it's not dissatisfaction, it's that i thought there is no waiting if I have tickets for particular time, still it was half an hour in Versailles, 45 min in Louvre. As turned out that almost all people had tickets for a particular time. weird

Memorable because the museum was so crowded it was unclear where I could find a map or the audio guide. I had intended to explore what I could of the galleries in the 2 hours available but that was limited by the lack of signs & infirmation available on staircases & courtyards. I will return but on this occasion was left with feelings of frustration that one of the most important museum/galleries in the work should be so difficult to navigate.

Convenient service, some queuing is still required. It pays to arrive well before the booked time to be among the first of that group. The museum is too big and very confusing with little logic and cluttered works.

As I have been to Tower 10+yrs ago, and this time round is for the sake of my nephew. The guide did do the explanation to us on how the Tower are named and how how it works and functions till Level 2 and that's All. Too windy and could not find good spot for photos

The experience itself was beatiful, although in front of Mona Lisa there was a huge line but that's excpected so. Also the big painting of coronation was also in Versailles so I'm interested which one is the original?

Unfortunately it was school holidays and the amount of people there made it very unpleasant. The line up to get in was so long even with pre purchased tickets.

Great guide. But unfrtunately that part that you should meet the guide and grab your tickets - completely in another place, not jext to the tower - its been confusing

Standard tickets. There was no preferential access. But no problem with the online reservation with Headout. Enter/reserve no later than 13:00 hrs if you want to explore the exhibits calmly (at least the most important ones). The nintendo type audioguides are a bit confusing at the beginning. I think the best use of the headphones is to isolate the surrounding noise and if you find out how to use them, the explanation of each room and its works. We left at 6 o'clock not because we wanted to but because of the closing, our access was after 4pm. We will come back on our next visit to Paris...

The palace gardens are incredible! The paintings, sculptures, everything is so beautiful, the audio guide app needs to be installed, it makes all the difference! Downsides: few bathrooms and not enough space to move around in the palace rooms.

Your assistance with the date change caused by covid was excellent. Purchasing tickets through your facility saved us from long lines. We will definitely reuse and recommend your services.

It was good experience walking the garden. Well maintained. Little confusing at the garden entrance and leaving. There was no clear direction provided.

2hrs isn't enough time! Hopefully next time we visit we get more time!!! And passports or identifications aren't required for both the Palace of Versailles and the Louvre - they didn't even ask for it, so might as well have people not bring it as it is very risky to bring passports with you especially when touring Paris city.

I found the Etruscan section and the large paintings by French painters particularly impressive. Admission was well organized and people spread out well in the Louvre. I found the signposting and clarity in the museum a little difficult

In principle, everything went well. It was pouring with rain on the morning we booked. The description of the tickets said that the entrances at the pyramid or the Richelieu or Lion's Gate entrances could be used. The latter two would have been covered. However, we were refused entry there with our tickets and referred to the entrance at the pyramid. After queuing for a quarter of an hour in the pouring rain, we were completely soaked. So I can only advise everyone not to blindly rely on the description.

+ You could only get into the museum if you booked online weeks in advance with an admission time. This eases the situation at the entrance. A great museum where you can spend hours. - Headsets were no longer available on site We only got an appointment in the afternoon. After 1.5 hours at the most important picture, we weren't allowed to see anything because we were actually pushed out due to the museum being closed. What a pity. Then you should change the time slot for bookings so that you have at least 3 hours to see everything. Or you don't let anyone in after a certain time and then you still have a time buffer. It was a bit cheeky the way the masses were thrown out. And that's no exaggeration!!! What a shame.

The wealth of information and objects. Access via Port Richelieu is only possible as a group - not as a team of 2!
