and as queue-cutting tickets. The only problem is the pricing, as I paid for two tickets at the adult rate, whereas my daughter is a student and benefited from a preferential rate not shown on the site. And the difference in price is significant. So I'm disappointed to have paid so much when I could have had a discount on the spot.

Simple and efficient, I bought the tickets the day before, depending on the châteaux we were going to visit, and I was able to get a 10% discount on my purchase.

lockers would be more useful at the entrance near the parking lot rather than at the chateau (you have to carry your luggage) accessibility of the shuttle bus to Blois station not well indicated and far from the entrance, timetables posted unclear or wrong

the chateau is sublime but the way the rooms were decorated for christmas with flowers and christmas trees was just magnifikeeeeeee

It's a great idea not to have to wait at the cash desk, even if there wasn't a queue to pick up your tickets that day. I recommend it.

We loved Chenonceau. It was beautiful. The audio guide was helpful. Chambord was not as inspiring but still essential to visit.

The barcodes we received enabled us to go straight to the entrance of the château itself, without having to go through reception. Note: the indications on the site and the barcode document, "how to exchange your tickets", cast doubt on the possibility of going directly to the château entrance. This should be disregarded.
